I finally found a place to get my eyebrows waxed that can do them right . I am very picky about how my eyebrows look and Latrice did a great job! I will definitely be going back.

Brandy met all my expectations for the first time receiving a Brazilian she was very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. I could have not asked for more she was awesome, and definitely plan to return. Definitely made me feel good about my decision about choosing the wax house for my first experience.

The first appointment I made had a few hiccups: the person didn’t show up and miscommunication about what I wanted done was frustrating. However they were able to get me in later that day and do what I wanted doneThe 2nd time: had no issues, the person I had was quick3rd time: called and asked if I would be able to seen that day just for underarms and they were able to do that and the person was nice and quickEver since the first incident I had no issues which I’m glad since it was highly recommended by others, fair pricing, and friendly staff. I especially wanted to support a women-owned small business. Thank you ladies!

The ONLY place that enhances my thicker brows shape! They always use my natural shape and never overwork or overcorrect any part. Theyre also SO gentle. My eyes normally water getting my eyebrows done but never here! My eyebrows are the perfect frame to my face and I owe it all to The Wax House

Been twice. Gave a second chance. Paid for full arms leggs etc. Missed alot of spots. Didnt do whole areas. Was only waxed where they thought they saw hair. Even when i paid for the whole area. I dont care if you dont see hair. I paid for the whole area so I expect the whole area waxed.

Honestly the best eye brow wax I have ever had. The whole place is super clean and professional and cute. Something I would have thought to find at a high end spa in a big city.

Very disappointed in the service I received this time. My profile picture is from a month ago when I was in a wedding and my brows were done by Tiondra who had taken her time to get them in perfect shape... perfect for me!! The picture below was done by Latrice... She thinned them out too much, which I had asked for them to be cleaned up without losing the shape I had, because I have very thin brows already. This is what I got. She waxed first and then tinted my brows which burned. As you can see, the hair on the one brow is gone on the end.

Hands down the best wax location in Clarksville. Pricing is great but Id pay whatever for the expertise, friendly service, and ambience. Love it. 💘

I AM SO HAPPY I CAME TO THE WAX HOUSE. I originally came in to get my eyebrows wax and left scheduling a facial appointment. During my treatment, I was engaged in meaningful conversations on how to improve my skin. The staffs was very professional and warm. The atmosphere was soothing and filled with wonderful fragrances.I came back for my facial about 4 days later. The experience of getting the facial was very relaxing and refreshing. My face felt rejuvenated after and my normally flaky skin was very smooth. The desk receptionist offered me a exfoliating sponge to keep the dead skin off my face. They havent release the product yet but its AMAZING. Within two weeks, my dry spots (eyebrows, nose, ear area, mustache) are completely gone and my skin is in the best state it has been in since 10 years ago.Thank You WAX HOUSE!

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the cleanliness of the establishment and the professionalism I received while I was there. I sent an email to The Wax House describing my issue. Two weeks later they have not even simply apologized or acknowledge my experience. I was extremely polite. No response is a response! I now find it necessary to warn people about this establishment. Long story short, over the course of 3 months I realized the esthetician, Corinna, has been breaking my hairs and not fully removing them from my skin. This causes the hair to grow back faster, uneven, and extremely COARSE. It can also cause excessive ingrown hairs. You can read my full review in the screenshots attached. By ignoring my feedback, this let me know the type of person the owner is. As a business owner myself, I would never ignore a customer that has had an issue with my company or my services; especially a repeat customer. RETURNING CUSTOMERS KEEP YOUR BUSINESS AFLOAT! Also, her condescending tone in the responses to every customer that has had a negative experience is disgusting. I will never spend another dime here! I do not recommend ANYONE to get their wax here. The lack of technique is evident! She does not take pride in improving her business or estheticians’ skill set. You can shave at home for FREE. Getting a wax here is just like shaving! Don’t waste your time or money! The sad part is I really had high hopes for this company.One more thing.. I notice how she repeatedly says she doesn’t “have a record” of someone being serviced there, so I also included my email confirmations from each appointment I’ve had.

