After having our AC out in 90+ degree weather, our technician Ed came out quickly and resolved our issue. He also shared the benefits of their annual maintenance plan which we signed up for. This was our first time using their service and we are very happy with our experience and received a fair price, especially for after hour rates (weekend).

I was out of state when my AC wasnt working. My son was home at the time. I got the recommendation from a good friend to use Baggett Heating. I called them and explained what was going on to the operator, she said someone would called which they did. The very same morning my appointment were made, they came out a little earlier than my appointment but they let me know in advance that they were coming earlier. Once they came to my house the person identified the problem and informed me how much it would cost. Being that I was out of town, they still communicated with me, didnt give me the run around and they did everything they said they would do. Everyone was professional and friendly and Im going to recommend other people to use this service also.

I called at 6:45 on a frigid day at the end of a week of snow and temps below 30*. They returned my call just before 8am, scheduled me in a slot for 8-10am that morning, and the technician arrived around 8:15. He was very polite, respectful, and professional taking the time to explain to me everything he was doing. He did a very thorough inspection and got our heat going again within a couple hours. Had a electric/gas HVAC unit installed 3 weeks ago. Called around and Baggett was competitive price wise. Came out very quickly to evaluate and stayed with their original estimate to the penny. Able to install and have the A/C going the same day, did have to have a sub contractor install the gas, local and reliable company, but as it was 95 that was as non-issue and included in original estimate. Service techs where excellent, courteous and answered any questions. Office made a couple follow up calls to check on operation and and concerns.

I phoned really late and had a text message the very next morning by 7:30. I responded to the text with my HVAC issue. I answered a few questions about my home I was given an explanation as to how their service calls works. Within an hour I had a time as to when when the service technician would be at my home. He actually came much sooner than later. He assessed my problem told me my options fixed the problem and offered a yearly maintenance program which I took advantage of. We have been using Baggett since we moved here in 2018. In the winter of 2018 we woke up to our house being 45° and our heat and emergency heat completely out. Baggett came out that day and fixed our HVAC system but let us know it was pretty much only a bandaid for a very old unit. We ended up getting a new unit installed in February of 2019 by Baggett and we haven’t had any issues at all! With the one year warranty and service. I love that they call or text me to make my appointments twice a year because if not I would definitely forget! Every service tech we’ve had has been so nice, respectful, and helpful!

This company has been nothing but great customer service with myself and my family. If anything goes wrong with my A/C they will be the 1st company I contact. They have proven to be very competent in what they do. They offer financing which I think is great as not everyone has thousands saved in their account when your A/C goes out. Not only are they knowledgeable, they are very accommodating. They work with you on when you need them to come out to the location and they also give you all repair options; band-aid solutions, repair, or replacement. They are dream to work with. They are super responsive which is a good trait to have in the customer service field. As soon as they are done looking at the A/C etc they are quick to get a quote drafted up for me. Baggett Heating and Cooling was absolutely outstanding. Scheduling was fast and worked with my timeframe. They called before the tech showed to tell me his ETA. Jesse came out and diagnosed my issue I thought I was having with my AC unit. Initially he said nothing was wrong. After further investigation and testing, he determined the run capacitor was operating at levels well below normal. He explained and showed me the label of the capacitor that was on the unit. Explained the readings it needed to be with his multimeter. He had the part and said what the cost of the part was. He didn’t sugar coat it or tell me anything that wasn’t necessary. He even explained the other readings he got from the wires and circuit board were all within normal ranges for reference later if another issue popped up. He did a great job explaining other things to keep an eye on with my specific unit and especially parts that “act” up during the change of seasons/weather. Great company, well trained techs and absolutely courteous to the needs of the customer. No BS with a commitment to providing the best cost and service to the customer. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone.

