On point with service and best prices. I love this place

The owner was terribly unprofessional, rude, and had terrible customer service.Immediately after entering the nail shop she had an attitude and acted as if what I was asking for was impossible or out of this world (all I wanted was clear acrylic with a coffin shape). Later made a comment about me being a man that made me uncomfortable and I decided to just walk out due to the lack of respect. Strongly advice you go somewhere where your business is appreciated. Never will I ever step foot in that establishment again !

My mom and I have been going to Autumn for 10 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She hands down does the best nails for reasonable prices, best eyebrows I’ve ever seen and she will recommend for you what would look best. I can go a month without my nails budging. We now bring our daughter who is 3.5 and do gel polish on her. Autumn is gentle with her and takes her time. Making an appointment is the best idea because she is a popular lady. We have gone to other places and always come back. I don’t know about these bad reviews of being dirty or rude as that has NEVER been the case in over 10 years that I’ve been a customer. I’ve brought friends and other family members. Absolutely amazing. Some people just don’t have good taste I guess. She’s never cut me or hurt me or anything .

Autumn rushed my manicure and did a poor job on my cuticles because a new customer sat down for her to get a manicure. Very unprofessional. I will never go back.

Great designs, Nails last, Friendly staff.Some reviews say theyre rude, this is not my experience. They might be quiet some times, but once you get to know Autumn shes a sweetheart.Theyre not servants, they dont need to cater to your every wimp, but they still make sure you like your nails. If you dont, tell them as theyre doing them so they can fix them.Communicate, use your words. They are hard working women like lots of us.

Love the results of my nails and the staff are amazing.

I have been going to Autumn for years because of the excellent job she always does! Always kind, friendly and professional. My pedicure last for a long time as well!

I have been going to this Salon for five years. The nail techs are great. I would not let anyone else touch my nails. I call and set an appointment in advance because these ladies are so great at what they do the place is usually really busy.They have tons of colors to pick from unlike many other nail salons which seem to only stock up in reds and pinks. I love the options you have at Hi Tek nails. If you love designs Autumn is great at anything you ask for.Truly a great place... I used to live not far from this salon (five minutes down the street) but now i have move to a completely different city (almost 30 minutes away.) I still drive past tons of salons and nail spas on the way to this salon, but this is the only place for me!Do yourself a favor and stop in!

Autumn and Tracy are very talented. They both do beautiful work. Very personable with all their customers who are mostly regulars. Love them both!

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and one of the workers burnt my skin real badly

Always do a great job with my hands & feet. Fast & friendly too, youll love it here. They also have a really huge selection of gel polish.

Its only 2 workers ... So its not a place if you are in a hurry. But sometimes thats better. You dont feel shuffled and rushed through ... But she did a really GREAT job. She waa able to redo the terrible job that was done by a previous shop ... and its a nice quiet shop ... I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This will probably be my new nail shop for awhile.

I drive all the way from St Pete to come here every two weeks or so (35 minutes one way) just to get my nails done from Autumn and Tracey. This place has great prices, and they get you in and out very quickly, which i love being able to do a quick in and out!

I am new to the area and this was my first time checking out a local nail salon. Unfortunately the one I originally wanted to go to had no availability so I checked out hiteck. Wish I did not. The whole process she was rushing. Getting your nails done is a pampering session but this was not felt. In fact she was rough and it actuallu hurt. She just wanted to get done and moved on to the next person. And Im far from happy with the final results. Bubbles, divites.... I wont be back
