A couple of days before Beena did an amazing pedicure and Im very excited to have another from her. I would definitely go here again.

The gel manicures and the pastel colored french tips were amazing!! Fish did a great job. I tried almond shaped nails as per his suggestion and I am so happy with the results! The pedicure by TT was great too.This is the third time I have visited here so I can say that their manicures stays. The color doesn’t chip off. A good place with good value and services.

I have never left a bad review for any business. In fact, I’ve only left a couple of review at all. However, I felt like I needed to share my experience because the salon had so many great reviews, and I felt like it was a little deceiving when looking at the service I received.Starting with what went well: They ask that everyone wear a mask. All of I guests we’re pretty much wearing masks. They ask you to stay in your car until they call you in. Even then, they accepted me as a walk in. The guy at the front desk was extremely friendly, and I was grateful that they tried to accommodate both services that I requested despite not having an appointment. However, I only stayed for one service because the service was so poor that I wanted to leave. I did not even ask for my tech’s name because I was so uncomfortable and ready to leave. I also did not ask him to correct my nails because I did not want to sit with him any longer.When I said down and ishowed him the shape that I was interested in, I was explaining to him that I wanted a natural nail shape and that I’m not picky, both shapes I showed him will do and he is welcome to pick the most flattering. All he said was, “the ones you’re showing me are completely different shapes.” If he wanted me to be more specific, I feel like there was another way to ask. My point to him was whatever shape is easiest and most flattering, I’m fine with that. Obviously, not well received. But that is not even the biggest issue.When he was done with one of my nails, if I did not immediately put it under his hand, he would slap my hand down. If my arm wasn’t resting where he wanted he would pull my arm. Wouldn’t say anything or ask me to move, would just push or pull my arm aggressively like he was extremely irritated that I was even there. It was like I was such an inconvenience that I needed to be hyper aware of exactly where my fingers and arms were resting the entire time so that I would avoid pissing him off. I was so uncomfortable that I almost felt emotional.Outside of his attitude and unprofessionalism, my nails look horrible. Each nail is a different shape, they are very bumpy. My natural nails and the tips arent blended together. He never cut/refined my cuticles. He didn’t file the underneath of the nails. The pictures speak for themselves.I am sad this was such a poor experience. I am sure the other techs are pleasant, but I unfortunately won’t be back. 😞

I had Linda today my first time coming here and I had the aloe mask and it was honestly the best pedicure I’ve had in so long! Thank you again & I’ll be back soon!!

I have been there twice now and each time was a delight! The staff are sociable as well as informative. The first time I went, it was to get old acrylics off. My nail tech removed them with little to no damage and was able to keep the length of my nails, she also built up the gel polish to make sure my weakened nails were supported. The second time, my boyfriend and I got pedicures and the price was great! We both left feeling relaxed and pampered. My toe nails looked great and and the mens pedicure was perfect (says my boyfriend).

I was so nervous to come to a nail spa after not going for months and moving to a new area. Let me tell you..they did not disappoint. They follow all rules and regulations. The pedicure felt amazing and my nails came out perfect. They are for my best friends wedding so I was very satisfied with the result! If you want someone who is patient and pays attention to detail, go to Fish! He was wonderful. I look forward to coming back!

Please note, that I am all for supporting small business. This review is not for Aquastone as a whole. The staff are very friendly, professional, do great nails, and the like.My biggest complaint is about the lash services. Ive had lashes on and off for 5 years and its very hard to find good lash artists. I take care of and baby my lashes with the utmost care. I started with artist Sim, her work was ok. Next time she was booked out so I was with Linda. Lindas work was much better, and I was thrilled. However, after the second and even third time, I keep having lashes fall out. Not the natural ones, but the extensions. Im scared to brush them as at least 4-5 clusters would come out just from a light brush. (pictures attached) I would have to go in every week n a half at $50 refill, Im paying way more for refills combined than I am for a full set. The final straw was getting a fill from Sim. I told her I get 13D every time. They seemed way shorter than I usually get with Linda. After leaving Im able to analyze my lashes closer and notice its completely uneven! One eye is bigger than the other, and more fuller. Perhaps they were not the same lash length? How does a professional lash artist not notice this while doing the work?? I even paid extra because I had a lot of lashes needing replaced. Im traveling all the way from north Tampa, paying extra plus too many refills for lashes that should be lasting AT LEAST 2 weeks. (By 2 weeks it looks like Ive went a month without a fill) Thats unacceptable. Im really disappointed that this didnt turn out and I have to leave negative feedback. Sim needs further lash training. Please know that its not the business fault but the folks hired. Better lash artists are needed.

It was one of the best fill & polish service I have received in recent memory. Thank you. My technician did not have to wipe excess or accidental polish once while getting as close to the edge of the nail as possible.