I highly recommend Baggett Heating & Cooling ! Our A/C went out on Memorial Day, and it was only a few minutes after I left a message that Alana from Baggett reached out to me. Within a couple of hours she had their technician, Jesse come out and diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, it was the blower motor & he did not have one on the truck for our model but assured me they would call me the next morning with the cost. My appointment window frame today was 12-2:00 pm. Their technician Ryan arrived a few minutes before noon & just left. They’ve done everything they said they would. From Alana, the owner to the 2 Service Technicians, Jesse & Ryan they were all great to work with, very nice & professional but more importantly they were all HONEST with me. They felt like repairing it would get me through another year or more with this unit INSTEAD of pushing me to buy a new one & for that I say THANK YOU ! The AC at my house went out last night, called Baggett this morning and no surprise they were completly booked. While on the phone we decided to booked an apoointment for Thursday but after learning they only charge $40 extra for after hour services I decided to change my appointment for today paying after hour rate. Little over 2:30 PM Id receive a call telling me the technician was able to cover all his appointments and he was able and willing to take care of me during normal duty hours, who else does that? Not only I got my AC fixed but Baggett also credited me with the $40 for after hour services.The technician was at my house waiting on me, tools ready, as soon as he approached the unit he knew exactly what was wrong. Besides his expertise he was very respectful and professional, got me the best option and before 3:00 PM my AC unit was running as normal.Words cant describe how grateful Im for all it went down today, I have used Baggett in the past and will continue to use their services in the future. Well after 20 years the old unit finally went. Jaramie and CJ installed the new unit and did a great job for us. They were very polite and answered all my questions including a run through of the new thermostat. Very pleased with the company and awesome response time. After an email to the company, I received a really quick reply and we were able to schedule the inspection and estimate for only a few days later. On the day of the estimate, Alana spent a good amount of time explaining exactly what they would be doing. She was up front about costs. By the time that she left, I could easily explain to my wife what we would be getting with the new unit - and I am a mechanical idiot.On the day of the install, the crew was extremely professional and very polite. I recently had Baggett Heating and Cooling do extensive work on my home. I needed more insulation, knee wall repair, new duct work, air sealing, and a new heat and air unit for my home built in 1987. Alana and Jesse came to my home and spent approximately four hours looking inside the crawlspace and attic space of my home. They spent time explaining my options, financing, and packages available for my upgrades. All the time they were professional and attempted to obtain the best deal for my project. When they left, I felt as if I had not only a personal project manager, but also a better understanding of my homes current needs. Alana continued to keep in touch with me each day and quickly responded to my email and text messages. The home improvement project was done as quickly as possible, on an arranged schedule, and within the quoted estimate. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, meticulous and on time each day leaving my home in better shape than when they arrived. In the past, my home had three summer months of over $450 utility bills each month. We have not reached the summer months, but I have already experienced lower utility bills. I am expecting the summer months to be no different. Not only do I recommend their work, but the Tennessee Valley Authority also recommends them on their eScore website!

I originally, chose Baggett as they seemed to be a local company instead of a franchise who probably up charge everything. Yet speaking to the tech who showed up to my house, there seemed to be some confusion from speaking to the woman who setup the appointment to him showing up on my doorstop.When I spoke to the woman, I informed her of my issue, and asked if they gave free quotes - Yep, sure do.When the tech showed up, I informed him of my symptoms, hoping he is to going to diagnosis the problem.I direct him the furnace and he then states hes going to the van for a price sheet.So, after politely listening to his spill, I inform him I dont want a new furnace, I just want this one fixed. He states it will be $6X.XX to diagnosis. I state thats fine, but in the back of my mind, Im like I guess that lady was confused over what type of quote I wanted.After he stated it would need a certain part, he informed me - that it could be more than that and he wouldnt know until that part was installed and these furnaces are prone to this and that.I have to admit - I was uneasy since the $6,XXX price list is the first thing we go over and the way he was preparing me for possibly more repairs. So, I decided to get a second opinion. Even the wife thought that was bad business, in regards to a price sheet - asking where I found them.Wasnt able to compare total price quotes, cause by the time another company came out - wife reminded me we had a parts warranty on the HVAC.Was conflicted between 3 or 4 stars, as the Tech was knowledgeable as the diagnosis was the same as the second opinion. He was also professional, as he was wearing those disposable shoes when he showed up at my door.But, alas, I didnt go with them...
