I will not be going back to this place again. We make appointments for a reason. Had an appointment took two hours to get seen. I understand the pandemic is a huge factor for this, so dont schedule more people than you can see. Dentist starts telling me a whole lotta things i do not need. I went for a toothache. Recommended braces...like really. I will not return again. Looking for a dentist now. I should of reviewed this place before i went in. Missed work missed picking up my kids from school. And at the end of the day i still have a toothache.

They had me waiting for over two hours for a general dentistry appointment that I had already made two weeks in advance just to tell me they can’t do the procedure and refer me somewhere and still charge me for basically doing nothing. save your money and go somewhere else. this is a good place to go to if you need orthodontic services but that’s it

I don’t where they hire these people but they only help Their own people who has their personal number, I almost bled to death because I had an unknown tooth disease I wasn’t aware of if I didn’t go to the ER I probably would’ve been worst!! The Spanish women working in the front desk are no use and no help, when you get a job you don’t work with who you want but work with everyone, this is not DR were you don’t assist people and get paid for no good service Next Time Answer the phone because it could be someone’s life in Danger!!! If my case were to have gotten worst I would’ve bought my lawyer into this case !! It doesn’t make any sense!! You walk in an no one is as busy as they make it seem when you call and get no answer!! The doctors are great but the front desk women are a WASTE !! Perfer they hired older people that are of other race as well because those Spanish women aren’t helping or doing anything about it, it’s a shame because this dentistry has really good doctors!!

I have been a customer of Greenberg Dental for quite some time now, despite the good things I have received from this place, the negatives I have experienced far out-weigh any of the positives. At the front-desk of the dental area, the manager treated not only I, but other customers/co-workers with such disrespect and hostility that makes it hard to ever go back there again, which I will not. Rather than being understanding, patient, and helpful as she should, she is incredibly injust and stress-inducing. I am not a biased person. In fact, it takes a lot for make me criticize something, hence why I was shocked by how a worker can make a customer feel such a way. She was incredibly inconsiderate and rude...regardless of already taking my money, the moment she found out I no longer had an insurance accepted by this dentistry, she began to treat me in such a dehumanizing way. Another unprofessional moment of this dentistry was not recognizing cavities that my daughter had, but then were discovered by another dentist I visited straight after...despite me explaining the issues of this existing cavity, Greenberg still denied it..which is quite ironic considering that its there job TO HELP.Regarding the manager and her unprofessionalism, and blatant disrespect.. rather than assisting my needs and addressing my concerns, she escalated the situation with such aggression and threatened to call the cops on me...Although this does not come as a surprise to me due to the horrible reviews about this specific woman from other dentist offices, I still believe this gives further reason to take accountability and action. Please take this into consideration for the future of your dentistry and satisfaction of your customers.

This specifically pertains to the orthodontics section of this dental office I wanted to like it I really did unfortunately my son is getting braces with them and I am afraid that they are going to miss his teeth up permanently I cannot go to another dentist office because I would have to start all over again in my insurance will not pay to have the braces done again. The reason that I am worried about my sons teeth is that I went and had retainers made because I had braces a long time ago and did not wear my retainers and needed new ones it was $400 for the set when the woman made my mold of my upper teeth I heard her say ooh I need to do that again and she did not and the ones on my bottom teeth were so messed up that when I wore them they moved my teeth and my teeth did not fit together properly anymore they replaced the bottom ones but they did not replace the top ones they just cut them until they fit a little better now not even a year later they are cracked in the front where it was flexing because the back did not meet my teeth and it pulled on the front until they cracked and one of the back molars that didnt get cut out is crushed because it was not fitting up against my teeth because the mold was not made properly beware go somewhere else I am scared for my sons teeth now if they cant even make a retainer and its the same lady working on his teeth that made my retainer worried worried worried mother

Although they do good work and offer fair prices, the wait time is way too long. My last appointment was for preparing a tooth for a crown and being fitted for a crown. This appointment took almost 4 hours. I was told there was only 1 dentist to handle the patients. Maybe Greenberg needs to have more than 1 dentist on duty or cut back on the number of patients!

9/20/21 I was a walk in with an emergency request for a bad tooth that needed to be pulled. They took care of me for which was a huge relief for me. I was in horrible pain. Kudos to Dr Walker. He was superb!

My cleaning visit took 3 hours (1 hour of which was waiting for the dentist to examine me), the cleaning was very painful. The X-Ray technician was pleasant. The dentist tried to upsell me on crowns and braces I didnt need.

