Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Good experience overall.

25 minutes on hold. Never got my questioned answered. Spoke for seconds to 4 people..transferred..in hold. Got service desk and asked if they could check computer..told no.

Was on the phone for 20 minutes and still no answer from the Plumbing deptand the rental part rude and did not want to rent the equipment to me after 15 minutes finished .but the hotdogs is good so it was not an full waste of time
