Salon looks clean when you walk in. Ladies are very sweet as well. One big red flag for me though was the cleanliness. I went here instead of my normal nail salon and immediately regretted it. The pumice stone they use on you is filthy and used on other customers (see pictures) and none of their tools came out of a sterilized package. Just wiped and used on other customers. The tubs for the pedicures had no bags in them and were barely wiped down after use. For the price you pay here you should expect a clean environment. Me and my two friends also got the same service done and they were all done completely different, some of us got one thing while the other didnt. Will not be going back. I hate to leave 2 stars but this needs to be addressed.

I love it here! I work at the hospital and so its right near work. When I get my manicure I also get a massage. While one person is doing your nails the other is massaging your neck, back and shoulders. It is awesome! The pedicures are great too and the foot massage rocks. Cant say enough about it! Go check it out!

Helen gives the best pedicures ever. Lets just say if you have 2 hours to spend she pampers you for 2 hours. Massaging and exfoliating your skin moisturizing your skin does your feet your toes. She does amazing job kudos 2 Helen

My daughter & I went to have a mother daughter day & tried get a pedicure.. unfortunately we weren’t able to because they were “busy”? Their were 3 ppl in the chairs getting pedicures and 1 person was getting their nails done while 2 of there workers were just sitting there, one on their phone. It was 12:45 in the afternoon & we were asked to come back at 2:30pm because they were “busy”. Not a great experience!

SoHo nails is a clean, comfortable, friendly ‘spa’ and is the only nail salon I have ever been to that offers a neck/shoulder massage with the pedicure. Classy, kind ladies work here and they aren’t overpriced like many other shops are beginning to be. Call ahead!

I made an appointment on the phone, they were on time and were very accommodating. Very clean, very efficient and very pleasant location to have a dip manicure with a regular pedicure done. During this pandemic this location appears very conservative in ensuring that its clients are well taken care of while cleanliness, safety and quality of work is of their upmost importance to them. While their services are not inexpensive, their price is assigned with value and service.

This place is the worst nail salon I have been too. The staff was very rude, although they had a sign on the door welcoming walk ins, I was approached in a rude unprofessional way. First I got greeted by a lady doing a pedicure and I was told to wash my hands. Although the way I was asked was not appreciated being a nurse I was happy to know that they encourage clean environment.Half way to the sink I got yelled by another lady to stop and come back another day because they are very busy, and they started taking to each other in their native language. I usually go to my regular nail salon, but I was in between doctors appointments and I didn’t have enough time to travel. Do you think I care to come back for your rude service? They are way to many salons around who can provide better services and costumer care!!!!!

My podiatrist has remarked that the person who is doing my pedicures is doing a good job. The salon is bright, clean, cheery and well-organized. There are rooms for waxing, facials and massages. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service delivered. 💅

I got my nails done and one was coming off. Ive had nails before, plenty of times. None that have ever hurt me or taken off my actual nail. Anyways my nail is now bleeding because i slowly took it off and ripped off the end of my nail. The nail was glued to my skin and my nail was actually glued to my skin as well. They were unevenly done and the gems fell off quickly.

They refused to do my daughters nails the way she wanted. She asked for long almost pointed and they WOULD NOT, instead they gave her short and square, also making her bleed multiple times without care that she expressed to them that it hurt. I was not there at the time because I was a work or it would t have been paid for. This isn’t the first time, the first I assumed was just the employee, but I know better now... NEVER AGAIN

I am sure you have lots of business so you just don’t care if you waste peoples time. When someone has an appointment and you don’t have a technician for that appointment but still insist you can get it finished in a certain amount of time. Then the technician starting 30 minutes late says you can’t have what you want because it takes too long and “you are in a hurry”. I’m not in a hurry, you are late! I was very clear on the phone that I had to be back to my office and was told it would be fine. I am not going to pay for something I don’t want. The technician took the old polish off and insulted me. I told her to stop and that I was leaving and she told me I had to pay $15 for polish removal and to stick my feet In Luke warm water. NOPE! I will not be back so don’t worry

Call nail spa is hit or miss as far as walkins twice I have visited the shop and was not able to receive services provided both times I was told the shop was too busy.If you can get in to get an appointment they do a great job would recommend to call ahead of time before wasting your time.