I love aquastone. Everyone who works there is so cool and kind, I love that they have water and other drinks available for purchase. I had an ingrown nail and she took the time to actually help me and make sure it was 100% okay instead of rushing through the service, as I’ve experienced at other places. I also get my brows done here and always 10/10!! A lot of times when I call it’s on the off chance they might be able to squeeze me in, and they are so accommodating! I tell everyone about this place

Revised: since the business somehow misunderstood my initial review, Ill clarify. The decor was just fine including the paint color I suppose thought I dont remember. I was referencing whatmy opinion of the facility itself and comfort level. It was a super crowded salon with, in my opinion, poor lighting that didnt do a good pedicure. In the waxing room there were multiple partially full water bottles and it was just messy in my opinion. My typical place is open and airy so perhaps I had expectations. But irregardless of the atmosphere itself, the pedicure was far below expectations.I decided to try this place out after reading the many great reviews. I was not impressed. The salon isnt very nice inside in my opinion-just felt dark and crowded. The massage part of pedicure was nice but the paint job on my toenails is very poor. Needless to see, I dont plan on returning.

Would never go anywhere else. This place is on a completely different level of skill, talent, cleanliness and professionalism. ❤

I always enjoy getting my nails and toes done here. They have the best selection of pedicures and they are all amazing. I highly recommend the milk and honey one! I get dip there and they have a good selection of colors but they have more of a variety in gel colors

I brought a group of 6 women. Each one wanting a different combo of services. I called a couple weeks in advance so they knew we were coming, and all the staff were great! Very efficient, sufficiently staffed to be able to take all of us at once, and everyone was very happy with all the services that they received.

I had the cucumber melon pedicure- very soothing massage and scrub! Everything smelled amazing and Phuong took great care of my nails. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a pedicure in the area!

This has been my favorite nail spa ever! Alexia does the most beautiful job on nails! They are shaped perfectly and she does beautiful cuticle work. The Gel doesn’t lift or chip allowing me to get the most out of my manicure! Everyone is professional and super nice!

My nail technician Sam did a great job. I am sensitive when it comes to using a machine to file down my nails, Sam was very attentive and did a great job.

I’ve had pedicures here many times before and they always do such a great job. They take their time to make sure you are happy with their service. It might cost a little more than some other places but it is worth it because they really pay attention to their work. I had a gel acrylic fill in today with Sim and she knocked it out of the park. She got the shape, color, and design exactly how I wanted it and I barely even had to have her make any shape corrections. She got it perfect on the first try. I was amazed because I’ve never had that happen before. She heard what I wanted to did exactly that. Overall, 10/10 and will only be coming here from now on for all of my nail service needs.

I had my third visit at AquaStone Nail & Spa and I absolutely LOVE it! I made my appointment.and when I got there, they took me right away. The dip is what I received and I am more then satisfied with the services I receive there.

I was trying to find a good nail place near me. I got a dip manicure and a pedicure. Had to come in the next day because the rhinestones on my nails fell off. Within a week, 3 of my nails broke, probably because they only did 2 coats of dipping powder. Also, they did no topcoat or the nail art, which I thought was weird and the nail art did not last. I will try somewhere else.

Awesome place. Its SO hard to find a good nail tech but Im so happy I found this place. I go every 2 weeks religiously to see Sim. Doesnt matter if its a broken nail emergency, boredom, color/design change or just a fill, she always hooks it up and gives me exactly what I want. Im always throwing curve balls her way and finding crazier designs but shes always so patient and deals with me! Love her so much and highly recommend!!!

Fish is easy going, friendly, and has a super gentle hand. I also got a glass of wine on the house during my Dip. Best experience by far Ive EVER received in the 20+ years Ive been getting my nails done. I will ONLY be returning to AquaStone to see Fish.

I love AquaStone! I always go to the same provider (Water) because I know I will have a top quality experience, but I have been very happy with other providers as well. I am a customer for the past 3 years and dont plan to go to any other spa. My whole family goes here when they are in town.

I started going here last month and I never want to leave this salon. They are friendly and professional. Many services and color options to choose from. You won’t be mad going there.

What a mistake. When you treat yourself to a pedicure you expect it to be better than one you could do yourself. I had red polish on my toes that she did not remove completely and I had a light pink color applied. Not until I got into better lighting did I notice that she didnt even remove all of the red. I have red in the corners with pink polish over it. Not only that but dont expect your callouses to be removed at Aqua unless you plan on paying more. I will never return to this location. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area that take pride in their work. At the very least make sure the old polish is off before applying a new color. Unbelievable

Been going here for a few years now. Aaron is the best nail tech there! My nails are always perfect. They make sure to do Q&A on your nails before you leave so you know they will not let you leave with a bad nail job.

