I grew up boxing. That being said I took my two God children one time to boxing class at American pride. They are 6 and 8. I was impressed with coach Kennedy. I think him and the rest of the staff do a great job on teaching children and especially teaching the fundamentals. If I lived in Clarksville TN and not on the west coast my children would definitely be in his program. Boxing kept me out of getting in real trouble as a kid and I would of loved to have a team to work with of there caliber.

I signed up myself and my 9 year old 3 weeks ago.My son loves it and the workout he gets is intense. They train in phases which is an awesome incentive for the kids. They all want to get to the next phase. The coaches are great with the kids. They keep a close eye on them, fix their form and make them work!I love it as well. Coaches are great, classes are packed full of people who want to work. I do want to get in the ring,but I also want to lose weight. The class is easily knocking out both goals. Im down 10.5 lbs as of this morning.Facility is always spotless and weights are always racked.

The most positive, highly disciplined, motivational coaches. I come from a lifelong martial arts background and now I am in the military so I knew the vibe I was looking for. No egos. Just hard work. Standards and Discipline. I love how they hold both kids and adults to a high standard. Every workout, whether boxing/personal training/bootcamp, is a killer and I am lucky to have found a place like APB!!

Finally found what I was looking for and may can now expand with the sport.. it is really worth it minus me throwing up

I have been attending this amazing place for the last 4 months and I’ve come to understand much more about myself as well as understanding the world of boxing. I feel rejuvenated every time I go home. But it’s worth every penny I put into it. Love the instructors and the people there. Great atmosphere. That’s facts 👌🏼💯❤️

Amazing staff, its evident that they are all so dedicated to their craft in and out of work. They make me and my kids feel very much at home, especially coming from a latino background ; but clearly make other ethnicities feel comfortable as well from an objective perspective. The monthly dues are unmatched for everything they offer, and the results are undeniable. My kids are more confident, and actually enjoy such a high intensity workout to the point that they are disappointed when they have to miss a class. Furthermore, I can see my body changing and the numbers coming ooff the scale every day. Now Im am actually getting the confidence to get out there in the dating world again. I know I have a long way to go, but with American Pride on my team I think this time I can keep my New Years resolution to lose weight.

Good equipment, rigorous classes, great availability, and a knowledgeable coach. Whats not to love.

Took the free class about 2 hours ago just to see what it would be like. Im not a gym person and I have no motivation. Staff was friendly and outgoing constantly pushing and motivating you. People from all ages and levels are there. They play music so there is no dead weird atmosphere and it helps when your A$$ out half way through the session. Lots of cardio mixed with some bag time. Shoulders were burning and my legs quit working so I bought a membership.

Good Energy & Friendly . They Charge you 98$ don’t teach fundamentals or technique . Really just combinations & good cardio. They will put you on contract & you either have to buy out your contract, show military orders, or show proof that your moving or they will continue charging you 98$

Nothing but love and respect for this gym. Been going for a couple months and the coaches are outstanding, along with great equipment, gear and merch for sale.

Fantastic staff and trainers. My six year old is part of their boxing training program and even after a week I can see vast improvement in her skills and abilities. Clarksville NEEDED this!

Ive recently started my membership & I can say its a great outlet for those who want to release built up tension in a positive way. The staff here is very professional & patient with beginners.
