HELLS KITCHEN: CABINET EDITIONIf you want someone to scream at the top of their lungs at you when they miss their deadlines, blame you for their mishaps and lack of professionalism, and completely take your renovation project hostage, then by all means, call Ken with KHS Fine Furniture. He promised me that he would have my kitchen done in 2.5 weeks after demo. He pushed the start date back months, and finally, the demo date arrived. I asked him if he was 100% ready before I demoed my propertys kitchen, because it would be uninhabitable after that. He said yes and that he was ready. This was almost 3 months ago. He absolutely has no care or empathy for the situation he put me in, and I see from reviews that this is a pattern for him. He says his contract gives him no deadline to finish a project, so if you sign it and if he gives you a delivery date, that is just make believe. He will get to it...maybe...someday. So I have a house I want to sell with the real estate market at a peak, and all I can do is wait for Ken to call (most likely screaming...he is not afraid to scream at a woman) to let me know why it is my fault that he will miss yet another deadline.STAY FAR AWAY!

Ken made us some awesome custom spice racks for our cabinet. We went from a 40 inch oven to a standard size, so we needed to fill the gaps. The price was very good and Ken matched up the colors perfectly.A few months after we got the spice racks, we called Ken because our handyman didnt want to put them up because there was a lip on our cabinets. Ken came over and installed them himself a few days later. He was able to install them perfectly with no issues. If you want great service and quality cabinets, KHS is the place to go.

I am a retired Business owner. We built Hundreds of patios and outdoor and indoor kitchens. KHS FURNITURE (Ken) Two stars only because quality of material used. Please beware, this was a VERY bad experience for us. The delivery of 4 bath vanities were 12 weeks after the promised date. The quality a result of a rush job. I have no doubt Ken has the ability to build a solid cabinet. That said, takes zero responsibility for his mistakes. Excuse after excuse. Very unprofessional, sarcastic and high strung. I would never use him again. He is off my list. Honestly, I would pay double for a more professional and honest cabinet builder. This guy will blame YOU for his failure. Misbuilt one, mismeasured 2 more. Drawers out of line, He actually read me a contract stating I should have checked HIS measurement. This was the most stressful part of a 500,000.00 construction. The mirrors had finish nail pertruding, less than perfect assembly. What a nightmare. My assessment is he way overbooks what he is actually capable of building. He cost us a good deal of money on missed timelines closing our new construction. Just please beware. He talks, talks, yaks but arrogantly takes no responsibility. Especially, after you write the final check.

I will put up KHS Cabinetry against any wood maker out there. The quality of craftsmanship put into their custom quality kitchens, vanities and furniture is of the highest quality. I speak from experience, KHS was my choice for the remodel of my home and my recommendation is that you chose them for yours. Thank you Ken and Steffi!

Ken & Crew did a outstanding job on our outdoor kitchen . We would highly recommend to anybody looking for any type cabinet of work .