The dental work was excellent. However they never answer their phones and don’t return calls. Sent an email to the main office and was told I would receive a call from my dentist’s office. I never got the call. I was trying to change my appointment so I finally had to drive to the office. Their calendar only went out one month so they could not accommodate me. I cancelled the appointment. Yesterday I got a text reminding me of the appointment I cancelled. Now I got a request to review the appointment that I didn’t go to because I cancelled. What a mess. I won’t be going back.

If I could give the dental Hygienist and actual dental staff in the back 5 stars I would, great service considering two small children still learning proper dental hygiene. The front desk staff was very unprofessional. I’m sorry if my scheduling questions were inconvenient for them to search. As a dual language speaker and interpreter in healthcare, I always communicate in front of my patients in the common language or the language they prefer. A Spanish dialect was used by the front desk staff while guest and patients were IN FRONT of them. Not to sound like a Karen, but by their facial expressions… it wasn’t a shared language.

Very poor customer service. Extremely long wait times. I’ve been waiting 6 hours to be seen for an emergency (not possible to make an appointment- I called 5 days ago when it started) and they have the audacity to send me a review before I’ve been seen. Do not recommend. Zero stars.

Absolutely awful. Never seen at the time of appointment. Always waiting in the chair for 2+ hours before the doctor even comes to greet me. Expect to waste your entire day here. Don’t make other plans for your day if you have an appointment here.

I posted a previous review, but I wanted to update after struggling with an emergency situation. I broke a tooth when biting into a cherry and hitting the pit. Dr. Walker and his team worked me the next day for an emergency crown. They did such a great job - worth the wait. Dr. Walker is the only dentist on staff but he NEVER rushes, risking Quality for Quantity - I’m glad I found them.

Dr. Walker does fantastic work, very friendly, and the dental assistants are fantastic as well.

Great customer service. They explained what needs to be done today and what should be done in the near future. Dr. Walker knows how to make it as pain free it can be.

I was very disappointed with Dr. Walker at the Greenberg dental. I had an appointment for 10 AM. I waited an hour just to be seen. When I get in there right away they want to do x-rays. I told them no x-rays since I had them done three times a year before because I was thinking of getting braces. He said he could not look at me at all unless I had the x-rays done. So they did just my back Teeth on x-ray. He should have come in right after to give me the exam. He made me wait even longer which is unacceptable. Time management there is ridiculous. I think this doctor thinks that no one else has time as valuable as his is. I was very disappointed in his service and I would not recommend him to anyone because he is not professional and does not think of his Patients at all. Patients time is valuable also.

I was a walk-in today because I had a horrible tooth ache. Dr. Walker is amazing! His staff are friendly and attentive, and so kind! The procedure was quick, I had two extractions he was so good very fast and kind. He even gives a cell phone number to text if you have problems later. No insurance is not a problem. Prices are reasonable and they offer a payment plan.I highly recommend!

I was actually in panic mode since I don’t like the dentist. The girls in the front were nice, Dental assistance and Dr.Walker was very gentle and nice. The lady that clean my teeth she was nice as well. See y’all soon and thank you.

This group overall is disorganized and very unreliable. I have tried multiple times to schedule my daughter for a cleaning over the past four months. This past time, they did not inform me that her appointment had to be rescheduled and claimed they had no phone number on file for me. I drove over 30 minutes for nothing. Save your time, money, and gas and schedule with a different company.

I had an appointment originally at 7:30 in the morning. I arrived to find the doors shut tight. I stood in front and called the office only to find out that the dentist had called in sick. So, I rescheduled. When I arrived for my next scheduled appointment, I was directed to the correct desk. After waiting for two minutes I was greeted somewhat then told they couldnt see me because they didnt have the correct referral form. The receptionist bordered on rude. I asked to speak with the office manager who was called and got the papers. I understand that problems arise but seriously?!

The only consistency they have is on the mediocre customer service side. Receptionists dont seem friendly and at times are close to become rude. Expect wait times of at least 1 to 2 hours before being called up on every single appointment, so my question to them is what is the actual purpose of having an appointment scheduled then? Let alone that it takes about 2 months out before you can schedule an appointment. No doubt Ill be looking for a new better dental provider.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they didn’t have enough chairs in the waiting room, I’m sure due to Covid. Otherwise, my 3 year old got called back quickly, the tech and doctor were great with him and it was a good experience!

