Everyone was extremely professional and courteous. It was a pleasure doing business with you. Everything was on time and in great shape. I thank everyone from Michael who helped me out tremendously to the two gentlemen who delivered the furniture. I would not hesitate to use them again. I would recommend them to anyone. Used Two Men & A Truck for a local move from one condo to another. We also switched appliances between the two units. The 4-man crew started and completed the move on time and on budget. Many of our pieces were over-sized and heavy. Our pieces were covered with blankets and wrapped in plastic before leaving the first condo. Front doors had to be removed at both condos to avoid scraping and the handles of one fridge had to removed for same reason. Overall, we were very impressed and pleased by this crew - especially the leader.

I totally recommend Two Men and a Truck they were a 10/10! I would definitely recommend anyone to use this company for moving! They accommodated all my needs and wants. They drove to 5 different spots and they were early on their timeframe! The two gentlemen Jonathan and Will were amazing and patient through the entire process. They both went above and beyond to ensure my items were taken care of and even executed what almost looked like an impossible task. I will definitely be calling back Two Men and a Truck for my next move!

My husband and I were debating using a moving company to save on costs. 110% worth every penny! These guys arrived a few minutes early, and got right to work. I was worried some of the items would be too heavy or too tricky to move out of the door and they did everything no problem. Took our belongings to our new home and put our furniture back together and everything! They were so quick and efficient and careful with all of our belongings. When calling to schedule the man I spoke with in the office was so professional and pleasant I thought I was talking to a recording at first! Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of moving!

2 Men and a Truck were amazing! The 2 gentlemen that helped me move were not only very friendly, polite and fun to be around but very punctual and efficient. I am currently 9 months pregnant and they were beyond helpful.

I called and was given a round about estimate for moving 1 item, an old TV cabinet. Weight was 140#. 59L x 52 height x 22 deep. I was told on the phone the price would be $169 which seemed a might high but I dont have a truck.Errors:1. The movers were supposed to call me 30 minutes before they went to the pick up destination. They never called me. I was unable to inspect the furniture before it arrived at my home.2. On my invoice, I was charged $95 for insurance. They call it something else but the gentleman who delivered said it was for insurance. I never asked for insurance, I never agreed for any insurance so that should have been removed. I told the Mover at the time and he said I would need to call the office on a Monday sincee my 1 piece of furniture was delivered on a Saturday.3. I called the office on Monday, no one picked up so I left a detailed message. Not one person called me back to explain or to negotiate or do anything to remove the $95 fee that I did not authorize.4. The gentleman mover who was holding the iPad initialed for me. I wasnt offered to initial myself to the aspects of the delivery. I was unable to read the paperwork on the iPad and I was again told to call the office on Monday cuz I refused to sign for $95 somebody else signed my name.5. I have used Two Men and a Truck for two other major moves and this time I only moved one item I will never use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Ive always been a big fan of them. I often brag about what good help they have and how efficient they are not anymore Im done with them I will never use them again over an additional $95 insurance fee they charged for an old entertainment stand that I needed moved. Why did the mover initial my name on the iPad and who signed my Name? I was not argumentative I was only asking him questions and he had no clue or if he did he just wasnt going to tell me but I did not get to initial nor did I sign my name, everything was done for me so I think thats fraud and incompetence.6. To sum up my review: They charged too much and hidden fees folks. You dont get a call before they pick up, thus NO inspection and when my entertainment stand was delivered there was paint all down the side of it from who knows where? Where did that come from since I was unable to look at the entertainment stand before it was picked up? THEY BLEW IT.

The three men were very nice. I did not say anything to them because I did not notice it at the time but they put a couple big scratches in the top of my wood dining room table. I had to keep reminding them to please wrap things because they were not going to always do that. I asked them to put blankets between things also that they originally were not going to do and they promised me that it would not scratch things. They did break off a couple of chair leg ends that I taped back on until I can find them again. A little bit too much goofing around going on and maybe they might not have scratched a few of the things.

