I used to go here years ago and it was definitely a top quality salon. I went here last week explained what I wanted and I am so disappointed. I asked for caramel highlights and the girl did like a 1000 foils on my hair and it hardly looks different. It’s ash blonde highlights at best. I paid and tipped but I really worry about going back. She was very apologetic the entire time for little things and the shampoo “experience” was so awkward.

Please update store hours. Drove across town to pick up product and online it says open but store was closed when I got here.

I have never had a bad haircut here! I’ve seen 3 different stylists and all of them have been amazing. Everyone is very friendly and listen to what you want. They are great at managing expectations and give suggestions of how a look can better suit you and make it your own. It is a bit more expensive but in my opinion it is worth every penny!

Massage Awesome..extended to 90 minutes.

I had a 60 minute massage and 30 minute reflexology with Michelle. It is so nice to have a relief from pain. She is truly amazing.

Got my hair done for balayage and showed my stylist a picture of what i wanted and asked her if it were possible..i walk out with what looks like out grown highlights that dont blend at all. There is a night and day line in all the places she did my hair, probably a reason why this stylist didnt take a picture of the hair after🤦‍♀️ like i have at many other places in the past.

I had my hair and makeup done this morning for some professional headshots and my girls did not disappoint! Desaray and Ava are world class. Furthermore, the salon is impeccably clean. Highly recommend!

I have gone to Michelle for years and she is excellent. Having tried other stylists from time to time here and in Nashville, I always go back. The salon is nice, everyone is friendly, and occasionally I try other services. However, for the best color and cut anywhere, I recommend Michelle. Patti is also very talented, but quite slow.As an added bonus, the boutique in Prodigy has fun items if you are looking for a gift or a cute accessory for yourself.

I love Lyndons! I have been coming here off and on for many years, the owner used to cut my hair when i was in middle school, when it was just a 2 story house back then. Michelle has been cutting and coloring my hair for just over 14 years, she is excellent and I even continued to travel to her even when I lived an hour away.

Michelle has been cutting and highlighting my hair for about ten years. She has always done a fabulous job. I have tried other stylists due to other reasons and always end up going back to her. Although the service is pricey, it is definitely worth paying the extra money for the job to be done right. Michelle is great!

Alyssa has been my stylist for over a year and whether I’ve gotten a cut, color, or both, she’s knocked it out of the park and I leave each appointment feeling amazing! Ive only had 2 people cut my hair at Lyndons. That is Wayne and Danny. Sorry Wayne, but Danny WAS my favorite. We really need him back in Clarksville!!!! Either way, no matter what I wanted, I got it! The atmosphere is great! It always smells wonderful in there! Everyone Ive ever encountered was more than pleasant! I had come in for a style and told them exactly what I wanted. He was in my hair like he just didnt care .So when I got to the register to checkout they ask how everything was . I informed them I was very dissatisfied and also the stylist never said anything to me. Was quite the whole time. (Brian). So kelly called and told me to come back in and they would make things right. So I got this girl that was loud and was talking down to me. She was nice and then she was rude and then had me turned away from the mirror the entire time and sprayed so much hairspray I was gagging and she said Im so sorry, she knew what she was doing. And I told her I wanted my hair flat ironed she did use her flat iron. It she curled the ends. She said at the end here it is .. this is what I did and have for u and if u do t like Im sorry and told me to go to the women I went to last. Long story short I left there and went to another salon for them to fix what she made me look like. It was awful I will never go there ever again.. and oh one more thing Brian was staring the whole time . They new they were going to give me a bad visit . And they accomplished that. When u can do better than a senior stylist . Thats pretty bad Morgan at the front counter was extremely nice. Thank u Morgan for your warm welcome in and out of the salon

Extremely overpriced for the quality of service I received. Floors were filthy and products used were very cheap. Towels stained and dirty looking, broken and wobbly massage chairs. I legit just paid $70 to have someone put nail polish on my nails. I could’ve done that at home. The “extended massage” package is really just someone putting lotion on for you. I think this might have been the worst mani pedi I have ever gotten. Cancelled my hair appointment and body massage appointment cause I’m not going to Continue to over pay for services that poor. When checking out the lady behind the cashier was texting which bothers me in a work place in general.

My absolute favorite Day Spa. I go here as often as I can and I love the team they have. I thought massages were out of my price range until I ran across their website. Absolutely love Cassi! She has worked wonders on my hair; from brunette to blonde and bangs! I even referred my mom to her and she did just as well with my mom. The hairdressers are very knowledgeable. The esthetician does a amazing job. Problem is with management n policies. I was quoted one price n then told another. They did correct that error. Very pricey. They always seem to get my appt. Mixed up n why? Dont know. They called me 24 hours in advance and to change it twice.

Love this salon!!! Every time I go in I get the best treatment, whether it’s getting my nails done, getting a massage, or a fresh cut (ask for Alyssa she always does mine just how I like it!), or waxing my eyebrows it’s never a disappointment!