The dentist and the hygienists were very personable and made me feel comfortable. Just like my last visit, I was there for 3 hours to have x-rays taken and a cleaning. Ive never spent more than 45minutes to an hour - at the most - to have those same services at other dentist offices. Also, everyone was freezing in the waiting area. Again, I did like the employees there.

Should be 0 stars for the wait time——I waited 30 minutes before xrays were taken then 90 minutes after the dentist appeared. Coincidentally, I got the survey text while waiting….given 3/5 stars because of the staff-dentist, clearly they’re busy and from what it seems only one dentist on the floor that day (ONBOARD ANOTHER DENTIST).otherwise,the staff will become burntout on staying past their out times/working past normal operating hours.however, the dentist I saw was sincere, genuine and personable.-reception lady could be a bit more people friendly but i am sure workflow has her over the day before the workday is over-both xray techs were nice and easygoing-the music blaring ? is i’m sure to mask any side conversations going on between staff in the hallway and up front-the dental hygienist was passionate about her work and I was seen by her after she was supposed to leave for the day. however, she took her time and didn’t rush the process. truly a stakeholder to this facility.all in all, IF my insurance allowed me to be seen by Aspen THEN I would’ve never had a 3 hour long appointment for a routine/every six months checkup. MAKE SURE YOUR PHONE IS CHARGED.

They always see me for anything I need done and take the time to fix any issues I have had. I’ve been coming here for over 6 years and everyone is always nice. I’ve had a couple teeth pulled and never felt any pain. I would recommend Greenberg in clermont.

It was the worst visit to a dentist I have ever been to. When my insurance company and I called for an appointment we both were told they had specialists since I had already seen a regular dentist and was told I needed a specialist I was told it would take 2 months because I did need to see a specialist When I got there they were 25 minutes late, and when I was taken back I waited another half hour. They took the same panoramic X-rays I had done at another dentist 2 months before. Ok, I can understand they wanted their own X-rays but then they took out my partials and checked y teeth. They said I needed to see a specialist (duh!) and walked out not even returning my partials! Like I said, the worse visit ever !!

If you have an emergency, plan on waiting 1 week to get in. I always thought emergencies can seen asap!!! Not to mention the front desk employees dont care what your issue is and dont want to help. Then not being able to continue follow-up care due to the covid, you would think they would call patients or e-mail patients to let them know they are seeing patients again. I most definitely wouldnt recommend coming here. Run away from it as fast as you can. I dont even think they rate one star, but you have to give them one to post your review.

I will give 0 stars but is not an option. The longest time I have been waiting here is 6hrs so far and counting. Today my appointment was at 12pm and is 4pm still sitting down waiting. Got the anestesia 1.30 minutes and counting. Why? I am so frustrated with the service. I wish I can walk away but they make you pay as soon as they take you to the room and then the wating time begins. This is the 3rd office and all work they same.

Service is absolutely terrible. When making an appointment, you cant even get ahold of a person. Anytime you call, you have to leave a voice-mail. I went here in February and had an annual exam. I was told that I needed some extra services and they were going to submit to my insurance for authorization. I waited and waited to hear back. Two months have gone by and I called but of course had to leave a message. Didnt hear anything back so I called 3 more times over a couple of week period and had to leave 4 voice-mails, still no return call. I finally stopped into the office and they told me that they submitted the authorization request but I needed to contact the insurance. I brought up that I have left several messages with no return call and they specifically told me they were too busy to return every call. I immediately went to my car and found a new dentist.

It is 5 pm. My appt was for 3:30. They took xrays and said dentist would be right in. I have yet to see anyone. Ridiculous.

Doctor walker and the staff are all polite and the take their time and care for you. They do not rush through the process and pay attention to detail I haven’t had any negative experience with them. If your someone reading this I am a real patient giving a real experience. The only thing I can say is come find out for yourself amen!

Quick & efficient. My hygienist was awesome!

I hate getting dental work done, but it had gotten really bad and I had no choice. I went here to get a consultation, and it was going to be very expensive. They were great about working with me as best they could, and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I’m doing better now, and I would definitely recommend people going here to get their dental or periodontal (in my case) issues.

Very clean place. The front desk staff need to be friendlier and smile more. More communication should be share with patients specially when they don’t have someone to check you in upon arrival. The dr and assistant are amazing.

Customer service could be better. Communication is very poor. Dentist was very dry with clients. Doesn’t really talks to you and explains what getting done and how it’s getting done. Looking for another place to go too for future appointments.

