Ive been here two times and havent been impressed. This second time coming confirmed it. Theyre not very pleasant either.

Im in love with the BioGel nail polish! My nails were strong enough for bowling and look Fabulous All The Time! Tammy and her team do beautiful work!

I was thinking whether or not should I leave this review taking into consideration that I have been faithful customer for the last 4-5 years, but humiliation that I experienced today has to be shared. Since day one, Tammy’s attitude and the way she spoke to me was as I am a little kid and she is a teacher. I am decades from being a child. She would leave me wait at times, she would school me often, she would ignore my request by answering “WAIT I AM NOT DONE YET”, she would mess up my nails because there is someone else waiting (often that would be someone new), she would charge me extra if I go somewhere else to fix her mess up with the sentence, “That’s what you get when you go somewhere else and now I have to fix it!”. Once I missed appointment in all these years she was lecturing me for 20 minutes in front of other customers. And I didn’t say a word! Every time she has new employee she gives me to them and she knows that I am coming there because of two Holy and her. When they mess up and I tell her, then she is mad at me. When I call to make appointment she acts as she doesn’t know who it is and she talks to me like that is a huge burden for her! Her manner of speaking when she is talking to me is, “You will have to wait! Sit there! What do you need done?”etc. Today when I finally decided to speak up she told me “STOP IT! MAYBE YOU SHOULDN’T COME HERE ANYMORE...!” After all these years and me being silent and brushing her attitude off, I couldn’t stand it anymore! I am paying $85+ every single time I go there and I tip generously and this is what I need to deal with?!? She refused to finish working on me, even better, she didn’t let other lady finish what I came for and that is pedicure and manicure. Other lady finished pedicure and Tammy refused to do my manicure with excuse, “We are trying to do what you wish but it is not good enough for you, we don’t feel comfortable doing your manicure...” All these years, all that attitude coming from her, all that money, and she didn’t even apologize! That is beyond rude and disrespectful. I will never go back there again.

I am not one to usually review but I do read them and realized if I had paid closer attention to the review on this salon I wouldnt have gone. Tammy, the owner, started out friendly and nice when I first started going about 8 months ago. I even purchased one of her gift certificates a month prior to Christmas so I could have it to do my Christmas nails. When I called a week before Christmas to make my appointment she was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. I never did make the appointment or use the $120 gift card. I would sooner lose the money than deal with her rudeness. Actually her niceness: wore off after the first couple visits. The prices are high and I still tipped well.....lesson learned. Seems she is just a miserable woman.

Tammy always does a fantastic job on my nails. The bio gel is the best, lasts forever and never chips or cracks. Highly recommend!

I have tried four different salons since I moved to Clearwater and Tammy’s salon is definitely the best. They are punctual, experienced, and accommodating. My nails were in bad shape when I came here, so Tammy suggested the Bio-gel. Now my nails are supple and strong, and they can easily last a month without chipping. This is especially helpful because I like to travel in Europe a month at a time (pre-COVID) and I don’t need to look for a nail salon. I can definitely recommend Lavish Nails.

Walked in and was immediately that they were busy and couldnt provide the service when I was prepared to wait. But I guess they didnt want MY business.

Ive been coming here about 5 years and Tammy and Holly always go above and beyond my expectations. They know what I like and always make suggestions on colors or designs they think I might like. Thank you ladies :)

Tammy and the other nail specialists here are amazing!! I’ve been coming here for a full year since I moved to Clearwater and haven’t wanted to try anywhere else! They are all super friendly, professional and clean. My nails always look perfect!! I highly recommend the Bio nails. I used to do the Dip, but with 2 children could never find time to come back in 3-4 weeks and since trying the Bio per Tammy’s recommendation, I can go 5-6 weeks before returning and they still look great! It’s made my natural nails super strong and long 💗 I can’t say enough good things about this place! Please give them your business, they deserve it.

Tammi & everyone at the salon are great. After I finally tried the Bio manicure, I wouldn’t go back to no-chip. I love it. My nails have never been healthier. The polish never chips and my nails grow so strong, they are the best ever. I’ve gone as long as 7 weeks before getting another Bio mani.I call ahead and Tammi can always fit me in or accommodate the time I need. She is so fast!I love the pedicures i get there also. My feet & legs always feel amazing when I leave.Thanks All!

I went here yesterday as a walk in because this place is literally less than a mile from my house seeing as if Im new to Florida/Clearwater. Lets just say they were EXTREMELY rude! I walked in and stated the services I was seeking and the lady NEVER looked up and acknowledged me and said We busy come back tomorrow. At that time it was THREE techs working on ONE person!!! And one person drying so 2 customers at the time. So no I definitely wont be back there customer service is a negative ten. I went a few more miles up the road to SERENITY NAILS lets just say I found my new nail salon.

Tammy runs a fantastic nail salon. She has been in business for a long time, 20 years I think. I was going to her for shellac, when she recommended I try bio gel. Its your natural nail like gel but it makes it tough like acrylic. I now only go in every 4-6 weeks to get it redone. Its a tad pricier but it ended up being less money then doing gel every two weeks. My nails never chip anymore. I love it!This is a top notch salon, that cares about serving you well, and will make you feel warm and welcomed. Hands down the best place I have found since living here for 4 years.

