Came home at the house was 90 degrees and no AC. Called Global, they set us up with a service call immediately. Was so grateful. Our service Tech Gary was not only professional and friendly but truly cared about getting the AC working and working efficiently. I HIGHLY recommend Global Cooling.

Gary was professional and timely. He got started right away. He ran into a snag caused possibly by the installer of the unit but he did not give up until it was resolved. He thoroughly inspected the system and corrected the problem. Hes very thorough and took time to explain everything he did. Great job

We have been looking to replace our previous A/C service. I found Global by googling for my area. They had the highest rating, very good customer testimonials and service tech compliments. I called and spoke to Robert, who is the owner, and described my need for a new service provider. He listened carefully, understood what I needed and was able to schedule a service tech in that afternoon. Gary called to inform me he was on his way. He arrived, very professional demeanor. He explained exactly what he was going to do. He was extremely thorough. We could not be more pleased with the service. Gary went over the recommended service items he found and prioritized them. Two critical issues that could cause damage in the future he was able to take care of today. I appreciate his candor and professionalism in how he took care of us.

I called on Friday, got a return call within 30 minutes, the tech called on Saturday morning, was here in less than an hour and my AC was back up and running within a couple of hours despite it being a monstrous job. I called on a Saturday evening. Rob called me back within 10 minutes. I was given prices, estimates, etc when the tech arrived at my home the very next Sunday morning. My issues were diagnosed and Gary Rivera was dispatched on Monday. Gary is very capable, pleasant and respectable. He is a conscientious and hard worker. Kudos, Rob, for screening your employees and hiring such wonderful people!

They were great. Unfortunately I have a very small leak in both of my A/C units. They gave me options for repairing the leak and for replacing the units. We got their maintenance plan, so they we can keep track of our coolant levels and when they get really low again, we will likely replace both units, but thanks to them that might not have to be for another year or so. Very professional, thorough and the pricing seemed fair to good. Not pushy like other service companies I’ve dealt with before. I don’t think I’ll ever have another ac company look at my units. I feel like I can trust this company and that’s a rarity for me to trust any repair company.

Marco arrived with his team to replace an A/c unit They were professional organized polite and AWESOME!! They were detailed oriented and did an awesome job. They did the removal of an older system and replaced with a new in 8 hours. Really nice guys !!

Doug was amazing. We are in a new build and the ac went out with 6 months and our warranty company could not come out for days . Called them and they came out the same day . Doug found that our ac unit had set fire and it was probably from an issue I heard when We first moved in. Because of his help and expertise, I called The other company back and all the sudden they were coming out today to fix it . We will defiantly be using them once our warranty is up! Doug was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable !

So the tech came and promptly changed what ended up being a simple part replacement in an older system. I’d give him 5 stars and a raise for courtesy if I could - super nice guy. I give the company two stars because I was charged $399 for a part that cost $12.99 online. Service call was already $125. I realize it was after hours, I get it. But I was left scratching my head wondering how a $12.99 part costs $399. If this is typical to the industry, I’m in the wrong profession.

Marcos did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing our AC very quickly and efficiently. He was also very thorough in making sure the repairs completely fixed our issue. Will definitely be using global cooling for future repairs and maintenance.

We came home to a house at 87 degrees with the ac system completely off. We called and within a few short hours Doug was at our house to help. I was very pleased with the service that was provided today for my air conditioner. I was especially pleased with how Charles did the yearly maintenance on my air conditioner. He was very good at explaining what he did and what was needed. I was impressed with his helpful advice and his professionalism. I would definite use his services again. He was polite and efficient and did his job quickly.

Repair person was professional. However, the advice given was to only make them money. The advice was to replace the whole unit because adding Freon would not work and the only way to fix it was to replace the whole unit. Another repair company came out and fix the issue with minimal charge and the A/C has worked for years beyond this companies assessment.Another thing was the request to give them 5 stars and a good review.

