I have a personal trainer at Crunch who is amazing!! David Owens is the best trainer I have ever had!! He encourages you and if you have trouble doing an exercise he adapts to your comfort zone. He does a warm up and stretches at the end!! My body needs stretching!! He helps you through the whole process!! David is the best!!

Been coming here since they opened. it’s super packed in the evenings to the point that i’ve had to leave and come back later. frustrating, but not that big of a deal. I genuinely don’t think the mirrors around the gym have ever been cleaned and it is beyond disgusting. giant hand prints, spit, etc all next to a sign that says to not use chalk to “keep the facility clean”. ironic. the people at the front desk were HORRIBLE at greeting people but have recently gotten better so there’s already some improvement. just clean your mirrors please.

Gun was awesome snd super accommodating for the fact I was there for work. Very professional, very clean and the equipment was top shelf. Definitely a good spot to train. Stay away from peak hours if you can though.

Great gym! Husband and I love free weights. Only downside is the cleanliness. The amenities are immaculate. However, machines are always dirty.

Crunch Fitness Clarksville is an great facility for bodybuilding, power training, HIIT, and group classes and dont forget tanning and hydro massage.

There’s a girl who works at the front desk named Haley, (red hair/glasses/bangs),who gave my boyfriend a hard time when he was trying to use his guest pass. She was rude to us for a couple weeks and denied our entry to the gym; we had to call Crunch management in California to get the issue sorted out. Not sure what her problem is—all of the other staff members are extremely nice and I love working out here.

I’ve been coming to this crunch fitness gym for months now and it’s very well kept throughout the day. Very friendly. The staff is very helpful and communicate really well. I’ve had no complaints at all. They even stayed open as much as possible during winter and rain storms. They give it their best. Highly recommend to everyone in the Clarksville area to check them out. Special shout out to HALEY, an employee at crunch. She provided all the details, deals, promos to my wife when she signed up.

***DO NOT SIGN UP WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER*** (if you like your money) So I’d like to say that the GM at this Gym was great and handled my double account issue without hesitation today. I can’t say the same regarding the PT manager. I signed up back in January for 3 months of personal training sessions. In March I told them I didn’t want to continue to use that service. My personal trainer stated he spoke to his manager who was in charge of all that and it should’ve been canceled. My personal trainer was allegedly creating and canceling multiple clients in order to receive the credit for them. I spoke to Rob last week and voiced my concern. He told me to come in the following week to sort things out. Rob mentioned calling before I arrived. Well I live an hour away so of course I called. A female answered the phone and told me to come by after 1pm. Not a problem at all so I did. I waited over an hour to speak to Rob. after a long chat He told me the PT sessions were not refundable. After all the evidence I provided him. You would think they would have something in place to ensure customers are not being taken advantage of. Something maybe even like calling customers that have had multiple “cancellations” under that trainer to insure this doesn’t happen. I’m assuming I’m going to have to go higher to resolve this issue. To say my trust is gone for this gym is an understatement. I’ve read through everything and when you tell someone who is law enforcement that PT sessions I never agreed to is non refundable, I have a hard time with that. I’m not the only one who is having this issue. They told me multiple people have been taken advantage of by the same personal trainer. That personal trainer no longer works at Crunch due to this.So if your thinking of doing the PT sessions, I’d think long and hard about that decision.Elisabeth Greene

Crunch Fitness is the best gym I’ve ever been to! I love all of the equipment, the group fitness classes are so fun, and the cleanliness is top notch. And the staff!! Wow! Everyone is always so nice and enthusiastic, you can tell these people love what they do and love to help all of the members. I especially like Laura! I see her cleaning and she never fails to stop and say hello and ask me about my day. All around best gym in Tennessee!

This place is AWESOME. These ones star reviews are obviously a bunch of trolls who have nothing better to do. The Manager here is super awesome and nice and is ALWAYS around making sure everything is clean and orderly. Everyone has a great attitude, the gym is always clean, the trainers are professional and cool. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

From the 1st moment I walked in I truly felt like family. Although I spent 2 weeks as a guest of a member, in that 2 weeks Ive never felt more at home with a gym in my life. In the past Ive tried other gyms and I always just felt like a number. Here at Crunch Fitness its like the staff care about the people that come in. They are very informative and very helpful when it comes to questions being answered and I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a gym home.

