University Dental Associates in Clemmons is the place to go quality dental care. The office is clean soothing and welcoming. The front staff are professional, caring and knowledgeable. The dental hygienist and dental assistants do an excellent job in caring for you dental needs. Dr Pryor is an excellent dentist. He is professional, knowledgeable and caring. He explains the procedure so that you understand, he answers your questions, he gives you options for treatment. He patient manner is excellent. I would definitely recommend this off ice to my friends and family.

Great providers (doctors), unfortunately the billing, front desk and office manager overshadow that.

Dr. Kiser is very gentle and patient with my daughter. He listens to you as a parent and will explain things slowly and thoroughly. All of the dental hygienists are super nice and caring. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful office! The staff and hygienists are patient and friendly. Dr. Kizer is wonderful with the kids. He’s patient and warm, and I was very comfortable with his level of expertise and knowledge for my daughter with a rare syndrome. The office is clean, and both times we’ve gone since the pandemic we’ve been the only family that I’ve seen there.

We LOVE this office. Both of my toddlers love coming here. They always remember my children’s favorite cartoon characters and make them feel very comfortable. They love going to the dentist and getting a prize for being good listeners. They ask me to take them to the dentist all of the time now. I am so grateful for an office that excelled at child centered dentistry so close to home. Thank you to the staff for your wonderful care and attention to my children! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE!

Very kind and compassionate hygienists and dentist at the pediatrics office. Kids are not scared to go and are comfortable when they are there.

My six year old son just transferred care from another pediatric dentist to here today. We loved it! From the receptionist to the dentist everyone we encountered was great. Office was clean and very kid friendly. We have definitely found our place from now on.

I wish when I was a kid I had a dentist like this. The facility is modern, clean and all staff are extremely friendly. Everything is designed to make your child dentist experience a positive one. TVs are installed above each station with headphones, making teeth cleaning a breeze. I highly recommend this place.

Pretty lousy to kick Medicaid kids out of the practice after November! Those great kids built your practice to what it is today! Its pretty sorry that once again, corporation chooses profit over people. Shameful!!

Great and timely service

My child’s first time to the Dentist and he’s 4. The people were very professional and caring. Very nice facility . My son loved it ! Even got to watch cartoons while they were cleaning his teeth . 5 ⭐️

I have never written a poor review for anyone, but our experience with one of the dental assistants today was absolutely atrocious. She lost her patience with our child just to take an x-ray. Our child was upset about getting an x-ray of a tooth that needed to be extracted or else it will get severely infected and painful for my child and after only a few short minutes of trying, she threw her hands down and frustratingly said, “Alright...I’m not doing this.” Then proceeded to rip off the protective x-Ray vests off herself, me and my child. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. I don’t know if she was having a bad morning, didn’t have her coffee or what, but because of her I have had one of the worst experiences as a parent at a dentist. Dr. Kizer ought to be astonished at the behavior of his staff. Although I like Dr. Kizer, I think it best to take my business elsewhere, unless that employee be reprimanded for her behavior.

The office itself is clean and bright. The front desk staff is friendly. I have taken two children here for general cleaning visits and it was fine. I like the location, it is convenient.I have one child who has bad teeth and needs restorative procedures. For this purpose, UDA pediatrics was not a good fit for us. No procedures were discussed or explained to her. It all felt very rushed. She had severe anxiety about going due to bad experiences here and was shamed more than once for being panicked about what was happening to her.We decided to find another provider when the pediatric dentist raised his voice at my 6 year old, demanding she make eye contact with him. He then yelled at her for faking her panic and told she was lying for saying she felt any pain. Whether she felt pain or whether a terrified child equated intense pressure and having her mouth packed with weird, unexplained dental equipment was never explored. I was told my daughter was a liar and difficult. I decided that we didnt need to put her through that again or give the practice yet another chance. I paid my balance and we left.We have since found another office that works with her, explains everything, and takes their time to make sure she is onboard with the procedures being performed. Even when she was anxious at first, they took their time. She is no longer scared of the dentist or about having restorative procedures. Today, she did wonderful with a restoration at this office - no panic, no fear, no pain, no yelling and for that we are very thankful.

Dr. Kizer is very professional, but, at the same time, makes my daughter feel completely comfortable and worry free. She actually enjoys the dentist. Amazing!

I am a long time patient, and The 1 Star is specific to and ONLY because the office staff here is the worse. They are not helpful and are in real need of customer service 101 training.As for Dr. Kizer he is awesome and has taken care of my child for the past 4 years and if it wasn’t for his care I would take my business elsewhere. He really should reconsider the office staff!

The receptionists & hygienists are always kind & friendly. Dr Kizer is AMAZING. I can’t say enough good things about him. He’s open minded & respectful of my alternative choices for my kids’ dental care & takes the time to explain things to me to help me better understand the science behind the care he recommends. I tell people all the time how much I love UDA for my kids & wish Dr Kizer could be my dentist too! I so appreciate how wonderful everyone is :)

Patient staff, short wait times, and clean practice. Both of my children were in and out in less than 1 hour. Dr. Kizer explained everything thoroughly and asked if we had any concerns. Highly recommend!

My Dentist is great. The billing department is terrible. My insurance told me they sent the wrong codes in twice, so they had to send them in again. What is the worst part of this is they new this when I called up there. Then I get a delinquent paper in the mail after already paying my portion at time of service. This miss up was at University Dental Billing.
