I just had a car towed by Mr. Joe. He was so kind and talked with my son and gave him a high five. Before he drove off, he beeped the horn a few times and my son just waved and thought it was so awesome. Thank you, Mr. Joe!

Called at 8:30 for a tow. Expected wait time was 35 mins. 5 hours later no tow, and a promise to see one asap. Another 90 mins later... No tow. No calls....I originally chose them for location and good reviews.
