Very professional, and very fast with there work. I had a faulty graphics card in my pc, purchased one that ended up being too big for it. I brought it in and Jamie took a look figured everything out and sold me one he had in stock at a more than reasonable price. He also refused to purchase mine knowing he wouldnt be able to buy it from me for what it was worth and he didnt want to short change me. I am extremely happy with the service, and with the customer consideration. I will definitely use them again if I ever have need in the future.

Steve at Rays Connecting Point is the BEST!!! He is so knowledgeable and service-oriented. 7 days ago our 10-year-old computer was crashing with more increasing regularity and email not working. He got them both running properly right away and was very thorough about it, no muss, no fuss. Among many other checks he did on our computer, he found viruses even on our mac (which I thought didnt get viruses) and terminated them. I just cant say enough about his great service. And he didnt gouge us for money. Its like our computer is new again. Its so great having such a professional in our community. My hat is off to you, Steve!

Was going to take my laptop to Ray’s Connecting Point but the neighbors kept saying, take it to the big box store, so I did. I waited in line and then the young man said, do you have an appointment? When I tried going to the Apple store in the International Mall, they turned me away saying I needed an appointment for the following day. Instead of driving a half an hour back to the Apple store, I drove 5 minutes to Rays Connecting Point and couldnt be happier that I did. I brought my laptop in under a recall for my motherboard on a Friday. By Monday night, I was able to go pick it up no problem. Rays Connecting point saved me when it mattered most. I brought my work MacBook Pro in on New Years Eve with a bad hard drive. Not only did they save all of my files on the bad drive, but they removed the bad drive and replaced it with a better one all in the same day. Again, did I mention they did this on New Years Eve!! On Sat I called to try to schedule an appt for my slow-running Mac. Amazingly, they were open until 4pm and Steve said I could bring my Mac in so I made the drive from Tyrone Mall area. Theyre knowledgeable, reasonable and Id recommend them to ANYONE!FYI: found them 2 yrs ago when I bought a used Mac for a good price and they also work on PCs.

I brought my computer to Rays when the Apple store told me they could not get the information off my old computer. My computer had a small coffee spill and wont work. Steve and Jamie took my computer and now my computer has all my files from the old computer. They are my heroes!!

If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would! I have a Macbook (about 4.5 years old) that wasnt charging. I was pretty sure it was the battery but needed diagnostics run just to be sure. I looked online for Macbook repair service in the Clearwater area and found these guys. Reviews were pretty good and they are also very close to my home. Their shop closes at 5 and I called at about 5:20, and still someone answered the phone and asked me to bring my Mac into the shop the next morning. I brought it down the next AM as instructed and they confirmed it was the battery. Their prices were VERY reasonable, everyone at the business was conversational and at ease and within an hour my MacBook was running like new! They even showed me a few tricks to keep it running at top speed. I can guarantee they will receive repeat business from me, the next time I need any assistance. Thank you so much guys! You made my day!

Awesome Guys!!! They helped recover my wifes computer and even delivered it to us.

The techs were very unorganized and they didnt keep their word. My son had his iPad in their shop for more than a month, and when we inquired as to its status, they could not find it, then when they did locate it they promised repair in one week. When we returned after one week, they still had not repaired the iPad. We finally took back our iPad after more than a month and they did NOTHING to help us.

There are much better options for local Mac repair than these guys. Long wait time, very expensive repairs, and the staff wasnt very friendly.
