Dropped in while visiting family, had a great experience training and rolling here. The professor was excellent in his teaching and technical in his ability. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend anyone thinking of going here to do so.

We stopped here while on a work trip from out of town. They were extremely welcoming, the instruction was great, and the training was perfect. They seem to have a great community! Strongly suggest stopping by and training here!

What a gem. The instruction is technical and patient, and the culture is built on a growth mindset. Eric is as welcoming and as good of an ambassador for bjj as you can imagine. 10/10 will train here again next time I’m in town. You should, too.

It is an honor to have Eric on our team! If you come in with zero experience they will ease you into the sport. You can go at your own pace. The coaches are very supportive and you can ask them anything. Best of all everyone who goes there has a very family mentality. One of the best BJJ schools Ive been to. They do not push one specific style or for everyone to compete. It is a very come as you are and well see what we can do kind of place.
