Natasha was absolutely amazing! I had gotten a review book bound at a different Fedex location and there was a set of pages in the middle of the book that somehow got bound backwards. Natasha took so much time to help unbind my book and let me fix the order of the pages and then rebind them. Amazing customer service!

I have been shipping pre-paid with Fredex for 20+ years, but this is the only Fedex Office that has this annoying and cranky Lady Manager that always asks me What are we shipping today? And are they all packed well? And I have to inventory her every item in the box. Waste of my time.And why in the world is a Fedex Store does not have automatic sliding doors? This is a shipping facily and I always find it difficut to bring boxes in all while having to open two heavy and slow to open doors.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and nothing. Busy on cell phones and couldn’t help a paying customer!

The simplest task.....sending an overnight envelope was seemingly purposely made difficult. And the store manager helping me was VERY cranky. Next time I’ll use a drop box, much more friendly.

I normally come here but today I came here and I was attended by a guy and I got really disappointed with the guys who was there like at 5:30pm, I don’t know what king of personal situations he could have but definitely was not because of me and he was really unprofessional and rude all the time, throwing the things out all the time and the end I asked him a question and he didn’t even answer and just said “YOU ARE ALL SET MA’AM, HAVE A GOOD ONE” and asked the next person to get closed! Really disappointed and you should pay attention to that customer service!

I stopped here Tuesday afternoon around 2pm for the simple task of printing one 4x6 photo.35 minutes later.... I finally walk out.The one computer that prints photos looks antiquated. It lags as you touch the screen. Once I paid the $0.41 and selected the photo and hit print, the system locked up and would not print anything.I needed help from a worker who had to go find the manual and read it. After a system diagnosis and a couple system reboots I got my photo.What should have taken 5 minutes took 35. I hope they replace that photo station soon.

An older woman working up front treated me like an inconvenience. I was having trouble with sending the email. All it took was for one of the more young and much more professional associates to verify the email with me and I was out the door the older lady was moving around boxes and barking things at me from across the office with that attitude she needs to be doing deliveries not assisting customers

A lot has happened since then; I stand behind the initial review above, however there have been many mistakes with the printing which resulted in four additional trips back and forth which takes a little over an hour for each trip. With this last mistake they left out one project and included another which I never ordered. While on the phone with the manager it felt like she was giving me an interrogation. She made me feel this was my mistake so I offered to take a picture of our color printers we have at our office, just to show her that if I wanted this last project I could have done it myself.I was charged for work I never asked for and have not received a refund for it nor have I received an apology for all of this trouble and will be taking business somewhere else.All who do business at this location beware!!!

I was able to return my ATT equipment without any issues. Even got a receipt! Great service.

I had a good experience until recently today on 7/11/2017 some tall lady with glasses looks kind of like a dinosaur wouldnt do one small thing for me which was scanning in my paperwork. I hope shes not a manager because if she is shes a very bad example everybody else there it seems really nice and is always very helpful this is the first time that I have dealt with this lady. She needs to lose her job people like her deserve to not work

Very rude and poor customer service.

I visit this location sometimes multiple times a week. The staff are usually always friendly and some even greet me by name. I appreciate the great service here. They always help explain my options and get me the best price on my shipping needs.

Refused to take my prepaid package and made me buy one of their boxes to ship it in. I have to use paper wrap on some items or fashion my own boxes as I sell obscure sized items on Amazon. I double wrap in tape to insure it it protected. With USPS and UPS I have never had this issue only at this Fed Ex. Manager was also rude about it. Fed Ex is cheaper than UPS, however when you have to mail homemade boxes steer clear of here.

I could not believe they could not reprint a FedExshopping label generated in UT and sent to me via a email pdf attachment. In addition to the slow in store WiFi and their recommendations to step outside for possible better reception

Went on Sunday Sep 29, 2020 at 1PM as website and door sign said opened at noon! Not open, nobody answered phone and no note explaining why closed. Guess UPS gets my business!

I was able to do what I needed in minutes without assistance. The level of automated customer printing was very convenient. But I had a couple questions about further services but they were very busy. I was not going to wait in line for that several minutes for a 15 second question that could have been answered with a flyer.

I was not addressed nor greeted, felt very unwelcomed today. Other customers were greeted and warmly assisted. Do better.

