Ive been using Walmart for oil changes and tire rotation. They have a fantastic price... almost less than I can buy it the to oil and filter at the auto parts store and do it myself. And theyre usually fairly quick.

Call ahead as certain services that were offered just a few months ago are no longer offered. The wait might be long but the prices are pretty low.

I had two new tires put on and it was a great experience. The service tech was very nice and the price was right!.

Had a tire changed and it was fast and Don was a friendly person. Over all a good experience

Fast service..they changed my oil

I lost my wallet here. I purchased a battery on New Years Day in the automotive department and waited in the store while it was installed. Some creep stole my wallet and didnt even have the decency to turn in my identification!

It took less time than they gave me so really fast. Great customer care. Cody is fantastic! He deserves some props for the busy morning he endured.

I ordered tires online and they installed for me at a very reasonable price and recommend to anyone wanting to get tires or an oil change. The only thing is thats youll be waiting a while, even with a scheduled appointment I still had to wait 2 hours for my tires to be installed. Oil changes maybe half as long.

First things first, they sever coffee or have some waiting for you to me I always get a fresh cup. 😁 over all the Walmart cashier are always friendly and kind. Big ups on the highering team. Plus the price are far in my book plus u can go shopping well your car get fixed. But I love it dont take my word go see for yourself.

Its good. Best bet is to get there early especially if you need to be there while waiting on your vehicle. They open at 0700. I recommend getting there when they open.

Looking for tire for trailer first they said they could not take tire off the trailer, went home put trailer on jack stands took wheels back then was told they didnt have a trailer tire that size told them to just put tire on wheel,then was told they could not mount tires on trailer rims,good to see Wal mart can run off business

Most of the employee are really nice in thus auto center but it is so busy all the time and they dont do appointments. It is first come first serve. Usually early in the morning and on Sundays are decent times to go. But be aware of how special your car is before you give it to them meaning if your car has specialty parts or for example needs a specialist to remove your oil cap going here will not be able help you and in some cases might break parts. If you need something simple they are pretty good and their hours are also a plus.

Ramona fixed our tire. She is fantastic! If Wal-Mart could fire about 6 more of her into their auto center, then that would be a fantastic garage. The rest of the crew needs more expansive training on what it means to work with a sense of urgency. They shuffle their feet like a bunch of punished teenagers being sent to their room. Ramona gets it done. They could really learn from her.

Unfortunately I have to give one star to post a review. One time and never again will I go there. First the employee quoted me the wrong tires. As he refused to give his name, I can’t tell you who it was. Second they didn’t have the right size tool to take my tires off. I had to go buy it, and we are not talking about specialty tires. On top of that the size tool he told me to get was the wrong size. Good thing I had O’Reileys double check it. I was there at 7 am. Of course having to go get the tool, when I came back I went to the end of the line. Don’t even want to mention the rudeness of the guy working in the work shop. A simple thing turned into 3 hours and a very unpleasant experience.

We got the there at 1:45 for a 2 pm appointment for tires we didnt leave until almost 4:30 because it took so long. I have never had to wait that long for service. To say the least I am displeased.

Service is first come first serve, but I had no wait to get my car in for a tire replacement. The staff was amazing. I was met with patients, understanding, and smiles. I felt welcome and comfortable and over all had a good time. The total service took a little under an hour. I look forwards to using them again.

Every Walmart auto center seems to have the same issue of not reassigning the air sensors correctly after they mess with the tires.And every Walmart auto center also seems to take at least one hour for an oil change, even if we are the only customer. With our typical wait time being 2 - 3 hours. Due to my disabilities I cant sit around like that, so my wife goes to get this stuff done by herself.Customer service is mostly mediocre, but sometimes we get decent service by someone that actually knows what they are doing and the prices are good enough to come back.A tip is to keep scanning the tag thing they give you because most of the time they will finish your car and update it in the system at least 15 - 30 minutes before they call it on the speaker system.

Did my shopping while having my oil changed. Did it take longer than other oil change places?...yes but the price was worth the wait time and was able to browse areas I dont normally & was able to get a little Christmas shopping out of the way!

Hit or miss on this place. Could get a really great experience with staff who actually care about what your going through or you get people that walk all over you. If my tires weren’t insured here, I’d go somewhere else.