You’ll be spending a whole day here for a general cleanup even if you scheduled your appointment on the opening hour. Front desk doesn’t seem to answer the telephones either since it’s always straight to voicemail and when you do leave a voicemail they’ll get back to you in two days.

Greenberg Dental has been accommodating to all my dental situations. Kind staff and hard working Dentist. My Dentist has done an outstanding job working above the requirements to improve my dental situation. He even understood that I needed financial payment arrangements.

Appointment at 130 kids were not seen until 3 and 4 left office at 445. When I called to make appointment for cleaning first time patients was not told it was only x-ray and dental plan very frustrating to say the least. Need better service for there customers

I went here a week ago for a cleaning after not going to the dentist for a few years. The dentist examined my teeth and let me know what I needed done, and the hygienist took really good care of my teeth. They feel so clean now. Everyone was so nice as well. I went back on Wednesday to get my wisdom teeth removed and a cavity filled and honestly everything went so smooth. I’m really glad I came here. I had been sooooo nervous to get my wisdom teeth pulled so I avoided doing it for as long as I could. But I’m glad I got that taken care of!! I will be back soon to get crowns for my teeth.

The reception at the front desk was most welcoming. The services/assistance rendered by staff and Doctor were rather exemplary.

I couldn’t tell you my experience since I’m still waiting to get seen and I’ve now been waiting over an hour and a half past my appointment time for a basic cleaning. This place is understaffed and I find this unacceptable. I got this review sent via text assuming I would have already had service. I can only imagine how horrible the actual visit is going to be but at this point I should just got to sleep. Someone wake me up when they finally decide to treat me. I would not recommend this location to anyone with a life!!! Ever!!! Do not come to Greenburg dental in Clermont, you’ve been warned.

I have been calling for a week now. There is no person picking up the phone. Only thing you can do is leave a message. How does this office run a business not answering the phones. Finally called the 1866 emergency number hoping that a Dr will call me back.

My appointment was at 1 oclock. I waited for an hour and asked the front desk how long it would be before I would be seen? I was told it would be a longer wait untill the dentist could see me. Had to see everyone else before me and the rooms were full. I felt the office is over booking. No one should wait for an hour or two waiting to be seen. I will not go back to that office or dentist again. Very bad!

Receptionist extremely rude, which is funny because is the first impression when you walk in. The dentist and help are very nice. Prepare yourself for at least 5 -6 hours in place between wait time which is the most and procedures.

This might be the slowest lest organized dentist office in the United States. I waited for my wife 3 hours for a cleaning and when she went to get a cavity filled took over 5 hours. They don’t care about your time. We have 3 young kids and take two days off. Can’t afford how cheap they are cause you lose more than you save.Please if you need a good dentist but also a dentist that cares about your time and lively hood don’t go here

Everyone was extremely nice and explained all my options thoroughly in a simple way.The only reason for my not giving 5 stars is the wait to be seen. It was 30 minutes before being called back to be x-rayed and then another 45 minutes after that before seeing the dentist. This was after waiting 7 weeks for the appointment.

Arrived at 9:05 am for an emergency appointment. At 9:15 they took me for panatomic view of exrays. Then I was placed in a room with 2 seats separated by a wall. I was seated there at 9:30 am.. stating “as soon as the doctor comes in I will be seen”. Ok. An hour goes by, no doctor yet...another 2 hours go by, no doctor yet. After 4 hours of sitting there, I left the room asking to use the rest room. At that point I checked with the receptionist when will I be seen.. Receptionist informed me that I was number 10 and I was to be seen next. After another hoir of waiting( now a total of 5 hours), still have not seen a doctor, I had had it. I was really upset of this horrendous wait for an emergency visit...i grabbed my purse and informed the receptionist that I was leaving. I offered to pay the $35.00 they said it would cost me and they said “ no charge...no one saw you.” I asked if I could get a copy of the exrays I took and was informed” no.you cant gave them...you didnt pay’!I left that building at 230 pm..arriving at 9:05am and was never seen! I will NEVER go back there. As I was leaving, in the parking lot a woman was as frustrated as I was.. She had an appt for her kids to have a cleaning...and she waited 3 hrs.and was not seen either. No EXCUSE FOR THIS TIME OF WAITING!.... For anyone!