I love this gym! Their childcare hours are convenient and whenever we walk in the workers greet my girls by name. The atmosphere is welcoming, and Ive even had personal trainers I dont work with compliment me for showing up everyday which definitely helped with motivation. Crunch fitness promotes a great atmosphere, but the communication is extremely poor. I had two aspects of communication. One aspect was signing up to be employed. I was contacted for an interview. I was hired in and followed up by an employee who was my supposedly team lead. He contacted me and gave me a link to Groupon and then told me my training days. When I arrived for training, I was told that the training sessions ended and that I would be contacted to let me know when I can start training. I never was contacted. I reached out to Adam, and he never responded to me. The second aspect is dealing with the gym membership. Because of the poor communication with the hiring process, I was totally turned off of being a member at crunch. I canceled my membership. The head manager assured me that there were no strings attached to canceling the membership and effectively immediately the membership was canceled. A month later I was still charged a fee for a extra month. Great looking place but extremely disorganized in the beginning phases. Hopefully things have changed.

Really love this gym so far. I really recommend coming here and they have child care! Update! almost a month here and I absolutely recommend it. The employees here are so nice and its always being cleaned and sanitized. Everything is always so clean! The childcare ladies are super nice as well and I feel comfortable leaving my boys with them.Im still getting around the gym and learning the machines etc but always enough treadmills even when its super busy. Its become the place I go to release stress and just focus on me for a bit.

Great gym with an awesome staff! They are always so nice and energetic when you walk in the door. Gyms can be intimidating but Crunch has such a welcoming atmosphere! Highly recommend this gym. I used to go to CAC and got so tired of all the broken machines and lack of cleanliness. Never seen a gym cleaner than Crunch! And never had any issues with machines. Keep up the good work!

OMGOODNESS, this play is great! So many pieces of equipment, never have to wait, trainers, front desk staff, management are super friendly and attentive! They have everything I could ever want from child care to saunas! So glad this place opened in Clarksville, just what we needed. Very happy with this gym! I felt very comfortable from day one!

Ive been to a few of the gyms around here and I have to admit Im glad they have a free weight section. Other than that the facility has a good atmosphere, as well as, friendly staff. Erica helped signed me up while answering any questions I had.

I’m giving this gym 5 stars because this gym has helped me become a better version of myself. The staff is so nice! I started doing the classes that they offer and it has helped me build confidence in the gym. I have never felt more confident going to a gym than I do coming to Crunch. I go around midnight when there are very few people. It is always clean. The staff is very friendly. I love the sauna and kids zone there. Punching bags and dance studio are my fave. I recommend this to everyone. Very affordable also.

Charged me TWICE, for $480 each time, for personal trainer fees when I didn’t sign up for that, one of those times is AFTER I cancelled my membership. Went in the 1st time for thay and they said they got it fixed. That was a lie. They said they didn’t know what happened with one of their trainers. That was a lie because they fired her. The machines are constantly broke. The sanitizer spray and paper towels are constantly unavailable. Workers have too big of an ego or maybe just don’t understand how to work properly. Main Management doesn’t seem to understand how to fix problems in their own building. I would not recommend this gym unless you don’t care about your money and don’t care about having machines be broke all the time with no plan to fix them

My wife cancelled her gym membership back in March and has not received a cancellation email or any documentation that stated that it was cancelled although this has been talk about on many phone calls. She told them that she is a traveling nurse and that it is really hard for her to come back into the gym to cancel (AGAIN). Chris, the manager at the time, told her that she would have to come in or they could not legally cancel her membership and they couldnt reimburse the money that was taken out of the account although my wife had called multiple times. We are to the point of getting a lawyer just to cancel the membership and have the money that is owed to us given back. I am disappointed that my wife trusted a gym and has had such an uncomfortable experience especially while being stressed as a nurse. There is terrible management and the employees dont seem to care about they hard work others do and then come make their health better at their gym. Please dont go to this gym and have the same issues as we have. My wife is very distraught over this and is now having to take time off work to handle this issue. Let me start by saying when the gym first opened up it was great. But in the past month or so, the staff that works the front desk seems to be new and different and lazy. The equipment is already starting to break within 4 months of it opening. They run out of paper towels regularly and expect us to clean the machines with a used hand towel. And the biggest problem now is its always so packed that you cant do anything. And thats because the membership is so cheap. Honestly I regret ever joining the gym because half of the time when I walk in i have to walk right back out because its so packed. At this point Id rather just use the free gyms on base and not have to worry about planning my workout around a crowd. They also have had a grand opening weekend 5 times already where anyone can come workout for free. Whats the point of paying when I can just come for free every other weekend? Its not fair to us who have been paying the whole time.

