I have moved with Big Boys Moving 2 times and each time they did not disappoint. I called and spoke with Shelby in the office she was very helpful, I can’t praise the move crew Michael and Joe enough for how efficient they were. I can see why this company has won so many awards. They even hauled away some old furniture I didn’t want, I have recommended them to several people I know and we have all had excellent experiences with the crew at Big Boys Moving. Don’t waste your time with any other moving company!

This is the 2nd time I’ve used this company to move my entire office of large heavy dental equipment and they are very efficient and were careful to not break any of the heavy equipment. They even called a 4th guy to come help since the equipment was so heavy and they wanted to ensure the move was done safely. Highly recommend this company very polite and professional.

Damaged my bedroom set and never mentioned it to me. They were in a hurry to get to another move, so I signed final paper. Didnt notice damage until after they left. Company refuses to pay for damages or repair furniture. Go over every piece of furniture, even if it costs you an extra hour because it is less expensive than paying for repairs. They are very unreasonable and unprofessional. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

They came to my Mom & Dads took about 5 hours to pack there furniture & boxes into there truck. Nice gentleman a few were formally in the military. They were fast & friendly. They are very expensive. Overall quick & friendly.

I called Shelby about moving the piano I inherited from my grandmother. Alex and his cohort were wonderfully careful with it, and kept to the appointment time I was provided. I am so pleased at the level of care and professionalism I experienced, I will definitely hire them again if I need something moved, and plan to suggest Boy Boys to all my friends.Great work team!!

Ive lived in Florida about 20 years with my wife and my family and weve moved about 5 * we used Big Boy movers once before about 7 or 8 years ago and they did a phenomenal job everything was perfect and then we moved about 3 years ago and for some reason somebody recommended somebody cheaper and it was a disaster so we just moved again and they we decided to go back to Big Boy movers and they give us a competitive quote and they came and they moved our three-bedroom Place everything was wrapped up correctly and everything was delivered correctly there was no damages everybody was polite and they put everything in this place and I highly recommend them you pay for what you get and these guys are professional they know what theyre doing I give him 5 stars. Ive been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years and I completely understand great customer service and these guys understand that as well

Beyond happy with my experience with this company. Ive said it once before and Ill say it a million times over: Big Boys is the ONLY company I trust to move my belongings. Shelby was the kindest consultant Ive spoken to and the movers were the most professional Ive ever had. A lot of movers Ive hired before have goofed off and damaged my furtnutre but not at Big Boys.

The movers were supposed to arrive from 12-2 pm. They arrived at 3pm. I was told there would be no gas fee. For a promotion they had, but was charged it anyway. We have a three bedroom apartment bottom floor. moving only 8 minutes away. They took 5 hours to even pack the truck, and then my husband and I had to unload the truck because the manager said “if you don’t want to pay more; I suggest you help” One of the movers watched football on his phones and took two and a half hours in one room to Wrap furniture. Everything was already packed. All they had to do was move it. Finally when we arrived, one of the movers broke the leg off of our kitchen table. Not once did they apologize, or anything else. He said “it looks like it has been glued on” although we just got this table less than two months ago. We ended up paying $750 and they wanted to charge 1000 if we didn’t help and get everything out of the truck. Not to mention, when we left the apartment to head to our house, it took me and my husband in our truck 8 minutes, they didn’t not show up for 40 minutes and we left at the same time. That got counted into our time! I would never ever use them again and I strongly advise anyone reading this not too.

As most of us do, I was doing my due diligence, called a few options in the area. Got a quote sent to me online from this company - found another company up the street 123MovingCompany, provided Big Boys feedback about pricing, competition and that they LIED to me about a standard TRUCK/SERVICE fee all companies would charge me. The difference in price was HUGE - so I wrote a very friendly email to the person who offered me the quote, and let her know that she was misinformed and provided her the pricing. Her email in return was nasty, spoke ill of the competition and was full of more lies. DO NOT TRUST PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU DURING A CRISIS. People need to move, we need humanity in times like this. Because of the lies and lack of professionalism I will now NEVER do business with this company, and share with my local friends and family the same.

From chipped furniture to broken glass, these boys were on their phones the whole time (video chats and phone calls with friends planning their evening with their friends in an airbnb!) I helped move a lot of the items MYSELF because i knew how costly their time was! Then driving 15mph under the speed limit when they left the storage unit. There is absolutely no reason to ever use this company unless you like paying over $300/hr then an additional $110/hr after that to have your items delivered damaged or destroyed. Broken wine bottles, flower vases, storage containers... broke a handle off my end table set, broke a lamp... chipped both my headboard and footboard to my nice wooden bedroom set... and I got to pay over $400 to have a ONE BEDROOM (no dining set, no couches...) moved out of a storage unit already shrinkwrapped, bubblewrapped and blanketed. The day before it took me and 2 guys less than an hour to unload TWO bedrooms into the same unit. Despite having to move significantly less furniture, they still took double the time.

