1222 Ashridge Dr. (Townhouse)3 stars because rent is affordable and Customer service was always positive. No complaints there. They have a lenient pet policy from what the lease says, which is hard to find. My issue is that they dont provide blinds or a shower curtain rod with their unit (they are upfront about this). The grounds are poorly kept, with the exception of the grass. There was ALWAYS abandoned trash on the property as well as shopping carts that are never removed. Abandoned furniture as well. Sometimes the trash would be so bad that I would pick it up myself (Im not exaggerating). I called about the abandoned shopping carts and they said that they couldnt do anything about it. Also, dog feces in the driveway, often.Their move-out policy is the worst that Ive experienced as a renter. You will be required to have the carpets professionally cleaned and the unit professionally cleaned upon move-out, which was very new to me (Im not from TN, so maybe thats normal IDK). I lived in their rental property for two years. And though the rent is seemingly affordable, their policies are inconvenient, just a heads up.Honestly, theres no room for error. I understand that as a renter, you are a required to take care of the property, and I did just that.There is no normal wear and tear policy, as Ive experienced with most rental companies. If you live there, there will be some signs of that. I left that property in exceptional condition and very clean. There were no damages (no holes, no puncture marks) to the walls, floors or appliances. But normal wear/tear scuff marks on the walls that need to be painted over are an $85 charge, per mark. They do not give the units a new paint job before a new tenant moves in(only painting over marks), also new to me. The paint is very cheap and easy to peel, and even if you tried to clean the walls, the paint rubs off. This leaves you susceptible to being charged; so there goes your deposit. But again, you get what you pay for. Im just here to give a heads up. Also, the unit is poorly insulated, so what youre saving in rent, youll pay in electricity. Good luck.

Very professional and was very responsive. I asked numerous questions after 6p.m.. Never waited more then 30 mins for an answer. I had emails and text keeping me informed of what was going on with our purchase. Worked with me and wife on what we wanted in a house and not what they had as a listing. Truly felt like we was put first as customers. Very polite and knowledgeable while having a down to Earth attitude.

I woke up this morning to find out someone I’ve enjoyed working with was let go based off of a personal vendetta of two higher ups. It’s sad that this is the world we live in now. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

3406 minor drive Clarksville Tennessee was an address that we were going to rent the summer of 2019 . Luckily after a good thorough walk-through, and noticing how Deep down disgusting it was, I got to really looking around and noticed a few roach pads FULL of roaches, under the sinks . Long story short, we got our deposit back after a long couple of days of threatening with a lawyer . We’re very lucky we didn’t move our things in after a 12 hr drive down here . Come to find out, the tenants prior to moving in had this place sprayed for roaches several times for over a year . After Corey real estate was aware of this, they STILL put it up for rent right away and it was rented two weeks later !!! From what I’ve been told, this place is STILL having bug problems !!! Come on Corey real estate, let’s make sure this home is remodeled and cleaned out before moving the next victims in .

There was a hiccup initially in the beginning of my familys application process (on their end, NO FAULT of the company, one individual realtor), after following up, Ms. Ronnica quickly processed our application and everything was smooth sailing from there. I ALWAYS hear back within the day about any issues or questions that I have. The property that I am renting now was so amazingly cleaned, freshly painted, and well taken care of. We have been renting through Cory Real Estate for 2 years now. We have not had any problems with them so far. Only have had one real emergency maintenance needed with our heat. Chris with the emergency maintenance department is FANTASTIC. He went over and beyond to make sure the work was handled and kept me informed the entire time.EDITED UPON MOVE OUT:After renting for Cory Real Estate for the past 3-4 years, I would NOT recommend them for future tenants or home owners. They do not do well checks on the property as they should (that are stated in their contract with home owners). We lived in the same home for 3-4 years and only 1 check was done 6 months after we moved in. Upon moving out I can say they swindle you out of every penny of your deposit as their move out process is not written and provided to tenants. They tell incorrect information to tenants and then charge anyways. For example, I called before our move out date and asked if we needed to paint or if we would be charged for this after move out. I was told that painting is done routinely after move out and we would not be charged for that. Low and behold, I get the break down of our deposit refund and they charged $300 for painting! With the high turn over rate of employees they have, processes should be written down to ensure tenants are told proper information.

Only giving one star because I had to choose something. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Absolutely awful customer service. They never answer the front desk phone. We had nothing but problems with them the whole year we were in our lease. Just lousy. Find another house by another real estate company. Trust me.

I chose this company because they have beautiful properties and great reviews, but my experience was different than others and maybe that’s because I was trying to rent.Together my boyfriend and I qualified for well over the income requirements for a rental property. We were essentially declined because we aren’t married, that is the ONLY time they will combine your income. When questioned they said that they don’t wish financial hardship on anyone if the relationship does not work out, which sounds nice, but the company takes that risk with married couples too, just look at the divorce rate. This policy makes no sense.Currently it does NOT state on the website that they only combine income if you’re married. Needless to say, it is a little deceitful and frustrating because we are now out $70 for the non-refundable application fee, when we wouldn’t have applied at all if this was stated in the website.

