Bayside Pool has been an awesome pool service! They do a great job and my pool has never looked better. Any issue that comes up with my pool Frank has been amazing and is able to address the my issue immediately. They are incredibly affordable and professional. I highly recommend Bayside Pool Services.

We have been using Bayside for 7 years now and have always been happy with the service they deliver. We moved to a new house with a geo thermal pool system. The hours they put in learning the new system and in turn teaching me were numerous. Frank and his team go above and beyond for their customers. If you’re looking for a full service pool company, you won’t find better than Bayside Pool!

I’ve used Bayside pool service for the last 7 years and I could not recommend them more highly. I have an open pool with lots of leaves and it is immaculate after every service. The technicians are knowledgeable and efficient at their jobs at a very fair monthly cost. They’ve also replaced the pump and filter either that day or the next. How’s that for service? Stop looking and call Frank and his crew for you pool maintenance needs.

If you want someone to actually clean your pool do not hire this company. She just dumps chemicals, doesn’t scrub, and then quits without notice. Extremely unprofessional, a one woman operation.

We have used Bayside Pools for 5 years. They are always quick to answer our phone calls and attend to issues. This week, our filter started leaking. They were at our house one day after the call, replaced the filter, hauled off the old one, and willingly gave us some flexibility with payment for the service.

Bayside canceled service effective immediately because I would not let them replace a leaking pump, which I noticed. By pool is being renovated by another company who is going to replace the entire system at the same time. Bayside told me that they make their profits on equipment repairs not service and therefore they do not want to service the pool any more. Heads up if you need equip repairs or replace and want to have another company do it you may get dropped. Very unprofessional!

We have used Bayside Pool Services for a couple years now and they are top notch. Pool is always well cared for and if we ever have any questions or need additional services, such as needing a pool light replaced or upgrades to equipment, Marty is always quick to respond, professional and very pleasant to work with. This company was originally recommended to us by a local realtor and Im glad the name was given to us. They do an excellent job!

Customer service beyond belief! Throughout the 15 or so years I have been a consumer of Bayside pools. Our pool has turned green several times with this company as our provider at a cost of appx. $300 per incident. I called today to cancel an was told you cant cancel us because we cancelled you for non-payment. Well there was three months worth of checks outside for the service person had they actually shown up to provide service. No service, no payment seems simple enough since they dont have an automated payment process.There are probably better companies with better service but after the latest $220 purchase in chemicals to recover from them abandoning it, were just going to do it ourselves. IF you have an option, go elsewhere. The Dunedin Pinch-A-Penny has a new owner so their service may be worth checking out. There is a reason this company how has several 1 star reviews.

Bayside has been caring for my pool and equipment for over 8 years and I can always count on them for good weekly service and quick response when an equipment problem occurs.
