We have shopped at this Sams for years now. The store is clean and stocked well . Sometimes an item is out of stock but not often. The employees are very nice and helpful . Ive always been able to get help when needed and the employees are a pleasure to speak with also If a manager is needed they are available.They do have EXTRA SALE items maybe in larger quantities. This is a great way to purchase food and put up for later meals. I freeze so many items. This saves me time and money. Also I always have the meals we enjoy .The gas prices are also very good at SAMs.We have had a Sams Plus Membership since 2008. I highly recommend this to everyone. There are so many great benefits to having a membership. Check it out!!We have shopped at all of the locations in the TN area and have found Sams to be a great place to shop.

They had a sale on bulk crab meat, which led to me panic eating crab meat when I realized you had to eat it 3 days after you open it, so I had to get real creative. Crab pastas, crab dips, crab charcuterie, and eventually crab grilled cheese.

Great! They have a plethora of groceries and electronics and household items and dog & cat food and care products. You can find, nearly, anything there!Friendly, courteous staff.

My favorite place to shop for groceries, super friendly staff and great prices. The chicken has been out of stock each of the last 3 times I went there but Im not sure it would be fair to attribute that to the store.I love the Sams Club app!!! Being able to actually check out without talking to anyone or standing in line, is a real time saver. I wish Walmart would give the same option but Im sure that would result in them stopping every person instead of just some to say they are stealing... maybe a topic for another day lol.Great experience each time I visit here.

Its usually pretty crowded at the check out lines, and the deli. I utilized both lines. It was really clean. Only a few customers had on a mask, but all the staff had there masks on...

Very organized, nice variety of products and I love the scan as you go option through the app. The food court has delicious deli items and a great price. Keep in mind it will sometimes take time to exit the building due to them checking receipts and items for transaction accuracy (be prepared to wait) All in all its a great shopping warehouse.

It was packed, they got rid of the associates to check you out. I watched as multiple people had issues doing self check. At minimum each line was 8 people deep. Once through that disaster, you had to wait to get out of the building as they only had 1 person checking receipts. The line to get out was past the snack bar. What a mess

Delivered DC freight, supposed to be a drop and hook. Had to wait 3.5 hrs for an empty trailer. Other than that no complaints, easy to find right off I-24. Just take Exit 4 go East about 1/4 mile on right.

Really nice ppl and fast unload and area for overnight parking as well had an appointment time but will take you earlier nice clean and clear dock area to to walk your dog 🐕 yellow line are visible

Sams Club is a very nice place to shop. Currently their stock is a little low, however be assured I/Wife will return.

I normally do not have problems with my pickup order. I order the same things monthly. This time, it was extremely unorganized. I told three different people about my order, which I ordered in advance. It seemed as though they forgot to gather my order. Very disappointed.

Haley on the Pickup team deserves all the stars! She made my day when a couple items were left off my list. Instead of having to wake up my sleeping infant and go inside to grab them myself, she brought them out to me from the floor and checked me out on her phone. Sams club is Sams club, I dont have complaints about the staff as I never have to deal with the staff. They have cut their inventory way down so the selection is limited, I wish there was another bulk store in the area that I live but theres not. I have nothing negative to say other than their inventory.

As nice as a sams can be. Lines to customer service and checkout are consistently awful but I expect that with sams. Scan and go in the app is the best. It’s no Costco, but it’s fine and I enjoy shopping there.

The items was a little pricey, but reasonable. Customer Service was well knowledgeable on whats going on in the store. Enjoyed the self checkout, even though I feel like they took jobs away from cashiers (people).

Weve generally had a good experience with Sams Club and have relied on them. With family coming into town tomorrow we have a tight schedule and had a large order for pickup this morning that we put in several days ago.However, at 7am we received a notice saying our order had been summarily canceled. It didnt tell us why, but chat support, which was feckless and entirely powerless to actually help us, said our order was out off stock. Every item. Like coke, bananas, apples, bread, and cauliflower. All at once. Funnily enough, all of the items remain listed in stock for the store. In fact, were able to reorder all of the items, but they want to delay the order an additional day, which makes it so we cant use it due to schedules.So apparently sams club just decided they didnt want to fill the order and just canceled it so they wouldnt have to, which means we cant trust sams club to do start they agree to, and thats really disappointing.

Unprepared. Order was suppose to be ready, and they were gathering it up like a squirrel gathering nuts. Has anyone ever heard of being prepared? Very dissatisfied. A parking lot full of people waiting and waiting. I will do my own shopping for now.