And once again..... I referred these guys.And nothing but praises...My Wifes aunt and Uncle are moving out of the country and at to load a container with a specific time frame.. They were so worried, but big boys moving once again came through.Thanks again for making me look good

Never had such a hustle free, on time and no damage move in my life. Cameron and Carmen went out of their way to make sure we had smooth move including dumping all the trash and furniture that we were not moving with, all this done after 5 pm on a rainy day. Made sure all our electronics were covered and protected from the elements. Cant praise them enough and definitely when any moves come up I will recommend this team. Thanks again for all the help.

The guys were fast, reliable for my last minute move and Shelby did a great job coordinating. Thank you guys and I would recommend this moving company.

I would recommend everyone to stay as far away from this company as possible. You’ll probably have a better time moving in the hot Florida heat than deal with these movers. They showed up over half an hour later than the window given and showed up with a huge attitude once they saw how much stuff was in the apartment that they’re moving. Granted, there was some miscommunication about how much stuff was in the apartment but they acted very unprofessional and rude the entire time. They scratched the front door and broke some parts to a furniture and didn’t even utter a slight “my bad” at the least. They obviously hated their job and one of them was on their phone a lot of the time. There was an argument at the end over the bill and one of the movers proceeded to flick us off, like literally raising his middle finger saying “I’m getting out of here, I’m paid so I don’t really care about your problems”. I mean I guess we shouldn’t expect much from someone who uses “finna” and “it’s gucci” when speaking in a professional setting. This company overcharges, doesn’t instill the value of customer service to their workers, and does not fulfill their end of the transaction, overall a huge scam. Stay far away.

Showed up on time, all the guys were polite and professional!Moved from a large home with a lot of sentimental items, they went above and beyond to protect all of our home furnishings, couldn’t ask for better service!!!Thank you guys!!

I would rate 0 if I could. These guys were scheduled to show up and move 3 items (couch, bed, chest) about 20 minutes away to Palm Harbor. They were scheduled to arrive at 4pm, at 4:30pm they called to confirm that they couldnt come. I was charged a late move out fee by my owner per our lease agreement. When signing up with Big Boys Moving I was told that if I canceled it would be a $100 charge in addition to the moving charge (this is absolutely insane to pay more than the cost of actually moving). When I asked them if they could reduce the cost of the movers by $100 to assist in covering my late move out fees I was told that I would have to email customer service and MIGHT be reimbursed however I would be charged the full amount. No thanks, Ill take my business elsewhere. BOTTOM LINE, IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE MOVER LOOKS ELSEWHERE.

Moving round 2 with big boys moving. Kalen and Rashad were fantasic! On time and so polite.. They got all my heavy/awkward furniture down from one building across to the new one without any damage (and thankfully without hurting themselves on the stairs!) Like last year, i was limited time wise limited time wise on what I could afford and they respected it 100% and even though we knew they wouldnt have time to get everything they made sure to get the worst things down for me. You guys are awesome..

**RIP-OFF ALERT**. Stay away from this moving company! Not only did the movers purposely move as slow as possible for almost 7 hours to move a 1 bedroom, prepacked up apartment. The company baited a switched me. I was told on phone there would be no gas fee which there were. I was told a 1 bedroom apt move normally takes 2-3 hours. I was told I would get a 20% discount for being a referral. None of the fore said mentioned promises were fulfilled. What makes it even worse the movers purposely worked slow. I timed how long it would take to walk to truck grab an item and walk to delivery item. The movers lowest time was 6 times slower than my time. Not once did they hustle but when the 7th hour approached and there was still 45 mins worth of unpacking to do and I called the moving company amazingly the movers finished up packing everything in less than 20 minutes. This just proved what I figured out 4 hours into the move. Big Boys Moving company is a fraudulent ripped company. My bill for moving a 1 bedroom apt 15 mins down the road to a storage company was $726!! Obviously I was pissed and when I espressed my dissatisfaction I was told to email in my claim and hung up on. Not once did anyone at Big Boy Movers take any interest in my concerns. All I can do is warn as many people as possible to NEVER EVER do business with Big Boy Movers. Again STAY AWAY from that company!! Stay far away, unless of course you like paying for getting lied to and taken advantage.

Was transferred 3 years ago here to Tampa Bay area move 3 times since Ive been here first time not with big boys moving and extreme nightmare the last two times were with big boys these are the people you want moving you Thanks big boys for making moving a stress less situation
