Tandem Axle Truck barely stuck from coming out of a road at Lake Barkley State Park. The truck did not have enough room to turn at the bottom of the road and was forced to back out which lost traction at the peak of the hill. Tried to get truck out with a pick up but still spun the tires. Called Jones Brothers. They gave us a price of $400. per hour form the time they left their shop. Unknown to us was the fact that they sent a Garage person, not a experienced operator, to pull us out. Instead the inexperienced person didnt pull the truck straight but to the side pulling the truck and lifting the truck causing it to teeder. The driver was scared because now the truck is leaning and pulling the wrong direction. Jones Brothers then sent the second truck with a qualified operator that was a couple of hours latter and then called in and was asked did they need both trucks. To cover their incompetence YES was there answer. Now they had to pull the truck straight and did retrieve but then the bad news. In order to cover there mistake of the first drivers time they doubled up on the charges for a tow bill of $2600.00. For what should have been a 600 to 800 dollar agreed on charge. Jones Brothers dropped to $2000 but you cant justify what they did for these charges. Sickening they way people take advantage of out of town people in need . The most that I could justify in any way would be 3 hours at there $400 rate. The first truck should have been eaten and chalked up to BAD Decision. Talk about HIGHWAY ROBBERY with out a gun. Good thing they dont have a minus star ratting THEY SURE DESERVE IT FOR THIS FIASCO

Nathan was very professional and courteous. He called to make me aware he was 15min away. He pulled, hooked the car up and accepted my payment. He dropped the car at the lister address and sent me the invoice as promised.. I’m really impressed! I will definitely use again and refer this company again!

I am so grateful to Jones Bros. towing, I had called 3 other tow companies and noone would help me move my husbands classic. Their service is professional from the start, the young lady that took my call could probably hear the distress in my voice and they worked with me to get my car moved. Moving a classic with 2 flat tires and a dead battery was an issue for the other tow companies, but these guys came out, jacked up the car to allow air to flow into the tires, put it in neutral, pushed it a little and pulled it up on the flatbed. I wont ever use another towing service, they will always get my business. They truly went ABOVE and beyond. Thank you so very much!

Had a tire blow out on me so you know I’m not in the best of mood. The young man (forgot to get his name) was very professional. My car sits a little low to the ground so you know the pucker factor was astronomical, not one scratch or scrape. He got her loaded on and off with ZERO incidents. I pray I don’t need them anytime soon but I damn sure will call them first if I do.

I waited to get my trucked towed on 24. Called one place waited 2 hours. They never came. Called another place and the guy kept saying the driver would be there in less than an hour then after that it was 30 mins. That lasted 3 hours. I called Jones and the guy was there exactly when the dispatcher said he would be. He was professional and kind. They were more expensive than the others but they came and were there in about 20 mins and the guy said it’d be 30-45.

They charged 250$ for towing my bike maybe 10 miles to their lot and it was towed at 2 am and its 12 pm same day so 2 in the morning to 12 in the afternoon is worth 250 you guys are worth less than whats on the bottom of my shoe

First off, these guys are significantly underappreciated and deserve a medal, when they do all they can to help as much as they can, and have to deal with more frustration and life/death situations that is not their fault than almost anyone.We had an awesome experience with them.Our car broke down in the middle of the february 2021 ice/snow storm. We were freezing in a parking lot, no where to go, and fortunately got in contact by chance with Jonas Brothers. They were there within 10 minutes close to on time, and with tow companies, this is not a normal experience in any way in our past towing experiences.Exemplary family company.Respect and be respected and ALWAYS be grateful for these guys. We are all in this together and they are there to help. First time getting my car towed because it broke down. Gentlemen was nice and came to where my car was really fast!!

They cost way too much it cost me 150$ to get my broke down car back. When it was only parked for a few hours. Dont go here unless u want to pay a arm and a leg for bad service.

Extremely expensive- My 80 year old mother had to have a wrecker service on her property and we called Jones. The driver who came out ended up getting stuck in the mud. My husband helped him get out and he got stuck again. He ended up being here for 5 hours. They ended up charging my mom 2385.00 for the tow bill. (And no, that is not a typo) If you are going to expect people to pay 450.00 per hour, you should at least let them know that up front. After this was over I called several other wrecker services in Clarksville and they all agreed that she was extremely overcharged for the service, depsite the circumstances. I was also told by several other company owners that if a driver gets stuck it is because he made a mistake and misjudged where he should be driving. My husband and I appealed to him to consider refunding some of her money but he flat out refused. It is a shame that someone would take two monthly social security checks from an elderly lady for one job. Buyer beware.

Great over the phone and in person customer service! Mr. Duke was very prompt on arriving, and before he started he made sure I was aware of the fee using a card as my form of payment. He took the time to make sure he got all the information he needed before loading my car, and informed me about potentially being able to go through my insurance for payment(I dont have full coverage). He made sure that where he was going to take the vehicle was aware that it was being dropped off. I would definitely recommend using Jones Brothers Towing and Trucking!

