Rude and unprofessional... My package was not delivered and the lady at the desk refused to check the computer for my package, saying it was forwarded, I cant help you and providing no other details or ETA. She walked away from me to take a smoke break.

This post office does not provide general delivery service. For general delivery, apparently you should use the Clearfield post office.We spoke to two employees at this location. The second, a woman, was friendly and helpful. The first staff member was a taller man who was impossible to communicate with.Many thanks to the woman who helped us.

I love the lady that works behind the desk here. She’s always so happy and kind and pleasant. I have heard that in other states, the postal workers aren’t as kind, so I’m especially grateful for her.

USPS lied and said they attempted a delivery today and they were never at my place trying to deliver the package I was waiting for! UNBELIEVABLE

Always helpful, courteous and fast. Single desk person is often overwhelmed not sure why a second is not often available but they make do and have great attitude. I have been using this PO for over 20 years.

My order was saying it was delivered, yet never received anything. Refused to help me find my order. Horrible service and never recommend using them because it seems that they don’t care about us, and only the money. This isn’t the first time this happened.

My sister has lived in Syracuse for years and it is a 50/50 chance she will get my holiday card. It’s wedding season and she has to uncomfortably ask if she is invited since no invitations will arrive before the event. I’ve even had a card returned undeliverable. What?! Did they even try?! Get a new manager- something. These poor people have no idea how to do their job.

Mail carrier delivered a package of mine to the wrong mailbox last week, she went back hours later after I called (took 7 tries before they answered) and package was gone. On Tuesday I did click and ship and the employee said to just leave them at the counter, one out of four of my boxes is not showing as received. I called on Thursday (took 16 calls back to back before they would answer) and was told that he would look into it and call me back on Friday. It’s now Saturday, and after 7 calls in a row, no one is answering. My package was supposed to be delivered today, they are saying they have never received it. There’s nothing they can do because it’s my word against theirs, but three out of four of the packages in that batch have been delivered today. So not only am I out all of the money for the Christmas presents for my brother and nephew, but I’m also out the money for the shipping because they already charged me for it.

Attempted to stop in to mail Christmas packages(Saturday 12:30) and the office door was locked. With the holiday steadily approaching really? Not only was I surprised by the early closing times but about 10 other people that arrived around the same time that I did. Everyone surprised that this office was not open especially during this busy time of year. Other offices are open later?

Its small, too small in my opinion since it also services Syracuse and perhaps other small towns, too. The selection is too limited as well when it comes to stamps and other packaging items. But service has always been good and competent, just wish it was bigger.

I wish the post office was more cheery. The desk clerks are always robotic. They are indifferent. This post office seems hidden and could use a better road sign.

I enjoy mailing my items here. Convenient location.

Typical post office in a good location. No APC machine and lines can be long.

Dont bother calling the direct number. They have one phone they receives calls that is on mute and shoved in a desk drawer.

I was a terrible procrastinator for Christmas. I needed to mail a fairly large box to my family in Illinois. I mailed the box i believe on the 21st or the 22nd. Sincr it was Christmas time and the post service was ridiculously busy, I assumed the oackage would be very late and proba ly wouldnt get there for another 7-10 days, maybe longer. I didnt mentiom this to the office worker though, it was my own fault for mailing it late. I was incredibly surprised to hear from my family that the gift had gotten there on Christmas day. I dont know who was all involved in that proccess but every single one of them deserve an award and a raise. They must have been working incredibly hard to get that package there so quickly during the holiday season. You are amazing!

Have visited a couple of times the workers are grumpy and seemed annoyed a lot of the time .

Keep putting my mail in other peoples PO BOX and I am getting other peoples mail in mine.