If I could rate it 0 I would. I have been coming consistently to get my brows waxed and wait over ten minutes everytime- however it wasn’t an issue until today I went to get a mini facial and my appt was at 6. It then got changed to 6:10. I arrived at 6:05 and sat there over 40 minutes until I decided to get up and leave because there was no way I would be getting a 45 minute facial when they closed in less than 15 minutes. I am very displeased and disappointed.

I went in on a Monday afternoon for a brow wax. I hadn’t had my brows touched for over a year. There was no wait. The establishment is clean and pleasant. I went to Latrice. I described how I like my brows shaped (not too thin, high arch). Latrice delivered beautifully. She was sanitary, kind and quick. The price was $13 which to me is very reasonable. I definitely recommend Latrice and I will be returning!

Went for a Brazilian. Although the decor was lovely (Beautiful and Comfortable Couch...I forgot to ask the owner where she got it...🤔), & the ladys Customer Service was Wonderful....My experience was just ok. I had a 330pm appt, & still had to wait a long while to be seen. But I know things happen, so I just sat quietly, but after all the waiting, I get the service, get home, & All the hair was not even removed🤬! AND, on top of that, I had to pay TAX?! I have been getting waxes for over 10+ years and have never been charged tax. If it was $40, then that is what I paid, $40. So, Im giving them 3 stars for my experience. I wont say dont go to this establishment, because I know ladies who have loved their experiences here, so go see them for yourselves....I just didnt have a great experience. But, again like I said, at least the C.S. was wonderful, and that is always important in Buisness. So overall, this is my review & in the end, I do wish this Black Owned Business the Best.Edit: Now, Lets be clear, the Wait DEFINITELY was NOT 10 min, it was way longer. And when asked how the waxer was afterwards, I said She was OK. Definitely did not say Good. In my previous post, I never mentioned her being bad anyway, I said there still was hair left once I got home. Thats the truth. And No, I will not come back. The left hair has already been taken care of. No need to travel back 30 miles. Ive already had my experience.Good day.

I should have read the reviews on the place before i went but multiple people told me that they’ve gotten a wax here and I was interested in trying them. My waxing experience was fine but my hair came back after a week and my waxes usually last up to a month before I start seeing hair. I have ingrown hair bumps and blisters on me that are extremely painful. I would not recommend getting waxed here because the wax isn’t good quality.

Brazilian Wax: I went to get my first waxing done and the lady did not seem to have much experience. She went over several parts 3+ times which caused my skin to bleed from being so raw. No conversation was held during my service which made it worse. She had a difficult time pulling the wax off so each section was literally pulled off inch by inch. After all that she left me patchy. It was the worst first time experience I could’ve had. 0/10 would not recommend.

I did a walk in service for my eye brows and the owner of The Wax House greeted me and made sure I was comfortable untilI was called back. The wait time was only about 10 minutes, if that! Finally I have found the perfect wax salon in Clarksville, TN. This is a new spot and they are so professional, clean and inviting. I went today to get a Brazilian wax, under arm wax, brow wax and brow tint and I left feeling like a beauty queen! They have walk ins available so when I walked in asking for services I expected to have to wait awhile...but NOPE, I was seen right away! The prices are AMAZING too, the best prices I have seen in town! I will definitely be back!!! Thank you Serita and Jas...you both really brightened my day today 🤗

Theyre horrible. the owner herself is very rude and unprofessional. i have really bad ingrown hairs and they didnt want to do anything about it or give me a refund. i was told to go to the doctor, thats it!

I won’t go back. Service I paid for was a Brazilian and in between my cheeks was not even waxed. The lady who did my wax acted annoyed to be at work, rushed the whole time. Then the most embarrassing part was when I was leaving there were two customers right by the checkout deck. The cashier says “was that your first Brazilian?” In front of customers! One was male customer at that. Very unprofessional!

This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax service and Latrice was amazing. I was nervous and not once did I feel uncomfortable. Highly recommend her.
