Came very quickly. Wanted to charge me $875 to change a fan motor. I declined. Then went down to $650. I declined. Then went down to $500. I declined. Then went down to $350. I declined out of principal. They tried to rip me off with the price so I am not willing to trust thier work. Now i understand why they can come so quickly because all they do is charge you a $79 fee to diagnose the problem. Then they give you such a high price that you will decline. Then can then go quickly to the next persons house.

WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!! DO NOT USE THEM. I would give them a negative score if I can. They are NOT legitimate company, and want to charge me $750 for filling up freon. I am a landlord and had to use them as an emergency because I couldnt get anybody else to work on my project on a Saturday afternoon, and it was a big mistake. The lady who answers the phone that everybody else is talking about is probably the technicians wife, who is definitely RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and NASTY. She told me over the phone that I shouldnt be shopping around for a price, and I should just come straight to them instead of insisting for a quote over the phone. What kind of employee does this? This lady also spoke to my tenant over the phone and told her the reason why the technician couldnt make it there on time was because I was shopping around for the price, which does not make it a legitimate reason why the technician couldnt show up until next day. After I turn down the offer for $750 of filling up the freon and fixing a small part, the technician who doesnt seem to know what he is doing left happily, which make it seems like thats all he does all day long, give customers super high quotes and make people not want to fix it, so he can make his $75 diagnostic fee in 5 minute and just leave!!!!

I called for Ac service at 0830am. After a number of calls back and forth the tech showed up at 530pm shirt untucked, shoes untied, and a baseball cap... Very unprofessional..With the tech Then explaining all he could do was take my part and come back the next day to finish a job that they told me they would finish the same day I called!!

Excellent service can not say enough they came out late at night and get the repairs done with a reasonable price. Will recommend them.

I call this company for service and the technician shows up in a timely manner. He was able to fix my A/C unit quickly, the amount quoted for the repair was very reasonable. The technician also ask me to give a review for the company. I have another company came out a year ago and they were very unprofessional, they came out in a unmarked truck and no company uniforms. 24 Hr. Air Service came out in a company truck and the technician gave me a business card and introduce himself and then asked me whats going on with the unit. I explained to him and he told me about the service charge and I signed off the invoice allowing him to work on the unit. Keep up the good work and continue giving your technician the same training. Presentation is very important in a company.

I just finished an after-hours call with this company. If you can ask for a service tech, ask for Erick. The man was a consummate professional and extremely helpful. Their after-hours service charge was reasonable. I would definitely use them again. I was weary of using them because of the other review, but I could not let this professionals shining service go unannounced.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Thats all i can say about this company. 2 hours late to an appointment with no call until I CALLED THEM. Had the unit openb, ready to go, technician was there for literally 10 min, changed a fuse a left. Tried to talk with the customer service rep, on paying for the service call, but not the outrageous price they were trying to charge me, but all she seemed to want to do is argue with me instead of hear me out. If you have an A/C issue and feel like getting screwed, this is your company. If you want professionalism and customer satisfaction youd do better off call pretty much any other contractor in the area

Call this company first. Had issues with my AC and they came out immediately. They gave me an estimate and I was please with the cost. Their tech was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. Thanks Mike

Chemen came out on a hot night when my a/c was not working. He came out right away and diagnosed the problem immediately. Great customer service and highly recommend 24 hour air service.

If I could give a negative score I would!!! I had an appointment scheduled btw 9-10AM. When no one showed up by 1015 I called and they kept me on hold checking for 15-20 minutes. I had another appointment and would not be home until noon so I was told someone would be here soon after that. I called at 1130 to check and make sure someone was going to come and they told me someone would be here by 130. Guess what they didnt show. I called back again and was disconnected. I called again and was told they would be here by 330. Guess what they didnt show. I called again and asked to speak with a manager. They said they would call me back. Guess what they didnt. I called again as now my entire day has been ruined waiting since 9AM and still at 5PM no one is here and no one called me all day. I have made a total of 8 phone calls, and been disconnected 4 times. Non one has ever called me or given me any correct information. Dont use this service!!!!!!! I have been a customer service manager for over 20 years and if anyone ever treated a customer the way I have been treated today they would be out of a job and should be out of business. I understand things happen but they could have avoided an extremely unhappy customer with an apology, and a phone call. Is that really too much to ask?

Very good service, I called them at night they arrived on time, the technician was very courteous and the price was very reasonable, the technician left my home after 12 A.M. You can call 24Hr Air Service anytime! Very reliable company.

DO NOT USE THEM! Charged 80 year old couple $450.00 to replace a $17 capacitor. They made a call and the repairman showed up, opened AC panel and replaced capacitor, then presented them with an outrageous bill. He was there exactly 20 minutes. If you subtract approximately $65 for service call and say $35 for the part, that leaves $350 for 20 minutes of labor. Thats $17.50 PER MINUTE for labor. It was price gouging in simple terms... an elderly couple suffering from heat and need help after hours. Call ANY OTHER COMPANY!

Funny 24/7 365 days a yr. Just called them and it the lady that answered the second time I called cuz first time no one answered, told me it will be tomorrow some one could come.. that they are short handed on techs.. so whos fault is that . Must sucks to work for this company....

They were the only company that could get a tech out on a Sunday, however, they completely ripped me off by charging double the amount any other company would have charged. You would save more money by spending a hot summer night in a hotel and waiting for a reputable company to come service your AC.

Poor csr service. Technicician came out drunk and still drinking in his truck. Communication within the company is terrible. My mother board is under warranty and it took them 4 days to swap it out. Than another 3 days to TRY to install it. Their unskilled techs couldnt complete the job, they took the new board and STOLE my old one. DO NOT USE THEM!!

So weve used this company for a few years now. The first several times they came out, It was hit-and-miss. Never knew if we were getting an experienced tech or some layabout rookie. This past couple weeks, weve had issues with our central air system, so we called these people. We were rewarded with a guy who seemed inexperienced and lazy. Not to mention EVERY time we scheduled an appointment, they were at least 2 hours late, and once 5 hours !! I understand they might be swamped with work, but how about you call and give us a heads-up, instead of cancelling other appointments or leaving work early for nothing !! Also, the woman who answers the phone will interupt you and is argumentative. And why would you send a tech out without a bottle of refrigerant ! Thats like a car without a steering wheel !! Youre in the HVAC business, be prepared !! DONT USE THESE PEOPLE !!!

Used this company before with mixed feelings and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake !! They send out technicians who are inexperienced and need to call other techs every 2 minutes for the answers. Why would you hire someone who cant do the job ?? The answering service woman is obnoxious and tries to talk over you. The last time they sent someone out, he said the system needed charging, then left without doing it. Then when I called, and tried to explain this to the woman, she had no idea what I was talking about. COMMUNICATION ?? Nonexistent !! Go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle !

Never use this company. They screwed up my old ac unit and they installed my new unit and screwed that up as well. I ended up having to replace the unit they put in within 1 year... Never use these clowns!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are rude, and will take any opportunity to screw you out of your money by not getting authorization of repairs and making repairs are not necessary. And their labor charges are excessive!!

Love this company, they gave me good service and repair is very reasonable for the late hour they came to my house. I would used them over and over again.
