Took the opportunity that we had them registered and paid with our mortgage Company to quadruple the annual price without asking us.Really dishonest.

I have to wonder if this company is fly by night. I have been with them for 3 years and never had to call to discuss my homeowners policy. This week I have needed them pertaining to my insurance policy and no help being offered or calls returned.I need to file a claim on my policy and I keep getting the run around and excuses passed along to me when I am able to get a receptionist on the phone. Just wondering if somehow if a claim is filed whether or not it may hurt David Tapia Allstate Insurance office and their metrics with the insurer.Either way I say stay as far away from this insurance company. They will roll out the red carpet for you when you call about insurance. However dont say you were not warned about the issues you will have once you do need to get the service you are paying for and they are making money off of.

I just called for a insurance quote and the salesman told me that a hour worth of work on the computer wasnt worth the commission he would make. Are you serious what a joke I never heard anyone say that in my life.

She gave me a quote for $6***/6 months. its just a car insurance not a private jet insurance.

Cant say enough good things about this agency. We have had two claims since being with them and everything has been overseen by this office. We even called them from an accident scene and our agent Debbie handled everything over the phone. Tow truck and everything. Glad we chose this place!
