Very nice and clean good technology and the future of credit card reader are coming out to the retail and gasoline stations and the Financial services are available for big or small business. I have contacted the management team and I have spoken with the Director of production Ms Laura Weiss and I was impressed by the time of years that she had worked for the company and the knowledge of the product that the company has.I recommend this company is under good management and the future of the country and the rest of the world.

Id rather hang myself then call Verifone support. Your lucky to get a knowledgeable tech. If you do or when get an american you think your prayers have been answered. Yeah right. I called in and got Top notch fighter pilot Mike Smith who only kept me on hold for 30 minutes plus. Asked me how my weekend was and began down this never ending road of Fishing, Boats, His Son, etc etc then turns around and tells me i called the wrong support and CANT EVEN TRANSFER ME because in his words Ha ha im new buddy.. click hands up on me.

I have a large merchant account. I was down for 3 weeks while verifone couldnt get there act together. Endless hoops of idiotic indians who DO NOT know anything!I bypassed and got an american named “Mike” in Florida. Answers the phone “yeah this is mike” i tell him my issue with the 3 case numbers. Takes 20 minutes to look them up. Inbetween tells me what he did on his weekend, fished. Looked at boats, drank beer.I swore i was being punk’d. This cannot be real?!Simply mind boggling that verifone hires this horrible type of Tech support.Leaving for Ingenico.
