Elite septic is a great company, very impressed with their professionalism! I wanted to replace a septic pump out of concern it would go out and cause damages. They showed up early for their appointment and fixed my alarm. Checked my pump and determined it was functioning properly. The service tech educated me on the process and saved me $1,200. They didn’t even charge me for coming out. I highly recommend this company! I have used other companies in the past and had bad experiences. If your looking for professional work go with them. I called 4 companies, all said tomorrow at the earliestWe couldnt flush, bathe or wash our hands...Austin called back from Elitte, telling me he could check out my issue in an hour.They conducted themselves like pros!Austin knew exactly what the problem was, and fixed it!Hire these folks.

We had just bought our house and had no idea it had septic the seller said it wasnt but we found out the hard way, So we contacted Elitte and they came out right away. Brandon was very nice and took the time to explain all the issues we have and we really appreciate a job well done.

I recommended this company to a client. They came out to inspect and pump a septic tank. 2 hours pass and tank wasn’t found even after having the map. Another company came out and found the tank no problem in 10 min. Clients were not satisfied and still charged $125 for a “service fee”. Basically was told not their problem and wouldn’t make it right by the customer. Would not recommend again.

This company is absolutely terrible. I paid them to come out and pump my septic tank which I had already dug up. They showed up and said oh we have to cut a lid in there to get access cause we can not lift the slab. So I said okay I will pay you guys to do that how fast can you get it done. They told me it would have to be the next day and charged me 125 service fee on top of the cost to come out the next day and do the work. The owner was very rude on the phone and did not care about anything. She would rather collect the 125 and not do any work then get paid the 600 to do the actual work the next day. Take your business to one of the other companys in town that actually cares about customer service.

I’ve used Elitte for years. They are fantastic. They treat me like a friend they truly care about. They always come out the same day any time I have an issue or concern. They helped me manage and nurse an old system for several years until I could afford to install a much-needed new one. They installed a brilliant new system and were very competitively priced. They have taken such good care of my needs and are 100% reliable. I’ve recommended them to friends and neighbors who have also been impressed and satisfied.

Had both of my toilets backed up yesterday, so I called around to find someone quickly who could take care of this emergency like I need this fixed right now! Elite septic are exceptional, very professional, helpful and courteous! Austin from customer service took my initial call, called me back within 20 minutes to squeeze me in and they came and took care of my septic tank within the hour.! They are very helpful and nice and answered some questions and concerns I had about our septic tank. I was not only relieved to get it done so fast, since other companies where going to make me wait til Monday or Tuesday due to snowy weather there was a wait. Also the rate for cleaning my septic tank was very reasonable. I highly recommend them and appreciate their service! Will be using them from now on. They are upfront with you concerning the cost, so I really don’t understand why there was a negative comment made. Great service!!

Outstanding service!!!! These people go out of their way to get the job done. I was told by another company that they needed special equipment to find my tank since the home is older, yet Mr Drew did not give up and found it without any special tools. You have my business from here on. 👍🏽

Learn your lessons the hard way. If they come out to your property and cant do the work, you get hammered with a $125 charge that DOESNT apply to the work they would do. My understanding was that if they had to dig deeper than 2 ft, there would be an extra charge, and I had no problem with that. But I was NOT expecting them to show up and be unprepared to do the work but STILL charge me. They are VERY misleading. Lessons learned and I will NEVER use this company again. Make sure you know what you need before you call a septic company. This is BS!