Probably one of the worst nail experiences in my life. The owner did my nails, and while she did an ok job on my fill (the nails are slightly uneven and she didn’t shape them the way I asked), her customer service is severely lacking. I wanted a simple design that required her to paint on some lines, straight lines. She tried about 5 times and kept veering left. I watched her intently and saw when the mistake would begin. I politely told her what to do and how to attain the straight line, but she removed all her work on my other nails and said “you’re fingers are crooked and I can’t do what you’re telling me, you don’t like it and I just can’t do it because it’s your fault your finger is crooked”. Granted my finger isn’t crooked, she just couldn’t accept the fact that she’s incompetent. I wouldn’t have minded if she just said, sorry I can’t do this, is there something else I can do for you? But she chose to yell at me and tell me my fingers are crooked because she could not get the job done. Absolutely unprofessional. I’ve never written a bad a review on a nail salon before, but the way she treated me and made me feel, I don’t want any women feeling this way!

Clean facility and equipment, friendly staff. Had bio sculpt gel nails applied for the first time, upon recommendation from friends, for my sons wedding and couldnt have been more pleased with the results. Tammy did an excellent job! Will definitely be returning😊

Ive been to all of the other nail salons from US 19 to McMullen Booth Road, not kidding. Lavish nails is the best by far. Proprietor Tammy is so charming and friendly and welcoming to everyone. I was truly impressed by how clean her salon is and the pride she takes in the cleanliness of her business.She does a very thorough job and makes sure you are completely satisfied. Lots of colors to choose from and if you have problem nails you have to try the bio gel manicure. I did and love it!

I have had the bio gel on my nails for a few months now and I am in love. So simple and great for my nails. My nail strength has improved tremendously and theyre actually growing pretty long! Lots of colors to choose from and great customer service. Im one happy girl! Love this place.

I was extremely satisfied with my visit!! I came in on a time crunch for a full set, the owner promised me that they would have me out by 11 to make it to work on time, sure enough she finished 10 minutes before! it was fast and beautiful on my nails. The owner, Tammy, was a crank today. The young girl that did my pedi was very nice and very thorough and always does a nice job. Sometimes people have bad days but Tammy was over the top rude today. Not a good thing when you tend to customers.

Wanted to buy a gift certificate for a Christmas gift. She said it would be $25, slid my card. I go to sign, and its $28. She then states, its a $3 charge for a gift certificate. I then told her to cancel it, I would rather not buy. She immediately took away the $3 charge. I have never heard of a gift certificate costing money, especially without telling me and sliding my card first. Not great customer service. Sad part is, I go here all the time and probably will not return again because of this. Otherwise, great gel nails.

Beautiful clean shop and excellent nails by Tammy. I have been a client of Tammys for almost 15 years because of her great work . Nancy did excellent job on my pedicure as well. I highly recommend this shop.

Best nail salon I have ever gone to! :) clean and cozy.. Best part is that Tammy knows exactly what I want every time!! All the ladies are very nice and friendly.

I love place because it has wonderful employees, elegantly designed, and amazing massage chairs. I felt my stress and tention release as soon as i walked through the door and walking out felt like a new person. I will definitely be going back in the near future to see everyone smiling faces again.

Walked in to enquire about the facials but the lady who does them was not pleasant at all. ( She did not give me her name other than a nasty attitude) She had a horrible attitude. Will not be back and will let all my friends know about this. Customer service is lacking here! Stay away from this place!

I kept telling the lady I want a manicure with acrylics. I even said it when I first walked in. So she doing all this other stuff to my nails and I’m like ok maybe this is what they do at this nail salon. So I see her about to paint my real nail and I told her again I want acrylics. She called the other girl over to see what I said and I told her I want acrylics AGAIN. So the other lady like you never said you want Acrylics you should have said that. I told her that the lady who were doing my nails I asked her three times is she going to put acrylics on my nails and she said yes. My point is y’all need to LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER and not get nasty with them when they didn’t do anything wrong ! Never going back there again. Plus all of the staff are trying to rush working so they can get more customers done which is not good business

What a fantastic, clean, relaxing salon. I work in an office by day...and refinsh and repurpose antiques and other furniture by night. So I need my nails to look great at the office, but withstand chemicals, paint, sanders, saws and all around roughness. Tammy does my thin brittle ugly nails with colored acrylics that she mixes herself, I dont chip, crack or break them. They stay looking gorgeous longer than shellac or regular polish and the compliments Ive had over the past year are almost daily. She also has a gelatin soak pedicure treatment, this FL girl lives in flip flops or bare feet and this is the best pedicure Ive ever had! If you are treating yourself..this is the place to do it!

Always had a problem with my gel polish staying on. I followed their suggestion to get the bio-seaweed wrap and Ive had no issues with chipping and peeling polish since!
