BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS !! Billy told me he was the best in town on installing doors and that “he loves to do doors”. I had a custom door built for me by a professional carpenter and Billy completely jacked it up. He destroyed a $2000 door which I will now have to seek out damages in court. He claimed that he did the best he could do but honestly I should have done it my self or paid my 9 year old to do it. He took smoke breaks every 5 minutes, left wood chips all over my house, scratched my dryer up by putting his tools on it, and did damage to my door jam where the striker plate goes.His measurements were subpar. The door knob holes are off by a lot. The knobs won’t cover the hole. The striker plates aren’t installed or recessed properly. He chipped the door and crack it in multiple places. Every little nick and mark is from him. The door hinges look like a beaver got a hold of it.Just completely terrible. When asked for money back for obvious damage, he said no in other words. I will be seeking the damages and more in court.

Wow! I have to say wow! I called and they came same day. Did multiple repairs to my home. Courteous and professional. Left my home better than they found it. I highly recommend them! I will be using them for all my handyman needs!

I called today (a Saturday) and mentioned I needed some drywall help and my exterior brick mold sanded and repainted. I honestly was expecting them to quote me over the phone and come sometime in the next week, however Austin and Pierre was at my home within a couple hours and did a great job! The price was fair and they were efficient with their time. My experience with this company, especially Austin and Pierre, was extremely pleasant. If anyone needs work done quickly at a fair price, give this company a ring and ask for Austin and Pierre. Thank you!

TLDR; Was 3 hours late at first then never showed follow up. So unprofessional. Do not hire. Would not trust.I reached out and set up an appointment with Mr FixIt at about 830 AM and was told it was no issue for someone to be out same day. I detailed the job and he said it’s definitely something they handle and gave a general timeframe of afternoon around 2pm. Well 2pm came and went and I hadn’t heard from anyone, no problem I definitely understand after Memorial Day I know these guys can lose track of time.Well 530 comes and goes and still no word so I reach out just to make sure we weren’t forgotten. He tells me he was right by my house just filling up gas apologizes for the delay I offer to let him reschedule for the morning because it is late and he said he’s on his way he’ll be there in MINUTES. No one was here in minutes. 1 hour later we call and call and call to cancel because we’ve finished dinner and have 3 kids to put to bed no answer and at 7pm Jacob shows up at our house. He profusely apologizes and says he’ll just take a few pictures and be back first thing in the morning.The owner of the company Billy called and apologizes personally later that night, says he’s coming at 10AM, 11AM at the latest and has me text his address (which he responds to) no one showed today.

Very unpleasant and unprofessional. He estimated the paint coverage wrong and then wanted to charge us more to buy more paint than he originally estimated. Didnt complete the job, was rude and belligerent, cussing at us and insulting us.

Showed up late. Quote was much more than said. Dont foresee using them again with overcharging.

Closed on my house and had a few things that needed to be taken care of. Incredibly timely, fair prices and texted me updates while I was at work which was incredibly helpful. Took before and after pictures as well! Will definitely use again in the future.

We had a couple different companies give us a quote to lay tile around our fireplace. This company beat the others prices and did amazing work. I am super pleased with the outcome. We will definitely use them again! Thank you!

Called Billy at 8am on a Friday for a chirping smoke detector in a living area with a cathedral ceiling and he and Pierre had it fixed before 11am. I don’t own a ladder tall enough and candidly wasnt interested in climbing that high even if I did! After losing sleep all night due to the chirping, with two anxious dog added to the stress, I was very grateful for the rapid response time.

We wanted a Waterline put in so we could use the icemaker in the fridge. Jerry came out and took great care of us. Friendly, courteous, just an all around great guy. He left us no mess to clean up and the ice was dropping b4 bedtime. We have a honey do list that well be calling Mr. Fixit to take care of in the near future. Thanks Billy!!

I could not recommend Billy and his team enough! Fast and efficient service! We needed slight repairs done for our home inspection, and he went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of! Communicated with us the entire time about what was happening and provided us with advice that we ended up utilizing. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would!

I called the Mr. Fixit crew to come out and repair and replace some sheetrock areas in my home from water damage..They came out and got on it both repairing the water leak and fixing up the damage ...cost was Excellant and so was their work..I would recommend Billy and his crew to anyone as we plan on using them again in future..Thank you Billy

Needed a few thing done around the house bully came in and work his magic. At the time I needed the yard cut as well and He recommended someone and I got yard and the repairs done the same day.

They came out and fixed two issues that I have been messing with for a bit of time (siding & down spout). I can do the simple stuff, but for repairs and projects, ill pay someone that knows what their doing. Based on that, Mr. Fixit will get my home repair business going forward because I could tell he know what he was doing, as well, he worked fast and was very responsive (came not long after I called).

I called on Monday about a metal gate problem. I spoke to Billy who was both very helpful and friendly. I was able to have my problem fixed by the following day(Tuesday). They were professional, friendly and very responsive to my questions. I hope to use their services for other repairs or projects I may need.

We have a very tall vaulted ceiling. We also have a fire alarm at the top of that ceiling. It was chirping. ANNOYING chirping every 10 seconds. We also just moved into our house and did not know a soul or even who to call. At 4 am, I sent in an email inquiry asking for help from Billy after doing a Google search for handy fellas. Billy got back to me by 8:30 am came right over to remedy the situation. Hes our favorite person on Earth right now. Thank you for improving our nights sleep with your handywork! I needed someone fast that could fix the front door of our house. Billy was prompt and was able to come out and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. I had a jammed front door hurting against the frame and after a quick assessment, it was fixed in less than 10 minutes. They even fixed my rain gutters that were clogged up as well free of charge. Great guys and very professional!

So this guy shows up smelling like alcohol more than once jumps my fence and my neighbor who is a Clarksville police officer catches him and ask him what hes doing..... The work was horrible and we will work the rest out in court. Picture to follow.... He did ask for some money up front....... he stated he did not have enough to buy the stain that he used to butcher my patio.... Not a professional...

This man is a total joke! He claimed he didnt have the money to start my deck and requested money upfront. Stated he needed atleast half. Ive been burned once, so money before job was not happening! He got upset and walked away! Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. He stormed off like a baby when in refused to pay up-frony. Do not hire this man!!!

The owner of this company came to my house to fix an outlet for me but was unable to due to the lack of knowledge and resources. We rescheduled for it to be completed the following day at a specific time which he failed to show up for let alone notify me that he wasn’t going to be able to make it. This happened 2 more times and each time I had to contact him to figure out where he was at. Each time he came up with a different excuse. I DO NOT recommend anyone to hire Mr. Fix it for any job. Absolute horrible customer service.

Called for a simple estimate. Was told he would be by in 30 minutes after a quite pompous and hilariously rude phone conversation. Bet you wouldnt guess he never showed up.

This man came to my house to do an estimate for me. It was mid-morning on an emergency call and this man REEKED of alcohol when he showed up. Very unprofessional and scrubby looking. His crew didnt look any better than him. Not someone I would trust or recommend.
