The quality of all the software these guys produce is not great. Videopad crashed often and was incredibly slow which made editing videos very tedious. The available effects and transitions were lacking as they dont have buy in from 3rd parties to produce these addons.

Honestly this is the worst piece of software that I have ever seen. It has actually decreased productivity in our company. I could go on for a long time on the shortcomings and it would take me 0 seconds to talk about its benefits. If your company is thinking about using any aspect of this software then just walk away now before suicide seems like a better option.

Terrible file management system, takes forever to load documents, search feature is incredibly clumsy, you miss any part of the file name and it wont find it. I have considered finding another job since it has been put in place at my company.

Software is full bugs, real bad support will continue to look around for my automation needs DocuPhase is not Ultra approved.