2021 update - Shelby has outdone herself! In this crazy market she helped us get our dream home in 5 days! She worked around our crazy schedule and made it look easy. We couldnt thank her enough except to refer (now) our whole family to her. She is wonderful to work with and the support staff was incredibly helpful. The Cory Team continues to manage the investment property in a professional and friendly way. Two years and we havent hit a bump yet. I have and will continue to refer them to anyone looking for real estate services in the Clarksville area. EDIT: November 2020: I used Cory Real Estate to sell the same home i bought back in 2018. I sold my home while mobilized through the military from over 1000 miles away. Rebekah, Rachel, and Shannon were awesome. So the break down of what happened. I got an offer within the first week. They had requested some repairs after the inspection. Rachel, out of the kindness of her heart, went out there to ensure that the repairs had been done since Im so far away and couldnt. The buyers ended up falling through due to financing last minute and requested to rent for 3 months while they got their financing together, which I agreed to. Rebekah worked with me through all of that without any regard to her extra work and the delay of the sale. They ended up completely falling through before the day of the rental and my house was back on the market that day. I had multiple offers within a week and got a did a multiple offer disclosure. I ended up with a GREAT offer. The entire process was significantly less stressful because any repairs or cleaning I had to have done was completely scheduled and set up them. I didnt have to do anything but sign paperwork. They always let me know the quote for the repairs and cleaning and kept me informed the ENTIRE time. I cant recommend them enough. Easy to work with. So nice.April 2018: It was so easy working with Cory Real Estate. They took care of everything for me! I didnt know who I was going to use as a lender as I had multiple picked out and they worked with me through every change I made. They made everything Super stress free! Thanks Cory Real estate.

This company was completely shady. They approved my application and set up a viewing for the next day. The day of my viewing they called me and said someone else was approved and was requesting a lease on the property sight unseen, so they sent them the lease instead. Why would you approve more than one person at a time?! Shady and would not recommend.

As a first time renter, we are currently loving our beautiful rental home in Clarksville. Cory Real Estates team is great to deal with. Must give high praise to Ashley Chester for making our move in experience flawless. They have a customer portal on their website to pay rent and report maintenance issues. No more writing rent checks or calling in work orders to the office. Just sign onto to their user friendly website. The maintenance response time has been remarkable fast and completed quickly. As you can tell, I am very satisfied and would highly recommend their services. My only complaint is having to pay an application fee just to schedule a viewing of one of their homes. I went through their process and we loved the home and our story was a success. But, if we viewed the home and didnt like the home, I would have hated to pay that required application fee just to view the home. Again, I cant say enough about their team, everyone has been so professional and kind to deal. Thanks again, Ashley Chester!

Cory Real Estate makes selling a home a painless experience. From the initial visit to listing to coordinating for photos, repairs, and inspections, the team is great! Amanda was extremely helpful, and answered any questions I had promptly and with complete information. When my home was listed, I was skeptical it would sell for asking price and thought it would take awhile; however, Amanda had me three offers within 20 hours of listing and I was able to sell my home for full asking price on short notice. I started by searching for homes in the Clarksville area. After several google searches and many sites that gave me partially what I wanted and were somewhat easy to navigate I found the Mr. Clarksville website. I saved a search there and received daily updates with my search criteria. After finding a few homes I contacted Amanda and she was very quick to offer showings and offer any and all the help she could to us. She went above and beyond with her help, and her knowledge of the area and schools was superior. Justin helped along the way with suggestions for mortgage companies, I tried searching on my own but in the end the preferred lender came through with an offer that The Godfather himself couldnt refuse. Likewise when it came down to home owners insurance, I did my own searching and the preferred insurance broker came through with a quote that made me cry with joy. I was kept informed of all closing disclosures and being able to sign online and from my phone while at work really was convenient. This is THE company to use when moving to TN. I was pleased with everything and Amanda made everything smooth and simple, she took care of and is still taking care of things as if it was her home. I have worked with nearly every real estate agency in the Clarksville area for my rental property. Each of them ensed with poor service. Then Ive worked with several to sell my home. Hands down, this team is the best in the area. They communicate consistently about the process, they are timely - getting paperwork, repairs, services rendered very quickly. They are professional and courteous. They understand the stresses of selling a home, the expenses, and do what they can to limit out of pocket costs. Every repair was met with their recommendation. The Mr. Clarksville Team was incredibly helpful when trying to figure out what steps to take and how to start the home buying process. Justin worked many hours alongside us during the journey in building from the ground up, and modifying the home to my needs, as I am a disabled Veteran. Trying to buy land 2 years ago found a piece we loved and ask them to find a builder and find out if a house could be built on it....Well the answer was No ...... Now i see a house built on itWho bought it, who built the house on it, who Lied. Who lied to make Money on it. SAD SAD SAD I EVEN HAD THE OWNER INVOLVEDYUP THE OWNER.

I tried to contact this company and had to use their Contact us link. All that did was put me on an automated nuisance e-mail list and now I keep getting automated e-mails. When I responded to one of them, I was contacted by an admin who could not see my initial question on their required, Contact us site (What a waste of time). I was assured that a realtor would contact me... Its been over a week, all I receive is these automated e-mails that just waste my time. Its a shame, I had high hopes as there were good reviews for this company.Amazingly enough, one hour after I wrote this review, I was contacted via e-mail. I was told that the person was out of country, which is the reason I was not contacted. Be aware, from what I can tell, they have one admin and one realtor in the Clarksville, TN area working.I changed my no response one star to a finally received a response two star.