I have never had even a mediocre experience at Lyndons. Wayne Watts, the owner, has been styling and coloring my hair for over 10 years. He is a perfectionist when it comes to the chemistry of the color process. I have both highlights and lowlights on my hair and it always looks fabulous. As a stylist, he always comes through on keeping my look current and age appropriate. So, when I read the poisonous review written in feedback submitted previously, I was shocked. I have never read such blatant (what I believe are) untruths. I hope that customer finds what she is looking for elsewhere.

Just terrible. I came to this salon based on positive reviews, but I was truly confounded as to why these clients are so happy with it. My appointment was the first of the day, and yet there was hair all over the place; on the windowsills, the chairs, everywhere. My appointment was with the owner because I assumed this would ensure the best results, however I was surprised as Ive never seen an owner who still worked a chair. Typically, running a business should require too much attention. Despite having met before, he didnt remember me at all, and I had the distinct feeling that he wasnt listening to me either time. He wouldnt make eye contact, asking me the same questions multiple times, I received no sensory rituals which are advertised with their information on the official Aveda page (and if you like Aveda salons you know that its a huge disappointment when theyre left out), during my blow dry I felt as though my head was a basket ball being knocked around, and to top it all off, Id asked for a light brown color (provided multiple photo examples), and was left with utterly black hair. It cost me $200 without a cut. And when I got home, I saw that there were patches hed missed. Like, odd patches that made it look as though Id done it myself. Im not one to gripe, and really, it doesnt look so bad if you ignore the small patches, but for the price I might as well have done it myself. Please do not waste your money or subject your hair and head to this poor treatment.

Was not happy when I left this place. Staff was very friendly, but my hair did NOT look anything like I showed her I wanted. The colors I showed her was a darker brown and blonde blended together. I left there with a copper reddish brown color on top and blonde ends fading into each other. Will not be going back there!

I was given a gift card in October for my 30th birthday.I booked a massage for 45 min. the massage was fabulous but when I attempted to use my Gift Card she told me that it was expired. This was only 6 months later. that I was attempting to use this card. She told me that it had been purchased more than a year ago and there for my card was expired.. On the back of the gift card it clearly stated that there would be a 1.00 finance charge per month for every month that the card went unused.. so clearly the card would still have some value right ??? .. Not according to them any card over 1 year old was considered expired .... funny how that works and there was no expiration date on the card.. This was my first and last trip to this salon.... very disappointed and dissatisfied .. Spend you money somewhere else !!!!!! sincerely ..... Kristy Lehman !!!!!

I have been going to this Salon off and on (whenever the military brings be back to Clarksville) for 9 years now. I love how welcoming they always are. The employees are held to a high standard and are trained on the latest and greatest. I am never disappointed.Since I have moved back to the area I have been seeing Alyssa. She is absolutely amazing. She is truly an artist! Her coloring techniques are superb. She is a great listener and takes your vision and puts her professional touch on it. Whenever I go to her with what seems like a crazy request, she makes it happen and exceeds my expectations every time. I am so grateful to have such a talented woman taking care of my hair. I am going to cry whenever I have to move away and find someone else to maintain my color.I recommend Lyndons and now Alyssa to everyone I meet.P.S. all yall looking to go blonde or maintain your blonde...this is your place. What a beautiful salon! I came from New York and had been nervous to mess with my baylayge but i wanted it refreshed. I searched online amd instagram and found Lyndons. They had amazing pictures of beautiful blonde baylayge. Every picture that had such beautiful work on balayage was from the stylist Lindsey Parker. I made an appointment with Lindsey who is a master stylist. She was super easy to talk to and so fun! She did an amazing job on my hair. I am so happy I found Lindsey. I got an amazing hand massage while my hair was shampooed as well! So relaxing. They have a ton of services avaliable. Super happy with Lyndons. I highly recommend Lindsey Parker!

Kendyl is AMAZING!!!! I have been going to her since I moved to Clarksville in 2012 and I always walk out feeling great about my hair. Highlights, lowlights, bangs, long layers, blowouts, and even formal styles. She is the best! I only wish I could have taken her with me when I moved.

Best massage I’ve ever gotten

Horrible customer service! I recently stopped in their new location off of Tiny Town and Trenton Rd, next to the movie theater. I had never been to Lydons and saw it was a boutique, so I wanted to give it a look. When my sister and I walked in, neither of the two girls working acknowledged us. As I was browsing, I noticed out of the corner of my eye that the women were watching us closely, I assume they were making sure we werent going to steal. I dont blame them for watching us, but to do that and not greet us or ask us for help is a little pathetic. I went to the counter to check out and one of the girls said so softly that I could barely hear her, is this it? She checked me out, didnt say anything else except, please sign on the line, thanks. Due to the lack of customer service, this was my first and last purchase with Lydons.

Do not go here, they will tell you they can achieve what you requested (not even that crazy of a request) but when they can’t and you ask to have it corrected they are very rude and it’s just really not worth the money to be treated like the scum of the earth like they will treat you when there are other salons in town that are better.

I have never paid so much in my life I am very scared I have been in other beauty salon and never been as expensive as here the staff are very friendly but they charge too much I would not go again they charged me $ 225 and my hair is short above the neck and thin Im scared