1 star because there’s not an option for 0, don’t go here even if it’s your last option because you’re broke or don’t have insurance, front desk staff is unprofessional and rude. Cleanliness of the office was subpar at best. Be prepared to sit there all day even if you made an appointment in the morning. Do better Greenburg you lost a lot of money today.

I scheduled a new patient cleaning and exam. My appointment was for 1pm. I had X-rays and waited for the dentist for a long time. At 220 I was told the hygienist wasn’t there so I couldn’t have a cleaning. No one called to let me know before hand or when I checked in, when I said I would have rescheduled I was told to have a dentist exam rescheduled I would have had to wait to the end of March but the hygienist could see me tomorrow, had I been given all the information going in and I hadn’t waited so long I may have returned. I will now be finding another dentist. The wait and lack of communication was very frustrating.

Waited 4 hours for an exam and cleaning. (I had extra patience today) after that 4 hours they still didnt fill the 2 cavities so I asked how much longer. Once they advised atleast an hour more I told them I was going to go grab food. Came straight back....waited another 2 and half hours for them to tell me it would be atleast another hour. Long story short I wasted a day of work and 6.5 hours of my life. When I told the lady Ive been there since 830am (now 4:00pm) she said well the other lady has been here since 7😳😳Whatever yall do....avoid this place at all costs!P.s - when I called 2 weeks ago and asked if they could do the root canal same day, she said well if you can afford it 😳😳😳 I was even more insulted when I found out it was only $100😡

Very disappointed. Got there for a1pm appointment. 45 minutes later no service. Went to the counter to inquire about my appt. got called on about 10 minutes later. Got a few X-ray s then waited there for just over 1 hour. Spoke with a few employees. Said they have 1 doctor. I said why make so many appointments? Said, that’s how it is. Waited until 3.35pm and did not receive any service. After 21/2 hours there I had to leave. Really need better management.

My sons appointment was at noon. It is now 1:32 pm and he still has not been seen yet. Hardly any patients here when we got here or right now. There is no reason we should have to wait this long for a cleaning. Will be finding a new dentist asap.

Dr. Walker is a great dentist. He knows what he is talking about and how to get it done right.If the people at the front desk ever answer the phone I could make an appointment without having to come in and make an appointment. By then it’s an emergency and then they tell me I don’t need an appointment.When I was walking out another patient was walking out also and we were talking about the front desk not answering the phone. She said that’s why she had to come in the office also.

I hadnt been to the dentist in several years, but they were awesome.

My experience was horrible, my appointment was at 12:30 and I left at 4:35. It’s ridiculous the amount of time you waste there. There are six employees at the front desk that pretend they are cleaning the desks to seem like they do something, and are getting paid to talk about their personal lives and spend time on their phone. The dentist Allen is arrogant and sits around making people wait loads of amount of time while just talking to the ladies at the front desk. I went in for a cleaning and that took 15 minutes but I waited 4 hours before I could get those 15 minutes. Patients make an appointment for a reason, so they c an be attended in that time. If they cannot speed up the process or take care of the patience at the time they make their appointment than why are they making appointments to just make people wait in the waiting room. I pressed one star just because I couldn’t post my review without pressing at least one.

I brought my son here for a 2nd opinion consult, they all always treated me with respect, the place is clean, and was given a clear treatment plan at an acceptable cost

No one ever answers the phone. You will be out directly on hold and after waiting 20 minutes, you get a message saying to leave them a voicemail...but when you do...it says that voicemail is full. VERY frustrating.

Dr Walker is an excellent dentist with great bed side manners. He is mariculture with his work and really does great work. Highly recommended!!!!

Im leaving this review, because I have been calling for an appointment for over 2 months and have left numerous voice messages and have yet to receive a call back. Currently this is the only office that takes my sons insurance, and I would like to have him seen. Since covid-19 is an issue I didnt want to just show up at the to make an appointment. Hopefully the office manager will see this review, and speak to the staff about returning calls.

The wait time was horrible..2 hours & 45 minutes total they closed the door and no one ever showed up the staff kept making excuses 😑

The staff are respectful and the assistants are super nice, well mannered and thorough. That’s it. The way the patient schedule is done is unacceptable. If you don’t have the staff or enough providers(1 provider)to double book or accommodate the volume of patients you’re scheduling then you plainly shouldn’t do so. My daughters appointment was scheduled several months in advance for a 9am exam and cleaning (which by the way took me almost a month to schedule because no one was returning my voicemails). That alone took from 9am-1:30 pm today 1/13/21. Since I was already in the office ALL DAY I agreed to have my daughter stay even longer to have a couple cavities found filled. She missed a full day of school, exam reviews due to the extremely long wait for the exam that took about 6 mins and the cleaning that was done in under 10 min. I would NOT refer anyone here. Unfortunately this is the service you get at this office in Clermont and when there are very few dental providers that accept the state insurance provided(Medicaid). Even more unfortunate my employer doesn’t offer health or dental insurance for myself or dependents.