I had an appointment at 5. I arrived at 4:45 and they sat me at 5:30 even though someone came in after me with her brother and got sat before me. My nails were not the shape i wanted. My pedicure wasnt done properly. I specifically asked them to use the grater on my feet and she said yes but never did. Very poor pedicure. My technician spoke more to her co workers than me. I got a full set a pedicure an eye brow and lip wax and will never return.

The first time I visited this establishment I was a Walk-in on what appeared to be a very slow day. I signed in at the kiosk where no one was there to greet me. I observed 3 employees relaxing sitting in the pedicure chairs watching videos and playing games on tablets/iPads and a male employee and a female employee taking selfies together. After 10 minutes I was never approached or addressed so I eventually left. No one seemed to notice. Today was my 2nd and final visit to said establishment. I called during the morning to schedule a simple polish change I was advised that I was put on the schedule for 5:00 p.m. this evening. Upon my arrival I was greeted by an employee who was in the middle of a pedicure for a client. I was advised to pick a color. I picked my color and sat near the entrance. At 5:15 a woman hurriedly signed in at the kiosk and was taken right away to the pedicure chair. I observed a female employee stand from her working station and began to take an Emery board and file her own fingernails while walking around. She then replaced a bottle of polish along the wall and then continued filing her nails. Said employee apparently had little to do so she began massaging the shoulders of an older woman who appeared to be a regular at this salon.(Clearly a violation to the CDC 6 feet social distancing order)The woman with the manager name tag looked at me and told me it would be one more minute. 6 more minutes later I asked her how much longer it would be as I had been waiting 20 minutes and I had an appointment for 5:00 p.m. She then told me it would be another 6 minutes. I got aggravated and advised I had an appointment. Why do I need to wait 30 to 40 minutes for a simple nail color change? I also stated that I saw a woman who came in after me, signed in and was taken right away. Apparently they had an available sanitized chair if they were able to take this client ahead of me. The older woman who was getting her shoulders massage (CDC violation) felt the need to pipe up and said that particular client was getting a free service. I said, Excuse me? She repeated herself. Then she proceeded to tell me that all these people here had appointments as if implying I was a walk- in. I explained to the manager that when I called and made the appointment for 5:00 p.m. and if she didnt have availability she should have told me they were too busy as to not to over book. At 5:35 a woman came in for a polish change who was 5 minutes late for her appointment and had 0 wait time. She was taken immediately. There were 2 more clients (2 females) who came in after and were taken immediately as well. They picked out colors and proceeded to pedicure chairs to begin their service. There are far too many nail salons for a person to subject themselves to this mediocracy.

Ask for Loan. She’s the best! Must-visit Soho Nail Spa.

This was my regular place to get my acrylics done. However, that quickly changed. I went in last week, showed Judy the first picture, she gave me the second. My nails ended up way too long and she refused to shorten them for me. I have a job where I type a lot and I can barely type with these things. Last time Ill ever go there.

I went here for almost 2 years after returning to having acrylic nails again. I had forgotten that it should take no more than 45 minutes to an hour if ((if you use reg.polish). Well “Trini” would take upwards of 2 hours for a simple fill. Nice lady nice place but forget time when you walk thru the door.

I just moved to Clearwater and have been getting my nails done for years and wanted to find a good place. Lloyd did my nails, pink and white, and I must say that he was excellent. I could tell he was a perfectionist since my nailed looked fantastic. I will be going back.

Lynn is a perfectionist. Each visit I receive the same excellent service, nothing less. She is detailed and always have my nails on point. I am one picky person trust me on this!!!**The only thing I can say I dislike is it seems like the salon tries to save by using the same gloves. I did see a technician put on an old pair of gloves for a new client. Thats not acceptable.
