They were booked for about 3 months ahead but man was it worth the wait. The installation guy Brandon did an awesome job. He was polite, knowledge and it was all finished within one day.

We just got our shower remodeled by Bath Fitter: we couldn’t have asked for a better job. It was exactly what we wanted. Our installer was Brandon, was on time, professional, and did terrific work. I would have given 5 stars but their lack of response and not answering the phone and not returning calls after messages were left was a concern to me. When they did answer they were pleasant and answered my questions. With a little fine tuning their office could bump up to 5 stars.They tore out our original fiberglass shower and prepared the space yo receive an amazing and beautiful new shower! Our installer was Kelley and he was a great worker! He was professional and answered any questions we had. He was meticulous in protecting our carpet from any debris and cleaned up after himself quite well. To his credit the inspector from the City of Largo felt the job was very well done. Kelley should be rewarded for his work ethic and his attention to detail.All in all it was a painless transformation from old to new!

I do remodel work all over Pinellas county and have seen many poorly executed jobs by Bath Fitters so much so that I have had to remove the overlays on several occasions. The job was a walk in shower . All of the staff were friendly and professional. The installer, Harry K, was incredible! He worked diligently to complete the task while also asking for my preference in one small matter. He took great care in protecting my home during this transformation. Stopped working when I had a question and provided me with the answer without hesitation. When he was finished, he cleaned up thoroughly and then advised me of the proper care for my new shower. We had a shower stall replacement in one bathroom and a tub liner installed in another. The sale was accomplished professionally but we gave 4 stars because communication after the sale was sorely lacking. They do not like returning phone calls or voice messages. However if you do contract with this company be sure that Oz is the person assigned to do your installation. Hes very professional, does excellent work and will explain everything hes doing every step of the way. The man is very skilled at what he does!

Tub to shower conversion, Service tech was Kelly, very professional, quiet and clean, when the install was FINALLY finished looks great. However what should have taken 2 maybe 3 days turned into 10 days with no way to shower, office communication left a lot to be desired. I will say that part of the delay was due to the 4th of July and 1 day for Miss Elsa to come thru so there is that. But you would have thought that they would have communicated with me knowing that this was our only bath and I have a disabled vet. I made it very clear to ALL involved that my husband was disabled and they were acutely aware that we only had one bath. The job should never have been started on a Friday much less the Friday before the 4th.But I cannot say enough about Kelly, I hardly knew he was here.

I highly recommend Bath Fitters. They had previously remodeled both of the bathrooms in our condo 10+ years ago and my wife wanted to update the shower in the bedroom bath. Since we were pleased the first time we called them again. We were concerned about how we could do this during the pandemic so we scheduled a virtual consultation with Deborah. This went much better than we anticipated. Deborah was very professional, answering all our questions but more importantly, compassionately listened to our concerns about the virus. They cracked multiple tiles during installation, and have not returned my call. The caulk seam was very shoddy and looks like it was caked on with a finger and barely wiped off with a rag. Extremely dissatisfied, and will be pursuing a BBB claim if they continue to ignore me.

I contracted Bath Fitter Feb. 23 for a new shower installation that was done May 4. They sent an inexperienced installer who did the job wrong and damaged the wall besides being on the phone while working. I’m now told that they cannot redo the shower for another 2 weeks making it 1 month until the job can be done correctly. The manager won’t return my phone calls. And I’m paid in full.

And even remembered the details when he was done like putting back on the child safety locks on the doors that we allowed to be removed. On Jul 10th, we had a sales rep come see us, gave us a quote, and we signed a contract for a shower stall refit. She took measurements, and told us we could expect a tech to begin the installation in 2-3 weeks.,On Aug 3rd the tech came and ripped out the old shower stall. Only then did he realize that they had ordered the wrong size shower base. He told us that it would take about three weeks to get the correct size from the factory in Canada. So no shower available to use.On Sept 2nd, the tech returned with the correct base, and installed the base and surround. He told us it would take about two weeks to get the glass in to finish the installation. So still, no shower. On Sept 23rd, we were called and were told the glass was in, but could not get an appointment to have it installed until 10 days later.. So, another month went by.On Oct 2nd, the tech returned and finished the installation of the glass.Therefore, we were without use of this shower for a total of 8 weeks. I contacted the dealership and requested a discount equivalent to 15% of the total price as compensation for out inconvenience and loss of use, The owner/ manager flatly refused and only offered us a discount that equaled 7% of the total price. I considered this an insult. I attempted to contact the corporate headquarters a total of 4 times. No one would respond to my emails, or talk to me on the phone. No one would return messages left.The product we got is satisfactory, and the tech did a great job of installation. However, I would recommend you using a different dealership than the Clearwater, Fl one if you want a timely job done. And I was very disappointed with the Customer Support from this company.

