It was a wonderful experience. Jimmy i believe was his name at the desk was very knowledgeable and kind!! Fast and easy.

When I talked to the person at this location on the phone he was very nice and very helpful, but when we went to make a reservation because our previous reservation in Madison Tennessee had been canceled out from under us at the last minute, the price got hiked up $400 from her original reservation. I called the corporate customer service line and they said they have no control over what individual budget truck dealers charge. Our original reservation for 12 foot truck was $586. This guy had us up to over 900.00!!!! for the same truck to the same one my location! Very disappointing!! I’ll take it from reading the other reviews that this is not the only time that people have been put off by their extremely overpriced rentals! Money talks I guess?!?. This was the only 12 foot box truck within 60 miles of us, and I guess he knew that. Smelled our desperation. Or maybe he just always charges $400 more than everyone else… We ended up going with U-Haul Which was still more expensive than our original reservation with budget, but I wouldn’t give this guy a dime of my daughters money. She’s just a young professional trying to move to her first job!Ugh!!! Budget sucks!

We stopped here on our drive across the country today and we had the best service. Our budget car towing piece was giving us some issues and they quickly helped us and made sure we were set up to succeed. Thank you!

After returning my truck a few hours late, I had called to confirm charges for returning a moving truck less than a day late. I was told there would be an $85 charge and to make sure the tank was full. After making sure the truck was clean and full of diesel fuel I returned it to this establishment. In the following day I found that I was charged $196! Maxxed out accused me of bring the truck back with a less than full tank of fuel and charged me for equipment I had never recieved. I ended up having to call corporate to get my money back. It seems to me that this place is just out to take people money!

Good prices great customer service

Horrible employee. I rented a truck for about a half of a day. Upon returning the truck I filled the tank up with gas. The next day I was charged $35 dollars more than what I was supposed to because of refueling fees. Even though I had visual proof that the tank was on full when I returned it the employee, James, refused to give me a refund, after he kept telling me that the tank wasnt full. I ended up getting my money back through contacting corporate. I wouldnt waste my money here.

The only place Ill use when I move. The hours could be better but they do have a after hours drop box.

This place is a dump, and just like the person stated below they try to steal more money then what you suppose to pay... I will never use this place again, because ive had to call Corporate on them as well, so these low-lifes wouldnt charge me extra because of me being late on bringing there dirty suv back, which they had me late for my trip, bringing it to me i waited 3hrs on the suv and they tried to charge me another rental day for being late those extra 3hrs late, smdh thank God i called corporate on them.. budget on fort campbell get it together or stop renting out because you stealing money makes customers dont want rent from you and gets you bad reviews.. Which is bad for business low-lifes
