I wasn’t too impressed by front office ladies as I first entered office. However, once I met Chandra I felt very comfortable. She is knowledgeable, understanding, very patient and very easy to talk to. Dr Miller was very polite and detailed during examination. After initial visit I’m now looking forward to a smooth and long relationship withDr Miller and Chandra.

Another amazing experience! I appreciate the staff working around my schedule and if you have any questions regarding insurance ask to speak to the front manager, she understands it all. I love you can pay as you go instead of paying all upfront for stuff you haven’t received like at my last office and the estimates are always right on. Ask for Shandra if you need a new hygienist! Such a fun atmosphere!

Absolutely the worst services ! It’s taking them six months to get all my teeth situated told him I needed it to be done by October 2 . We are having Pictures done ! Then now from all the Rescheduling canceling me off . The price is always changing, Having to reimburse my flex card that takes six weeks to get it back on .They do not have it together! Do not spend your good hard money there .The worst situation I’ve ever been in. Please find another place .

I was very pleased with this facility, staff, and location. This has probably been the best experience in all my dental care. The staff were kind and very knowledgeable in every detail. They even explained to me how they would do the needed treatments for me with 100% care. I felt like I should have been going here all along. Thank you all for making me feel like an individual and not just another patient or number.

The best hygienist Ive ever seen across nine states and the best dentist Dr. Miller, he is personable and kind they make a great dynamic duo. As a registered nurse I know you dont always find this in the medical field but I would recommend anyone to come to their practice. Very professional very knowledgeable and most of all very kind! I am very satisfied with the result of my treatment. The environment is organized and clean. The attendants are very polite and the procedure follows a routine that makes me feel confident that I am being well attended.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Miller. He did the best at trying to make sure things went smoothly with the least amount of pain.Unfortunately, since April it is now the end of July I have been trying to get a hold of someone regarding my billing. I am often told that the office manager is not in the office, and they are the only one to help me. More often the phone just does not get picked up. Every time I have left a voicemail with my phone number, I never receive a call back I have also tried to email multiple times.

The first visit was very well coordinated and every employee made you feel relaxed. Extremely helpful with explanations and very proficient with their jobs. I would highly recommend their services.

Went for what I thought was a to be a consultation wound up getting x-rays and teeth cleaned along with the consultation. Super nice and explain everything, they use a water jet to clean your teeth with instead of the scraping tool which I hate, loved the water jet though.

They’re always helpful and nice! Chandra was my hygienist today and she was awesome! Dr. Miller is kind and funny! I left other dentist because they’re only open Monday-Thursday 7:00am-3:00. Most Normal people can’t go during those hours especially if you work 2 jobs. Riccobene is open until 5:00 everyday. This makes my life easier!

Super sweet and caring staff! My 7yr old chipped his tooth while playing with his siblings, couldn’t eat without being in pain and they were able to get him in right away! They talked him through the whole process, answered his questions and made him feel at ease! I would absolutely recommend this office!

By far the best dental office! I was only there for about an hour for my two kids cleanings but the front desk came out twice while I was there to clean the lobby! The two blondes at the front were very helpful explaining my kids treatment plans and going over finance options. Very pleased my insurance company directed me to them!

During the midst of COVID-19, she felt comfortable enough to go back all alone and get her teeth cleaned! I was ecstatic!! The dentists were very professional and compassionate of my situation. Now they all LOVE the dentist and have been consistently improving their oral regime since our visit. I would definitely recommend this practice, very professional and helpful people.

Wonderful dentist and hygienists but the reception needs help. Rarely get calls through, voicemails dont get returned, billing is sketchy. I do not want to find a new dentist but they are really pushing me towards it

I get very anxious when I go to the dentist because of prior experiences. Today was my first time going to see Dr. Miller because I had an old filling come out. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly, my hygienist made me feel at ease and was so kind and professional. Dr. Miller and the hygienist constantly checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay and I can easily say this was a 100% pain free experience and the best trip I’ve ever had to the dentist.

New to the area and found Riccobene who worked me in quickly. Very professional folks, front desk, hygenists and dentists. Dr. Miller has a great sense of humor and puts you at ease.

Chandra did a wonderful job with my teeth cleaning and all the things she do, she is real professional with everything she does. If it were possible I would give her 10 stars.

Must have called 20 or more dentists which none would accept medicaid. So when this place said they did it was music to my ears. They had a cancelation so was able to fit me in same day. The dentist was awesome and concerned. Place is clean and friendly staff.

I had a broken tooth that was used to connect. And hold my partial in place. I was a little afraid they would have to do some sort of oral surgery to get all of the tooth out. I felt totally relaxed by the time the Doctor finish explaining what he needed to do. I really loved my experience here and I will refer everyone I know to Riccobene Associates.

I have been a patient of Riccobene Associates for more than 3 years and have always been treated well by both their dentists and hygienists.

My son was in an accident almost a year ago causing him to get plastic surgery done to his face. Ever since the accident I havent taken him to the dentist because, he is now petrified when he used to enjoy going. My son broke half of his tooth playing like boys do, causing me to have a good reason to persuade him to go. They did a fantastic job even though he cried the whole time, they even managed to calm him down enough to quickly clean his teeth while I was on the phone with his previous dentist to get his x-rays faxed over. They were so kind about it and not once did a single person complain or give me a look a mother gets when their child is having a mental breakdown(yall know the look). This office will take good care of you no matter what the problem is.

My daughter discovered a broken tooth this morning when she was brushing her teeth. It was very painful and she asked if I could find a dentist that would be able to see her. I discovered Riccobene on the Internet and gave them a call. They went out of their way to get her an appointment as quickly as possible actually the following morning. The extraction was painless and my daughter was very pleased with how well she was treated. I would strongly recommend visiting Riccobene Associates the next time you find it necessary to search for a dentist!

My original procedure went very well and the staff made me feel very comfortable. I had some pain and swelling the next day and contacted office. They got me in that day and took very good care of me. Dr Miller and the staff that worked along with him for both visits were amazing. I would recommend them to anybody.

The staff and dentist are very good at their jobs here. I dont have to wait in the waiting room very long and they do excellent and quick work. They also answer all your questions so you will be comfortable getting your work done.

The staff here is extremely considerate, caring, and patient. I had a horrific experience several years ago with a dentist. Since then, I had been terrified to go to any dentist. My 6 yr old daughter started seeing Dr. Miller and my hubby raved at how wonderful they are. I badly broke a tooth and had to get an emergency visit. As scared as I was, I was also in a great deal of pain. Dr. Miller, and his staff, were so understanding about my fear and pain. They got me all fixed up and I have regained my trust in going to see a dentist. Would recommend to everyone.

Dr. Patrick Miller is a excellent Dentist. I came to their office with a abscessed tooth and he worked me in for a root canal within minutes. He has done excellent work as painless as any Dentist could be. I would recommend him to anyone I know.

Great staff, and wonderful service! They were also wonderful with my two small children. My youngest was very nervous about her first visit, but the staff made her feel comfortable and didn’t push her to do anything she was apprehensive about. I highly recommend Riccobene and Associates. Dr. Miller and Lucila are great. They both make you feel very welcomed and they both take time to listen to any concerns you may have.
