Appt for 1030. Arrived 1000. Was seen at 1113When arrived 18 people waiting. 2 seats left. One Lab person working. She was very nice, but overworked. Also, after blood is drawn you need to walk across lobby to restroom to obtain urine sample, then walk it back to lab.

Staff was very nice and professional. Phlebotomist was amazing pain-free stick.

This place told me that they couldnt find my information in their computer. I continued to call my PCP to see if the bloodwork information was faxed and they informed me that it was sent digitally to LabCorps. My PCP informed me that they do this to their clients all the time. Then I came back and confronted them and asked them to look harder. They kept insisting nothing was in the system for me. Then I had called my PCP back and asked them to fax the information over. They faxed it over and when I confirmed it was faxed over, they continued to take clients who had appointments BEHIND ME! Im sitting here still 40 minutes after my appointment time with still nothing to show! Dont go to this LabCorps. location. The staff are lazy and unhelpful.

Really friendly employees! Nice clean lobby, a great experience for labcorp! Chris the receptionist is so very sweet! She has such a warm greeting!

Opened early, fast and friendly service.

It states they close for lunch from 12:00 to 12:30. I got here before 12:00 and the doors were locked. Contacted inside all she kept saying was uh-huh and would not give me a straight answer. Extremely rude facility. Making sure the patients cant be seen before their lunch .When there signit states that they are open before 12:00 and open after 12:30. Was standing outside very obvious I have a service dog and the receptionist could see me before 12:00 and she could have opened the door.This company is not disability friendly Its very obvious The dog had a red jacket and I was there with issues to have blood work done for my vision loss.ADA NEEDS CONTACTED ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND B.B. .Also two disabled elderly ladies wanted to leave they would not let them out until I walked to my vehicle .Honestly if you dont like to be patient friendly you need a new career.Not making moaning answers on the phone and looking at me grinning.Close before lunch and also see this happens alot here at this location.

After waiting in line an hr before Clermont Quest Diagnostics opened, just to be turned away at the door, I was in and out of here in under 10 minutes at 8 am and with no appointment!

Internet says close at 4pm. Showed up at office at 2:55pm and they said they close at 3pm. Okay well I’m here 5 mins before y’all close. No sorry we can’t help you. Customer service sucks!
