I havent really seen much of this place. Thinking of buying a home here but Im still on the fence. If you go on to bing maps and look on street-side you can immediately tell the park has seen better days. Most homes there are older. Some lots are taken care of and some are not. Some are just repainted and cleaned up. Ive looked at past reviews for this place and it seems theres a lot of issues. Great location though. Near pretty much all amenities.To the management: Im glad you guys are trying to make the community better and reach out to residents and passerbys like myself.

Driving the roads is like a game of Tetris, will my tire fill the hole and get stuck or will I have a gap and grip the road. Place is falling apart and management has no sense of responsibility.

Not a place to look into if you are trying to look for something peaceful can’t even have visitors over due to the fact if they park in front of your drive way or buy your mobile home your vehicle or your visitors car will be towed. Tow truck company is very disrespectful many times you will see residents on a daily argue with the tow truck because honestly it’s kind of crazy and sad to see while your living and paying your rent to see a visitors car being taken and not only that you deal with and pass through a bad moment because the tow truck the mobile home park hires can be very disrespectful while in the process of confronting residents.Many residents have all had confrontations like this and usually do not end well. Poor Management does not know how to talk to their residents very disrespectful as well. I just truly hope the owner of the mobile home park realizes what truly goes on and how their management talks to the residents because their is absolutely no way someone who lives and pays rent should be treated with disrespect at all.

There are two entrances there are two second streets with the same lot numbers which means delivery people can get fired because this park is jacked

Just moved here in Oct! I find the staff awesome! Especially the office. I feel if we all pitch in and keep up our homes we can restore the parks reputation!!! Staff is responsive and very good! Im very happy here i have awesome neighbors!! I cant wait to be here full time!!!! We buy the trailer its our job to keep up our lot and our trailers!!! A little work makes a big difference!

No nice trailers. Employees are nice and helpful. Make sure you get your paperwork back.

Actually I wouldnt even give this mobile home park 1 star. The people there litter the grounds which end up on owners lawns. The park owners have visitors cars towed because they dont allow visitor parking. They will even tow an owners vehicle away if they are parked in front of their own home. I have witnessed all this myself.

Staff is friendly. Homes for sale are substabdard and varely liveable..if at all. Leaky rooves,dangerous flooring and smelled of mold. Prices reflected were comprable to their quality though.

Ive but never visited, made a lot of phone calls but never got a call back. Skip it .. I bought into another park.

55 plus. Cheap place to live but the manager and workers are the worst. People are moving out and giving there trailers to the park. For 5 years it was a great place to live and now its redickules you cant have your family come over to visit theres no place for them to park. The cars get towed with in 20 min. The tow truck owner is related to the manager they towed a 74 year old ladys car because she parked in the carport and grass and she did that so she could get the grocerys out and in her house she has lived there for 17 years she is disabled and they know it. But they took her car and she couldnt afford to pay the 258 dollers to get her car back.. What a good manager. Not!!!

This place looks and feels like a post-apoc Hooverville. Avoid unless looking for a dirty, derelict, dangerous neighborhood. It should be condemned. It might have been nice once, but the hurricane wasnt kind to it at all. Needs to be bulldozed.

Since new management has come in place is looking great and really cleaned up

They dont fix there roads they try to get previous owner to pay lot rent of curtent tendens even though every has been signed over the park needs a lot of matenice over all the trailers are all falling apart the water to whole park gets shut of regularly for matince not to mention the park floods every time it rains and they keep raising lot rent evey though they dont fix anything in the park

Im a proud owner of a home here.been here about 15 year s.. its very convenient easy to beach. Public/Walmart & CVS near by.& Friendly people

I visited a new tenant here. It is ok, not high quality but is a great location near stores for those who dont have a car. They should fix the roads, that need a done for sure.

Very run down, when I was there last sewer system was a disaster. Property needs a lot of work.