A family owned business that truly cares about their customers and customer service. You cant go wrong stopping in and enjoying the variety of popcorn, candy, food and even getting an antique type picture wearing period clothing. Great family fun.

Definitely worth getting a Sam’s club membership if you don’t have it. Especially if your money savvy, and enjoy deals. I don’t like to go to the store often which makes this place so great. You get to buy just about everything you usually get at Walmart in bulk. So your saving money, getting more product, and cheaper gas as well. It’s just $45 a year as well which is pretty cheap for access for everything I just mentioned. My only gripe is that the they constantly ask you to upgrade at the register which I did. After I came back the next time I wasn’t allowed to come in early because I wasn’t a plus member. So they basically lied and gave me a $10 dollar gift card, and said I was a plus member after I gave them $30, just to find out that I had the same account. They need to fix this!

The store has a variety of food products in big quantities and its very organized. Excellent for buying groceries that last at least a month or more.

Nicole and the the other associate working in the optical center on 10/24/2020 were absolutely amazing! They took me in as a walk in because another appointment ran short. Nicole was very patient, answered all of my questions, and treated me like I was the most important customer of the day. Good service is hard to find. Exceptional service is rarely found, but I found it at Sams Optical Center in Clarksville TN today!. Thank you Nicole!

If youve never had the pizza combo or hotdog combo from Sams Club you probably live in a cave. J/K.Deli meals are always a great value and tastes great.If you want onions or saurkraut for your hotdog will will have to ask when you order.Drinks are free same day refills.As far as the store itself. It sells merchandise in bulk and you have to purchase a one year membership.

Store is always clean. Lines have been reduced due to more self checks or skip the check out and use in-app payment. exit line can get lengthy but thats mostly due to covid restrictions and full carts.

Sams is pretty much the same everywhere. This particular one is very clean and fairly well stocked. The staff is always friendly but sometimes not so helpful but its a big store and you cant expect everyone to know where everything is.

My first visit to Sams Club was pretty good I didnt find everything I was looking for, but for the most part I got what I needed and was out. I really hate that they do t use bags and I forgot to bring my reusable bags...all in all I had a nice experience.

The inside snack counter was horrible! I was the 2nd person in line and it took over 15 min to be served! Then the pizza they just brought out was undercooked and raw dough.

Its a sams club. They have AT&T phones. Clean. Easy to navigate.

Love this Sams location. Rodger in the pharmacy is the BEST. He is super helpful, and kind. Other than him I dont deal with the store employees too much because I use the scan and go feature on my phone. Which is also great no lines!

Our family was on a road trip & got a flat tire. I looked up the closest Sams Club since our tires are warrantied through them. It happened to be the Clarksville, TN location. I called and talked to a female associate, who said to bring it on in. They were fast & professional and had us in and out in less than 40 mins! Great job Sams Club Tire Center! We are greatly impressed & appreciative! Proud to have our tires through an outfit that can take care of us nationwide in such a great fashion!

So many Sam’s Clubs have lost the spirit of Sam Walton. Management is weak, and lack basic skills to think on their own. In my most recent example Clarksville, Tn location general manager Jennifer explained to me that plus members benefits don’t apply on Sundays. Plus member are allowed entry at the same time as standard members. Since my typical days of visiting the location was on the weekends, didnt seem worthwhile for me to have the plus membership. She agreed with me. Plus membership is a waste of money. This location really enforces membership cards as if this is some top secret facility that needs to be protected. Sam’s club use to be about the customer. Not anymore. How do you get new member interest if your being so strict on entry? Nobody is buying anything if they aren’t members. Use to be able to get help when you needed it on the floor. Finding help to get a large item involves a long process of going to the front desk, asking for help, and round up the 1-2 employees that are available to help. The checkout process at this location is terrible. The employees have lost the mentality “how can I help you” and adopted the attitude “what do you want” comes down from the management, this behavior is exactly why Amazon is taking their business away. Why should we pay to access a store to buy things? Why should we pay extra for extra benefits to have individual managers picking rules and enforcing them to the same customers that purchase the stuff on their shelves so they can get paid?Amazon and other online stores will slowly shut down Sam’s clubs and quietly be the preferred method of shopping. Why? Because bossy and overbearing managers like Jennifer at Clarksville, TN think customers are the problem, not them.

Scan and Go is awesome!! I love the snotty looks from the 30 or so people in line as we cut past them. Shopping complete under 15 minutes, midday Saturday!!

Got in pretty quickly considering whats going on with the Covid-19. We were able to find almost everything we needed. There was only two things we couldnt get. Maybe next time theyll have everything we need. Overall though, we werent disappointed.