On 7/16/2014 I took my truck in to have the tires looked at. When checking in I was told it would be about 2 hours before it would be ready. I was fine with that. So I walk around the store to do some shopping. At the 2 hour and 45 minute mark (I had a timer going) my truck was not even pulled in the garage yet. It took over 10 minutes to get my keys back just to leave. I left without even having my truck looked at. After making it home I called to speak with the manager. I might as well have been talking to a child. I understand places get busy. All I wanted was to be kept informed as to the status of my truck. The manager basically said there was no way to do that. Once you check in you just have to wait till hell freezes over to get your vehicle back. I would not take my truck back there if all of their services were free.

Always nice...the cashier even knew who I and called me by name when I came back to pay for my oil change and wipers.

Checked in @ 9am to do a simple oil change. Walked around the store and did my complete grocery list. Came back around 10am and my car was not done yet. At 10:30 I asked how much longer it would be they said my car was next in line after 2 that were on the dock, meaning another 30 minutes. Had they told me it would be 2 hours for this simple oil change I would have declined. I got my car and left to the jiffy lube one block away got it done in 15 minutes. Skip this place if you have a life to to live.

Always busy,but they do good at working with you.The mechanics are always busy and do a great job..Comfortable place to sit in waiting area .

Great service and very efficient. Got 2 new front tires and I was in and out. Highly recommend and cant beat the awesome low prices for tires, balance, and old tire disposal.

The manager there at the time turned me away around 430 PM, saying that they are not taking any more vehicles. Thier time closes at 7pm. I was the only car left. There were only 2 cars ahead of me for an oil change. He literally looked at my car, he didnt asked what I needed, and turned to his associate and told him we are not taking anymore customers. So I called, the next Walmart over in Oakgrove, they had the same wait time and got me in. Kudos to Oakgrove Walmart, they ensured customer service to me. If the the employees at Walmart that rejected me wanted to go home early, next time leave a sign that says, we are not taking customers after 430, instead of having the we close at 7pm sign. My apologies for inconveniencing you Walmart.

They dont do a terrible job but the wait is always ridiculous! I got one flat tire brought my car in at 9:13 a.m....@11:54 a.m. Im still sitting here. Im only waiting because Im under warranty and my tire is free. But everytime I come here no matter what I get Im here 3 plus hours. Not worth the wait if you dont have to.

I will not be going back. They started out trying to sell me all this extra stuff. I dont need all that. Im broke already. I want the cheapest tire you have, without all the bells and whistles and add ons. Then when I agreed to an over priced tire they told me they couldnt work on my vehicle because it was missing a lug nut. Thanks for nothing guys. Pretty upset with the service here.

What should have been a simple service was one of the worst experiences Ive ever gone through. I went in for an oil change and shortly after the performed service my vehicle stalled out at 70mph on I-24 with my entirely family on board on our way home for Christmas.After having my vehicle towed to the nearest dealership the technicians discovered that my vehicle had double filled oil and no transmission fluid. This Walmart drained my transmission fluid thinking it was oil, and proceeded to fill my oil to the brim of the reservoir. A mistake that would require a new transmission, a $7,000+ repair.I contacted Walmart and was directed to Paul, their autocare manager, who was quick to tell me its highly unlikely well ever pay out and proceeded to laugh at my situation while other customers were present.Ive since filed a claim with Walmart and after their review from camera footage have successfully won my claim.This experience has been a hard lesson in getting what you pay for. I will never visit another Walmart Auto Center again.

I give this place for a stars the customer service is very nice the place is very clean there is chairs for seating and the price for what you are receiving and superb the only reason I gave it four stars instead of four is because the wait time is extremely long please prepare yourself to wait 2 to 3 hours for oil change at this place

While the costumer service is typically good, no one there can seem to do an oil change with out messing up my car. We now go somewhere else as Walmart has made too many mistakes.

I went to Wal-Mart for an oil change on 07/16/18 and afterwards drove my car back to base. On 07/17/18 I was driving my car and it started making a grinding sound so I pulled over and it was leaking pil. There was no oil in my car at all. A man stopped to help me and said the same thing happened to a family member of his and it destroyed her whole motor. I had to have my car towed back to Wal-Mart. The auto center was closed and I am going tomorrow to have it looked at and to speak to them. This car has never given me any problems. I planned on using it to go home on leave next week and if the motor is ruined I cant go home and drive where I need to be for work. I just looked up other cases od walmart messing up oil changes. DO NOT ever go to Wal-Mart to have your vehicle serviced. Ill find out tomorrow how bad the damage really is and I hope they are able to fix it so we dont have to take any legal actions.

Came hoping to get my oil change done, but instead waited for about 30 minutes and no one helped us. I made eye contact with one of the employees as I pulled in and even while we were waiting. Even the people who came in after us left. Terrible customer service.
