The gentleman went above and beyond to get a really gross bird residue spot off our home. This was above our covered back porch on the second story of the the home. Very polite, and professional.

Called to get a quote for pressure washing on July 31st, was asked to text my address to this phone number and they’d do the quote based off satellite imagery online.Never heard back from the number I texted, so I sent them a reminder a text a week later.It’s now August 10th and I haven’t heard back from this company. Great communication first off! So many businesses lack that. Very pleased with the process. Didn’t just come, basic wash, and leave. Took time to spray it down adequately, taking care to cover our garden and rain barrel. Showed me all the spots he wasn’t able to remove, and offered helpful advice on other things he noticed. I was kind of surprised the brick and garage doors weren’t done, but I didn’t specify other than vinyl and I’m not sure if those are materials normally pressure washed anyways. We have a very tall home (3 stories on two sides) and he didn’t have any issues getting it properly cleaned, which is amazing bc we actually tried to do it ourselves and couldn’t get anywhere close to the top!
