We hosted a large group of our friends and family in the Tampa area for a wedding and used this taxi service throughout the weekend. We had them pick us up at the airport and transport us to Indian Rocks and back. For months we worried about how we would transport our guests to and from the hotel to the reception on Friday night. Jim was so great to work with. He arranged for two vans to come to the hotel and drive our guests to the reception and then sent two vans at the end of the night to drive us back. it was reasonably priced, the drivers were always pleasant, and Jim was great to work with. I would highly recommend this taxi service

I contacted this service for a ride to the airport from Clearwater beach. I made reservations the day before and the day of I called to confirm my pick up and hour before. I got no answer and waited. My call was returned and he told me he wouldn’t be able to pick me up. I told him that was unacceptable and he hung up. He called me back about 5 minutes later and told me he had a driver coming to pick me up. The driver called and said he wanted 75.00 dollars it was 25.00 more then was quoted I told him no problem. He showed up and said he didn’t have room and took off. I miss my flight and had to rebook It cost me $ 500.00 more. I have text messages to prove this. Never use this service.

Had a 6 AM Sunday flight out of TPA and because lyft seemed unreliable and couldnt contact/verify the driver that was supposedly assigned to us, we tried this taxi service for the first time. We filled the online form about 3 days before (must give 48hr notice per website) and 2 nights before (Friday) I got a text verifying my request. Then the night before, I got a confirmation text with my drivers name. Justin was on-time (320am) and pleasant. The van was clean. Giving 5 stars for providing a reliable stress free early Sunday airport trip!

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Felt very safe and comfortable with Jim on our private shuttle to Disney World (2 hours + away). The vehicle was very clean and spacious to accommodate 7 passengers. Jim was a very courteous and a professional driver, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

2nd trip to airport with Ted. Very nice guy. Great service, had carseat for baby and a big van for large family and way too much luggage.

We called and scheduled a 6:00a.m pick up the night before ( Clearwater-Tampa airport). Jim called five minutes before he arrived on time as we requested. Nice service, pleasant ride.

NIGHTMARE!!! We booked this company MONTHS before our trip and they failed to pick us up at 3:30am at our resort (which they could not find even though it is the largest resort in Dunedin) - the man on the phone sounded drunk and stopped answering the phone after failing to pick us up causing us to rely on a relative to make an emergency pick up so we didn’t miss our flight. THIS COMPANY IS THE MOST UNRELIABLE !!! DONT USE THEM!!

Seldom post anything if not positive but must this time. Scheduled trip in shuttle from airport to motel we were charged a fair bit more than pre quoted over phone call pre flight.....AND with a scheduled early morning ride to the airport for return flight, we stood in the pouring rain waiting and watching for 40 min for a shuttle that never appeared...even after repeated phone calls to the two contact numbers we were given that went straight to voice mail. I did get a simple ...were sorry email after our return home but no reason given for a gross oversight of scheduled pick up and an overcharge....3 days later still no offer for reasons nor refund for the extra charges ... choose them truthfully cuz they quoted a bit cheaper...guess u get what u pay for.

Had a terrible experience tonight on vacation where our vehicle broke down in the middle of a busy street! With 3 kids, 3 adults and a dog, it was very stressful! I decided that I would at least get the kids, dog and myself back to the hotel and the men could handle the rest. So I called this fellow who quoted me a price for the dog, kids and myself. He ended up following behind my two travel companions and the tow truck and ended up picking them up as well and waited on them while they got themselves together. He still only charged me the quoted price! He really turned my stressful night around and I can not give this place enough stars! I would absolutely recommend to anyone!