I have gone to the Clermont office several times for myself and have always felt comfortable and welcomed there by the staff. Today I took my 10 year old for a cleaning and had a not so great experience. The pediatric dentist was very nice. His assistant, however, was very rude, unfriendly, and made my daughter feel uncomfortable. He seemed frustrated and demonstrated frustration towards her if she did not do as he said exactly. This has to be the worst dentist office Ive ever been too. We are pretty new to the area and I should have looked at reviews before taking my daughter here. She was supposed to get fillings today. Her appointment was at 10:30 am. At 11:45 AM, we finally went to the back. We sat there for another hr before the dentist came back and numbed her. Another hour later, he still had not returned and she was starting to get feeling back. After 30 more minutes, we left. So she never got her fillings done. We wasted 4 hours out of our day and she missed school to not even have the procedure done. They never apologized or anything. Unless you want to sit at the dentist office all day, do not go here!

Office clean and practice of chairs being spaced apart for Covid 19. Staff courteous and professional. Only 1 doctor and hygienist due to Covid. Unfortunately with an appointment it was over a 2 hour wait.

My family and I were at Greenberg dental here in Clermont,Fl. Their Service is terribly slow and one nurse assistant (Cathy Maldonado) was so rude to my wife while she was in the room with our daughter while she was getting an x-ray of one of her teeth. She told my wife she had to get out of the room Now!!! Our Daughter is only 10yrs old, we don’t even leave her alone at a Doctor’s appointment by herself. So yes I’m writing this review mainly because of her rudeness as well as for every time we go to an appointment and we’re on time and we sit there for 3 hours! Before you are Attended to.COVID-19 or not no one should ever have to sit in any office weather it’s a Doctor, Dental, or Hospital appointment Especially the ER.

Horrible dentist office. Rude staff, inconsiderate dentists and disgusting and deplorable conditions inside. My garage floor is cleaner than their exam rooms

Great personal care by the doctor and assistant.Length of time to make a permanent crown was excessive at 3 weeks.Getting through to this office by phone was impossible. No reply after leaving messages. After several attempts I finally drove to the office to make an appointment .

Broke file off in tooth during routine root canal and made me pay for attempted correction. Sent me to 2 different specialist which resulted in more lost time at work. Double billed Principal insurance company for x-rays and obstruction treatment although file could not be retrieved. Horrible office staff. Rarely answers phone and if they do they are rude and unprofessional. Jamie at front desk blatantly hung up on me when requesting a call back from doctor. A simple procedure or cleaning takes hours since they bounce back & forth between several patients at one time. Your time means nothing! Not only do I give them and there corporate customer service bad reviews. I also encourage you to never do business with their Clermont office. Dr Walker in particular.

Everyone was timely, professional, and efficient. We were in and out in about 30 minutes.

Only thing I can say is that the waiting on the room is too long to see the doctor more than a hour. Every time I get a appointment 😣

ANSWER THE PHONE! Youll see a lot of reviews here about how they just seem to not give a rip about answering the phone. I needed something urgent the other day and had to just drive over there. Left a message another time and it took them 2 days to call me back. They seem to be fine otherwise, but how do you make appointments or follow up if they wont answer?

Professional staff and place appeared clean. Because I didnt have an appt, I was there 4.5hrs. Many assistants and only one dentist. A liitle frustrating but accomplished what I went in for

Good luck trying to get an appointment. Been calling for two weeks, left messages, and even requested appointments online and havent heard a thing.

Unfortunately the wait was unacceptable. I had to wait at least 1 1/2 hours past my appointment time. I was told there was only one doctor . We should have been scheduled accordingly.

Arrived 20 minutes early. Filled out all the paperwork for new patient. Waited 45 minutes before I was seen by the dentist. I was told waiting was the norm in that office.

Been there several times now for different treatments. They explain everything and work with my insurance.Dr Walker is GREAT. Staff is GREAT. Hygienist was very good too. I usually loathe cleanings, not this time. No complaints.
