I was in touch with Michael J Bartolotta in regards a business they have listed. After Mike verbally corrected the profit 300K down I told him the selling price would be to high in this case, he then replied then dont buy it. I think he personally not engaged and he doesnt care selling a business. So if you want to sell you business, there are plenty of god and engaged realtors out there! Likewise, if you want to buy a business dont waste your time with this company.

My experience with broker Mike Bartolotta is very bad. He sold me a business were profits were totally misrepresented. Gratefully I took legal action and won and ended up paying a considerably lower price for the business (a fair one). My experience is that Mike Bartolotta is dishonest, a compulsive liar, cares nothing about seller or buyer and will do anything to make a buck. My suggestion is that if you see him, run away from him as he will try to unethically take advantage of you. In just a few years Mike Bartolotta has earned hinself a very bad reputation.
