I wish there was a zero star option. I made a truck reservation two months in advance and received a phone call five days before my reservation to let me know that a truck would not be available. I spoke with a very unpleasant woman named Cindy who informed me in no uncertain terms that I was out of luck and it was not her problem. She was completely unhelpful and offered no solutions to my problem. In fact, She treated me as if I were the problem and acted as though informing me that I would not have a truck was doing me a favor. She made such helpful comments as “well I can’t manufacture a truck” and “we have no control over whether we get trucks”. Had she shown just a little bit of empathy or understanding or attempted at all to assist with my problem, it would have been a much different situation. I was able to contact another budget office who found me an available truck in Ogden. Everyone else at budget was incredibly helpful and understanding. Would not recommend this particular location.

Would give a 0 star if I could. Absolute WORST Budget location and service. FRAUDULENT AND MISLEADINGI rented a budget cargo van to drive from UT to NY. I had researched for weeks on rates and was given a 30% discount for this rental. Well they sneakily took that way once I was there to pick it up and said I was told about the rate change when I called. I wasnt! If I was told, I would NOT have changed my plans to leave a day earlier. By that point it was too late, and I was due on the road (hotels booked, etc).Next, the van had the check engine light on the entire way, oil change light, no bluetooth, and the cigarette lighters didnt work, so no charging a phone. It was garbage. No one even checked my drivers license upon picking up the vehicle. Im floored this place can stay in business.
