This is an amazing person that will go out of his way for anybody and everybody. Very good work!

In the past I have had great service from Dan Wilson and At Your Service. That is why I am so disappointed with my last experience.Basically on August 4 th I asked Dan if he could mow an overgrown yard and clean the yard of all debris and construction material. All he had to do was move it to the garage.On the 6th he told me that the grass was already cut. Assuming that the tenant had cut it, I thanked Dan. He showed me pics of the trash and a codes notice and told me that it would be removed. On the 19th he said it would be removed in the next two days and asked me to pay him in advance. Within an hour I showed him the venmo receipt for $190.He accepted the money and had a worker there on the 21st. He showed pictures of some debris in a trailer and told me it was done. I asked him if the rear yard was clear which he never really answered.Two days later I went to check it out. The grass was now knee high. A large amount of trash was still in the back yard. I texted and called Dan. He Basically told me he was having dinner with his family. I said I understood and asked him to call me when he could.My subsequent calls and texts were unanswered. I even told him that it was probably an error by his workers.I have given him numerous chances to make this right. I did not want to write this review. I dont know why this is happening.I definitely would not recommend paying in advance.I have texts and pictures backing this review.

Great service. Great guy! They have been detailing my cars and servicing my pool for a few years now. Would highly recommend.

Did not show, did not call and did not return calls. Incidentally noticed that they posted on Facebook that they had just got their first corporate customer right before they were scheduled to do my car and never showed.