This gym is great but it hasnt been open for a year and its already falling apart. I come to this gym because it has sauna and its a mess, the door is falling off the hinges, you cant tell what color is the floor its so dirty, Ive seen cleaner bathrooms in a gas station, they charge a none refundable maintenance fee but nothing is been maintained, I can be a real a**hole and call the health department but I dont think is going to do anything until the hire the proper personnel to run it.

Starting to go down hill. Needs to shut down for a deep clean. Bathrooms are nasty. Needs paper towels to clean equipment not rags. Other than that great gym. Staff dont seen to be cleaning anymore.

Love it here!!!!! The staff is awesome, extremely welcoming! Trainers are bomb! And the daycare is amazing my baby lights up when we arrive!!! 10/10 recommended!!! Not to mention very affordable!

Haley the manager is such a great employee. She always has a positive attitude and is willing to help you with any situation. I highly recommend the gym because of the atmosphere and positive vibes the employees have.

The gym itself is a great facility as far as available equipment and space. I cant speak to group ex as i havent tried it.. However, the staff leaves something to be desired. Weights dont get re-racked, the cleaning doesnt really happen and some of the locker room lockers are already broken. Standing at the front desk and waiting for assistance takes awhile and then the staff isnt the most friendly.

I will say he talked me right into there Peak Results membership i came in with a firm mind knowing what i wanted and he smooth talked me out !! I love it but overall Crunch Fitness Is Great !

I loved it. I was told by my friend to go there and I’ve enjoyed it ever since. Although I didn’t get the free shirt, I love the fact that I can roam freely in the gym, workout what I need to work out, get the sauna in them leave! I wanna try more stuff they have when I have more time

They have not done my billing right since day one. When I went to talk with the manager he was never available, the other manager had no idea what was going on. When I called they were never available or had any idea what was going on. When I went to cancel my memebership they told me I could not cancel. Very unprofessional. Bad customer service. Poor management.

The personal training program is a scam! All they care about is getting you in a contract and getting money. Contracts are made to look one way but you definitely get charged a whole lot more. Dont think it was worth that kind of money.The gym has nice machines but the running out of paper towels and making people use the same hand towels was kinda gross. And yes I am talking about THIS Crunch Fitness a matter of fact :)

However, one of the trainers has a serious attitude problem, I feel bad for his clients 🤣People will also leave masks everywhere and if you ask for help to clean them up the trainer (as stated above will just make you feel bad). This is honestly the best gym ever just because of the GM and AGM (Harrison Oldaker & Kayla Poole). They work above and beyond to make their members and their employees happy and you honestly never find a better gym in clarksville because of them. The employees and trainers are super helpful as well they work day in and day out to help the members. Overall this is just a super fun environment and makes you feel at home.

Great establishment. Have great child care. Only thing I could ask is for them to take the entire plaza and get more equipment. Then they would be the only gym in Clarksville.

The management is not professional. The bathrooms are never cleaned. When I was asking for help at the front desk I waited there for 10 mins and when I finally got help they act like they couldn’t help me out with my problems. The new staff acts like they don’t care and I have seen better workers at McDonalds. The prices are ridiculous and I thought I was getting charged once but they charged my card twice. When i notified a worker, they didn’t do anything about it. This gym really needs work.

Tried canceling my membership due to getting injured (not at the gym) and kept getting told someone would call me back. After 5 days of trying I check my bank account and see I was charged for my membership for another month which I was trying to avoid since Im not cleared medically to work out. I finally reach someone at the front desk that is somewhat helpful to find out that I have to come in person to cancel. Had the 1st person I spoke with told me this it could have been done and I wouldnt have been charged. Beyond irritated and will be reaching out to manager.

I travel for work (now that COVID has less of a grip on us), and the Clarksville Location is the best CRUNCH gyms I have been in.

The problems with this place are never ending and the staff complain more than a planet fitness commercial. The good staff members quit, and leave the narcissist behind to whine and complain about anything and everything to include the shade of your skin. This place could be great if they retained the right people with the correct attitudes.

Crunch is a scam for your money do not fall for it though it’s really they tell you to sign up. they will sell you by saying it’s $10.04 to sign up today and a smartstart but actually a SmartStart fee is not a thing it’s just so they can get extra commission was selling a peak results membership Chris will sell you a three pack SmartStart for 49.95 at the end tell you that it is the annual fee. They tell you they are not a contract but make you wait 60 days to cancel and you are forced to pay an annual fee even though you are not there a year.

Always clean and hygienic! Despite having a lot of business, I am never waiting for weights or machines!