Please do not use this company. I had a shower install completed 3 years ago. Here is my story, and it keeps getting worse.I did my due diligence (I thought) and got about 5-6 quotes to replace a tile shower that had a little mold. They described the process and how the mold would be killed before they installed the overlay. After they measured everything, they ordered the liner and stated it would take 1-2 weeks to come in. About 3-4 weeks later, no one had called to give me an update. I had to call to inquire about when the install would occur. I should have canceled then.After finally returning my call, they stated at that time they only work between 7-5 (Monday- Friday), which would have been something they should have mentioned at the beginning as we are a working family. I made arrangements for my father to come while they installed everything. Two days before the install, I received a call from a plumber calling on behalf of Bath Fitters stating they wanted to book a time to come out the day before the install (during working hours) to do the plumbing portion. I was not provided any of this information from Bath Fitters. The call from the plumber was the first time I heard about anything related to this.The day of the install was a complete disaster. The plumber showed up tardy, and Bath Fitters came nearly 2 hours late and were unprepared for the install. They did not call myself or my father to let us know they would be late. When they did arrive, they sent 1 man (single person) to do such a big job. That being said, the installer looked at my father to help him hold some materials. My 70-year old father is not an installer for your company. The installer ended up putting a small hole in the wall next to my garden tub and chipping some of the tile on my garden tub (when he was trying to take off the old shower door and place it somewhere). My father saw the hole and chipped tiles and the gentleman did not mention anything about the damage. He was trying a no tell, no fault. After looking at the work, it was sub-par. The lines were not seamless and it looked like amateur work. The next day, I called Bath Fitter. They did not call me at all about the damage or make any acknowledgement. The customer service representative Donald Moore stated he needed to investigate, and he would call me back. He called me back the next day and stated that he was sorry for the issue. He then proceeded he would rectify the situation. They sent some fly by night people (who stated they were subcontractors and did not work for the company) to fix the chip/hole with some type of epoxy. It looked like a child fixed it. I had to end up writing the Better Business Bureau and leave several reviews on other sites to get them to even return my call to fix the horrible job. The shower door was uneven and leaked, the shower pan was uneven, and even the grout looked like patch work. And that was after they sent their best person to try to fix everything. They did not charge me the remainder 1/2 of my bill because it was such bad work.Fast-forward to now. Apparently, they installed it so incorrectly that it has been unknowingly leaking and now has caused some water damage to the adjoining cabinet. I have called them again as they have a warranty to try to recoup some of the monies to hire a legit company.Update: Fall 2020 - Update -- The representative from Bath Fitters came and stated that there were significant issues. The drain hole is not aligned so it is also causing leakage. In addition, the floor of shower pops because it is not sealed/aligned properly. When the representative went back, I did not hear back from the company. Once I contacted them again, the manager stated the rep said this (which is pictured) below was not that bad.Update: Spring 2021 - Update -- Now hopefully in the tail end of the pandemic, I am going to have another company fix the issue. I plan to sue or involve my insurance in the faulty work. I also plan to contact ABC Action News.

Two months ago we had Bath Fitter upgrade our condos two mid-1970s bathrooms. Our order came in sooner than expected and was quickly installed. Two installers did both bathrooms in less than a day, finishing shortly after lunch. One was a tub and the other a tub-to-shower conversion. Bathfitters did a remodel in my home in May 2006. This job was done by my friend which was the homeowner @ the time of service. Comparing the way it was & the end result it was Beautiful💕The tub & wall-door enclosure was done & completed Fast. This home is now a rental property of mine & I take care of any issues or maintence needed ASAP! My renter contacted me sent me a video of an issue w/ Water in between the tub-liner that had been installed😳It was now a waterbed & it smelled! I addressed this issue immediately & called Bathfitters for service & their customer service appointments were not able to do anything for one month out! So advice before doing this is I would recommend this to anyone for a Quick fix in a bathroom looks Great but isn’t able to service any issues & if you must rely on chalking only to keep water from seeping in you might want to reconsider your options.

We had Bath Fitters come out to install a new shower the 18th of July. We had a previous experience with them that was not favorable but it was about 7 or 8 years ago so we figured wed give them another try. It took a little longer than expected on the install but that happens so nothing major wrong with the install date. We then waited a little over a day to use the shower as they told us.They installed a new Moen valve for us on our Moen trim kit we just put on at Christmas. I noticed lower water pressure than it was with the original valve. Later my wife noticed a water mark on the ceiling of the first floor so we got a hold of Bath Fitters. The solder on the new valve came loose and was spewing water into our wall. They came out to fix that and when they did they flipped the cartridge in the valve so hot was cold and cold was hot. The original installer (who installed it correctly the first time) and the service guy Donald (who never saw our trim kit) said we were doing it backwards. Luckily, the installer that came out to fix it said we WERE doing it the right way.Shortly after this, my wife brushed her arm against one of the corners while throwing a tissue in the trash can and the whole corner came off the wall. So we had to have someone come out and fix that.They then had to come back a week or so later to fix the water damage after it dried.We tried calling Donald and Deborah about some customer satisfaction issues and Donald repeatedly said he would call my wife back the following day and never called her back.Were also still almost a month out from the install date and havent received any receipt, warranty information, or the work order for all the repairs Donald said he would send us. The installer told us it would be mailed to us and he doesnt carry any documentation so this sounds like another thing that the office people fell through on.Long story short, unless you want a part time job trying to follow up with a company of paperwork and to get multiple visits to get a shower right, you should probably spend a little extra money and go somewhere else.

The salesman never mentioned there would be extra charges or issues. We had to pay a fee of 475.00 and a second visit to have a valve replaced. Bathfitters should have anticipated this ahead of time. During the installation, we had to go to two plumbing stores.