The service was exceptional, from setting up the move with office staff to the actual move. The staff that took our information knew what questions to ask in order to have everything ready for the move. The actual movers were on time, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. This is by far the best moving experience we have had. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to friends and family.

Very poor. Your movers refused to wear a mask while in our office. We require a mask be worn to protect our employees. I should report your. Company to the CDC.

Damaged my toolbox and never got reimbursed even though I paid for the insurance. These people couldnt care less about peoples damaged property. Save yourself and use someone else.UPDATE: Your team reached out to me after the move and were very rude and still used every possible measure to do the least to resolve the issues. You made your bed now lay it in. Absolutely the worst experience in moving ever. Forget about righting your many wrongs now. I can only hope this branch closes and no one gets screwed over by you in the future.

This is my fifth move with Two Men and a Truck they are always friendly, hard working, no goofing off, on time, trust worthy men! Last move they went beyond the call of duty. Was storing my furniture in a POD, was told one POD was enough! When TMAAT arrived they told me I would need another POD, my furniture would not fit. After many threats POD company was able to deliver another POD, my moving team waiting and packed the new POD! Excellent Job! I will use them!

Called several times and no answer. I left a message and never got a response 😒. The recording said higher than longer wait times do to Covid19, which is understandable. One, higher more people, so many people are out of work. Two, at least return messages, even if you cant do the job.

We had used Two men and a Truck In Wisconsin with great success in the past but we weren’t sure if the Florida experience would be just as good. We are very impressed with this company as their training and procedures are the same in both states. The movers showed up on time, very professional, and efficient with packing the truck. It was a local move so paying by the hour you want the movers to keep moving. The actual time was less than estimated so very happy with what we paid. No damage as everything was wrapped and handled with care. I recommend this company to everyone.

If you pack well and clearly articulate what you need moved then you’ll get an accurate estimate and everything will be efficient. The 3 movers were polite, professional and punctual.

I would give them less if I could. This is the second time, and now last time we will ever use Two Men and a Truck. We just paid thousands of dollars to move from Florida back to Ohio and let me tell you....so many of our things have been damaged. They didnt wrap any of my canvas paintings. And two of them are destroyed. I have broken lamps, my mattresses are filthy like they dragged them around outside or the truck was dirty. They were careless, and in a hurry. So much so that they kept asking if I wanted to leave things in Florida. ARE YOU SERIOUS? We are paying you over $6,000 to PACK AND MOVE OUR THINGS! Needless to say Im outraged, and will NEVER use this company again.

These guys are the worst. They are very rude and park in the middle of the street. They even park other cars and vans in the street so other cars have to honk to get there attention to move. I told them they were rude and they didnt even care. Way to go. Dont waste your money, they may be cheaper but you get what you pay for.

For a small simple 2 hour move we have had several damage issues, not to our furniture, but to BOTH of our residences and over a month later I still am waiting to hear back about repairing the damages!! 2 person move. 1 of them decided to lift a stack of large ceramic pots by himself, huffing and puffing, and set them down, lost his grip and cracked a brand new tile floor. Then the same guy proceeded to carry a QUEEN boxspring up a flight of winding stairs by himself. Lost his grip, dropped it. Damaged newly painted walls, stairs and newly painted metal railing. After insisting that he wait for the other guy to assist him, he proceeded to lift it by himself again, completely ignoring me and dropped it again!!! Even more disturbing that I called in a claim for it and STILL have not had a difinitive response of repairing their negligence.I would highly encourage to go with someone else! HIGHLY recommend.UPDATE!!UPDATE: 1 week later from when Two Men and a Truck responded to my review and my Facebook review claiming that their Manager would be in touch with me to address the issues, I still have not received any phone call to resolve this issue from anyone at Two Men and a Truck.

I’ve used Two Men & A Truck for many years now and would have given a 5 star rating everytime. This time I ran into 2 issues,. 1st, they left for my new house without telling me, hence they showed up earlier which means I had to pay for the time they just sat there waiting. That’s 1 less star. The 2nd star is because one of the drivers took my number and texted me a couple of days later hitting on me. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