PLEASE HIRE AT LEAST 1 USEFUL EMPLOYEE!I came in this afternoon to plot some 24x36 prints. After waiting awkwardly at the counter while the shipping guy looked the other way, 2 employees worked on folding boxes, and 3 others laughed and chatted in the back room, I was noticed and pointed in the direction of the 24x36 self-service plotter. I then pointed out that it said printer not working. Shipping guy employee stared at the machine until box-folding employee came to help, all while ignoring me but talking 3rd person about what I needed to do. Employee unplugged and replugged printer. I waited 5 mins and same message printer not working. I then had to wait in line while 1 employee helped a customer and 5 ignored the floor. The 1 employee then came to help me, I reexplained the situation and when she bent down to unplug it, I about flipped!! I told her it wont work, and asked if this was the only 24x36 plotter (it is). She suggested I go to Oldsmar at 5:30PM on a workday. I chose to go to my favorite Ft Harrison store instead and had a pleasant experience spending $50 of my clients money.

Tried to receive a fax at this location on March 30th afternoon, the woman I think called Tabatha who was on duty in the afternoon was condensending, she was belly aching under her breath to someone else about the fact I asked Mark to varsity the Fax I received was correct one. If she doesn’t like customer ask questions, sheshould have not got a job in service customer with Fedex.

I found this place slow and expensive. The parking lot is hard to get in and out of.

Brought in a gloss matte gorgeous art poster 38×46 to be laminated. They destroyed it in lamination process. I had to call and ask them to rectify the situation, they made multiple prints, incorrect sizes, wrong paper. DISASTER. GET YOUR PRINTING NEEDS DONE LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE ONLINE

Never again will I come return. They ripped me off.

Told them I could email them artwork from my phone for a print job. They said I would have to bring it in on a thumb drive and perform all of the steps on their kiosk or go home and do it myself online. Absolutely no desire to be of service

If I could give them a zero I would thats how poor their services at this store are. I simply needed two copies of a training manual made and it seems like nobody there wanted to work unless I wanted to do a self-service copies they didnt want to hear it. Save your time find another store.

During peak hours the store shows its lack of staff available to help the customers. Their hours on google are wrong and the store management, after months, fails to correct it. Its frustrating not knowing when this location in open. It used to be open 24hrs and then they reduced hours. Bad move FedEx. Im slowly becoming disenchanted with Fedex Office. The Staples across Sunset Pt. Rd. has more eager staff willing to help and their hours are accurate and reliable.

I love that they open at 7 ? Dropping off packages on my way to work is the best.

They were okay but some time ago I was making labels and they told me to buy a certain label sheet. I didnt have the design for the labels yet so I went home and brought back the label design the same day. I already purchased the certain label sheet and when I wanted to print out my design on the labels they told me that their printer doesnt work with the type of label sheet I bought....even though they told me to buy it a few hours earlier....Check out Print 2 Go directly across us 19, they were cheap and solved my problem in no time.

People are great..corporate now has policy they charge you credit card $15.00 for $.58 copies. And now we as consumers must follow up to make sure we are not charged the full $15.00

First time there, needed to send some documents and the employees were very nice and helped me out with any questions I had.

Service was effective and accurate but could have been more timely.

Not interested in any sort of out of the ordinary request. I suppose its not profitable to listen and think about a question rather than a just give a quick dismissal.

I was trying to fax seven pages to Michigan. They asked me was it long distance I said yes Michigan. Approximately $7.25 per page I was told. UPS store 2 miles away do the whole thing for under nine dollars. Long-distance? Give me a break. If there are other prices are similar to this ? Pointing towards the door if I didn’t like the price. Let’s just say I never shop there again.

Customer service is horrible! Will never patronize this location again. I plan on contacting the general manager and their corporate offices regarding my experience.

Useless. Emailed their office several times about a mistake with a package and got no response whatsoever. Customer service was rude, impatient, and also useless. Wont be using fedex anymore what so ever.

Customer service is terrible. Lazy as hell and dont want to work. If you dont like your job or dont like to service customers quit. To anyone who reads this if you have a customer service job but you are not a people person or a helpful person quit and find you a job where you dont have to deal with customers.