I have been using Martha for my gel pedicures for quite sometime. I get in on time,. She does a fantastic job at making me feel relaxed and my feet always look perfectly manicured and polished.

I absolutely love this place. They always have the best nail techs and even though a couple have left over the years they always have an extremely talented staff. Sue does the microblading/permanent makeup at the Belcher location but she is also the most amazing nail artist ever! She spent 5 hours on mine and they are perfect! Way overpriced for what you get. I have never been charged for a bottle of cheap water at any nail salon before today. This was the most expensive pedicure I’ve ever gotten and quite frankly I’ve had better ones for a fraction of the price. Unfortunately I will not be returning. Also when they hand you the menu for the pedicures they only give you the one with the most expensive ones and if you’ve never been there before apparently they have ones that don’t cost $65. And when you ask questions they act like they don’t understand you.

I went to Aqua Stone with my family to get our nails done. All 3 of us had different experiences. My mom loved it. She even got a hand massage. My sister had to have 2 people work on hers because she asked for a design the first said he couldnt do. I felt as though some important steps were missed with mine and I wasnt sure if I should say anything. The woman who did my mani didnt address my cuticles at all. She barely buffed my nails before she applied the acrylics. She even put one on crooked. Its been 3 days now and these obvious errors have made me unhappy with the results.

Amazing service from the time you walk in until you leave. All the ladies and gentlemen there are personable, funny and just top notch. I have never had a bad experience each time I go in (every 3 weeks for dip and 6 weeks for a pedi). This business is run wonderfully.. well worth the wait for an appointment (but they usually don’t make you)...

I love my acrylics done with flakes, unicorn chrome, holographic powder, and crystal pixie. No where has been able to achieve the look I’m looking for except this beautiful salon! The employees know what they’re doing and are experienced. The receptionist is very friendly, polite and helpful! They have so many holographic, chrome, diamond, and different style options! I love my nails!

Clean, great service, polite and friendly staff. Their prices are a little higher than some of the other salons in the area but paying a little more is worth it because you don’t feel like you’re on an assembly line when you go here; rushing you in and then hurrying to get you out the door. They take the time to pamper you and make sure that you’re happy with their service before you leave and they make it a point to get to know their clientele by name. You feel more like a valued customer and less like a number.

Got a dip powder manicure the other day by Sim and she did an amazing job in record time! I was blown away at how fast she worked to deliver a quality nail job. I am very happy with my nails and would definitely come back. Oh and the pricing is very fair!

I used to get full sets a few years ago religiously from this nail salon. I went back a week and a few days ago for a full set, and Im very disappointed in how the gentleman did my nails. They were super thick, but I was in a rush so I said whatever they were fine, and less than a week later they began lifting. 10 days later most of them fell off. Ive always gone every two weeks for a fill but theres no way this job would have made it. This has happened a few times in the past and they have allowed me to come in and get them fixed free of charge, but at this point I wont be returning. It is so difficult to find a nail salon that will do a quality job. All a lot of businesses care about is getting people out the door as fast as possible.

Lucy is amazing. Pays attention to detail and fixed things I saw and would normally have to mention. AquaStone is more expensive than competitors but it is ALWAYS worth it.

This place is amazing. Definitely the best around. They got us in quickly and really took care of us! The receptionist is super sweet and very friendly. They offered us wine and made sure we enjoyed and were satisfied with the entire experience before letting us walk out. My nail tech was Ryan and he was super sweet, an excellent conversationalist, super attentive to detail and did an AMAZING job on my chrome nails and my pedi. The owner is also very friendly and sweet! They treat you like family when you come in and make you feel relaxed and at home. They follow all rules and regulations as well as safety precautions due to COVID. Safety is definitely in the front of their minds for their customers. Everything was clean and welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere but here! Thank you so much for such a relaxing and wonderful experience as well as all the laughs! I will definitely be a regular now.

I have been going here for about three years. you can have a glass of wine or a water while getting your mani pedi. They are taking every precaution with covid. Lucy, Aaron and Minh do fantastic work. Lucy does the most amazing pedi I’ve ever had and I get liquid hard gel mani and Aaron and Minh both do a great job I’ve never had one problem. Everyone is very friendly and the spa is very clean and the massage chairs are great. Definitely recommend. Lots of services to offer.

I was so happy that they have Plexiglass shields for both pedicures and manicures. They also enforce mask and I’m very grateful for that. I have been a customer for over eight years I’ve had mostly the same person but have had to have other clinicians at times. I’m always satisfied

Sue and her staff are the best! Professional, prompt, and friendly service. Sue is very skilled with microblading and I am very happy with the results of a “cleanup”/touch up she had to do from what a previous spa did. I certainly will be back for microblading, mania, and pedis!