We moved into our house at the beginning of June and last night noticed that water was in our AC air return. I called Global Cooling this morning and asked if they could be here today. They rearranged the schedule and were able to fit us in. We were very relieved bc water was leaking on the carpet. Doug arrived within the time they said he would and was very nice and knowledgeable. He fixed our problem quickly and the price was reasonable, especially for same day service. We would recommend them and will use them again.

Highly recommend Global Cooling! They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have had them out for both an emergency and maintenance (buy the plan.. it’s totally worth it!).When my AC stopped working a part needed to be ordered - that I fully expected to be delayed - but they received the part and installed it within 48 hours of their initial visit. They made sure our home was comfortable and did not overcharge for coolant (that we knew would leak right out) while we waited for the part. All of the technicians are super kind and really make you feel like your service appointment is a priority.Global cooling should be your provider of choice.

Doug was very professional mindful of covid protocol covered shoes etc. he diagnosed the issue in a minute but didn’t poo poo my thoughts. Well it’s two days later and everything is working like new. I plan to use them in the future and would recommend to anyone

I’ve been using Global Cooling for many years. I’ve been completely satisfied every time they have been to my house. I’ve recommended them many times to friends and family. The first time I used them, their service technician Doug worked on my outside fan in the rain for hours until he knew the problem was fixed. From that moment, they had a customer for life. My AC went out suddenly on a Friday afternoon. I called Global Cooling. Even though I had not worked with them before, they had someone out within 2 hours. 15 minutes after they arrived it was fixed! The technician, Doug, talked to me about their AC maintenance service and gave me advice about different air conditioners and how they affect energy use -- because I mentioned that were looking to add solar panels on the house. He waited to ensure the house was cooling and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our AC unit is older, but has only had a few issues. Great Service but........They charge me $ 415.00 for a part I can buy for $ 16.00. My total bill was $540.00 my refrigerant levels were not checked as I was told they would be and the system was not checked. Then they want to sell you a very expensive maintenance plan

First contact with Global Cooling was by phone with Sophia. Sophia was very pleasant and informative. After scheduling an appointment, I received a call from Sophia explaining that the techs might be a little late. Actually, I thought that they were ahead of schedule and that was great. After servicing my unit, Doug gave me some good pointers and advised me that the unit was in good condition and made a suggestion on one thing that I could do to improve the efficiency of the unit at a latter date. Although I’m taking business elsewhere, I feel the company shouldn’t suffer a bad review for a bad day and want to up my rating just for this call. Thanks for taking precious time out of your day to smooth things over Rob.****I wish I could be among the great reviews I’ve seen for Global Cooling, but there’s no chance at this point. Long story short, this could be more my fault... you be the judge.The agent who set the appointment was polite and very clear in setting expectations for when the Technician arrives (1 star). The Technician gave a call when on his way and arrived on-time (the 2rd star).I’m in a situation where financing by a family member is definitely required to replace my system and I was transparent on this during a review of my home and history of my current system.They were the third estimate for our system and I was inclined to go with them just for the fact they’re a local business and guarantee to beat other estimates.The last Technician, from another company, heard my situation and nonetheless provided a breakdown of EVERYTHING to be done along with an e-mailed estimate... that he waited until I received and POINTED OUT where to click next, who to call etc.The Technician from Global Cooling said he would take a few minutes to check my system and follow with next actions. His next actions... about 10 minutes later; was a knock on the door, said he’s done, and the estimate was emailed to me. There was no explanation of what will be expected in the work “quoted”. He couldn’t burn rubber fast enough.Its been a couple days and I still haven’t received my estimate after checking my spam and junk folders. I’m alright without it at this point and the decision of who to work with is now easier. I’ve secured the company willing to earn my business regardless of my situation.I wish this experience could have ended with building a relationship and helping a local business, but the Technician did mention their business is booming; most likely why there’s no need to do a little work for my money.This definitely may not be the norm given their track record, but I owe this review of my experience.... to myself and anyone else who may want to save themself from a similar feeling of being treated less than a valued customer, no matter the reason.