After blowing a tire on our trailer Jones Bros towing, Raleigh, arrived to load trailer on a flatbed to take to tire store. Since it was after 7:00, all local tire stores were closed. Nick, one of the brothers went to Tractor supply, bought a replacement tire and the whole crew, removed the blown tire, mounted the new one, and got us back on the road! This is the hardest place to get your vehicle released from. I called and released mine on Monday and had to do it again on Friday. I they tried to tell me I didnt release it on Monday.

Told the company to be here before 1:30 but Tow truck got here 4hrs early & I had to run some errands the whole day so I liked how they call beforehand, which was very professional and was able to get my car up quickly and take it to the shop🤙🏼Also, at such an affordable price!I will definitely be booking through Jones bro from here on out‼️

I got rear ended on I 24. This company picked up my side by side and trailer. When we went to pick up the side by side and trailer they tried to tell us we couldnt take pictures. They also stated they charged us extra because I went in and took pictures of my stuff for my court case. Also had to fight them to proof the stuff was my stuff and take it home. Very unprofessional and expensive.***UPDATE***The accusations you accuse me of are preposterous. There are two sides to every story and the truth usually lies somewhere in the middle. For the record, I never made any rude comments. Even after the man threaten to lock me in the gate. All I said was okay. I am not scared of yall locking me in on your property. Whats the worst that could happen? I was unfamiliar that you had to sign in to take pictures of your property. When the man told me about the policy. I said okay, but I was done. I already took the pictures so I left. My child wasnt even with me the first time I came through. Then I had to go get her at daycare because it was getting late. She was in her car seat the entire time. I never drove recklessly. When the man I was with started using profanity I took my child with me and I left. I can only be responsible for my actions.

Awesome company. My truck was messed up by a dealership on a simple repair they called this company to tow my truck home. The driver Clay was amazing great driver. Hooked the truck up right with no issues took me home was very friendly. Backed his truck into my narrow driveway on the first try no issues at all was very impressed. If you ever need a tow truck I highly recommend them.

Today I needed a towing service to move a classic car, after reading great reviews for Jones Bros Towing I called for a wrecker. The flat bed arrived very quickly where I had he pleasure of meeting Dennis. Let me tell you this man can drive. Dennis is kind and courteous, very professional. He picked up my car and delivered it to a storage unit where he backed it right into the unit with zero problems. I would highly recommend Jones Bros Towing any day and Dennis is the driver I will request next time although I am sure they are all as professional as Dennis. Thank you Dennis.

I slid off the road into a ditch yesterday during the small snow episode. It was difficult for me to get any wrecker service to come and help me get my car out. ( because of my location) Jones Bros responded and was there at a decent time. It took three hours to get my car out, because my car was in a BAD situation. This wasnt just your normal ditch. Randy got my car out without any damage at all. He was very professional and caring. I recommend everyone call Jones Bros for your roadside needs. If you are lucky enough to have Randy come out for you, you and your car will be in great hands!

I have to honestly say that this Towing Company(Jones Bros) has BY FAR exceeded in their services better then any others here in Clarksville 😁 Luckily, I havent had to use a tow service personally, but I have had to use Jones Bros on SEVERAL occasions with a company I used to work for. It was for a 16 Box Truck (which by the way, there were only 2 Tow services, including Jones, when I needed them that even had the capability to tow this size...hopefully that has changed from about 7 months ago) that needed towed twice; once being not far from Nashville, and the other just inside Springfield...Not only did the driver show up way before the ETA given to me, but he was VERY FRIENDLY, VERY COURTEOUS, and VERY INFORMATIVE to me and my driver, and with what his job was. The staff I talked to that made the arrangements was EVERY BIT the same! They explained everything I needed to know, what to expect and how to follow up the next time. I WILL ONLY recommend Jones Bros to anyone I come across that needs this service. Keep up the awesome work!!!

Not only were they quick but the driver was as nice as he was knowledgeable and professional. Definitely not what I was expecting as the stereotypical tow truck driver. I fully recommend.

I have had the pleasure of using Jones Brothers twice now. The first time I was stuck on the side of the road, called and ten minutes later there they were picking up my car. The second time I called them and they beat me to pick up my car. I will always use them from now on. Both technicians were very pleasant and helpful. Jones Brothers came to our rescue not one, but two consecutive days. On our first trip out in our motorhome, we were stranded on I-24 near Hopkinsville. After calling one mechanic who walked around and “looked” at the motorhome, then said he couldn’t find what was wrong but could charge us $285, we called Jones Brothers. Two drivers promptly arrived, helped us unload the car from the car dolly, loaded the RV, and delivered it to a repair shop that we requested. The drivers were professional, courteous, efficient, and concerned for our safety on the side of the interstate.Little did we know that we would find ourselves in the same position 24 hours later, broken down on I-24 again. Once again, Jones Brothers came to our rescue with the same degree of professionalism and kindness. They went to extreme measures to accommodate us, comfort us, and get us back on the road. Never have we had a public business and EVERYONE in the business, be so personal, yet professional and caring. We recommend Jones Brothers to anyone who ever needs towing services.
