I attempted to return an item to a jeweler via mail on 3/30/21 and did not have access to a printer. I came into this store location and was given the email address of the ups store to send the shipping label that I received from the jeweler. I packaged my own item and the young lady placed the label on the box. I wanted to check to make sure the label matched my email, but the young lady put my box up so quickly. I waited and received an email on 4/2/21 from the jeweler stating I sent them boots and that they are returning the boots to me and that they cannot refund me the amount of the jewelry that I returned, because they didn’t receive it. I then received a package the same exact day that had my name on the box and address. I opened it and it was a pair of boots and the shipping label inside has someone else’s name on them and a different address. I called the jeweler and UPS about the discrepancy on UPS end. The manager was on the phone/assisting other customers and I waited for 30 minutes on hold. The young lady asked for my name and phone number in order for Ms. Kathy (Manager) to return my call. No one called me back. I then came into their store on 4/6/21, and spoke with the young lady that put the label on my package and the young lady that took my name and number. I explained everything in person. The assistant Manager were researching the issue. Ms. Kathy came from the rear of the store from her lunch break. I was then told by Ms. Kathy that she’ll have to do further research and give her by next week (per Ms. Kathy early next week). I called on 4/15/2021, and Ms. Kathy answered the phone. She stated that she’ll have to review the camera footage and asked me the same question she asked on 4/6/21, did we package the item, or did you? I confirmed again that I packaged the item myself . I requested for the Regional Managers’ phone number. I received an email. She stated that she’ll administer a claim. I advised her that it’s been over two weeks that I’ve mailed this item off. I feel as thought that I’m at square one and I’ve just been repeating everything that happened and nothing is being actively done on this matter. I will reach out to the Regional Manager, but I will be in contact with BBB as well. I will not do business with this location again. There is a nonchalant vibe from this location and I’ve also emailed everything that Ms. Kathy requested of me prior to 4/15/21. She seem extremely unprepared nor was she taking this matter serious. I’ve very disappointed in the service and would not recommend this location EVER!
Owendrea is the absolute BEST!!! She went above and beyond to make my print job exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail and customer service skills and follow-up with me were impeccable. Tiarra and Kathy are amazing! They are so patient and kind and caring. They notarized my Last Will and other documents and to mail out packages to friends. When the store was super busy, they stayed calm and caring and patient with everyone there.

I have maintained a mail box with this UPS location and used several of their services (scanning, printing, emailing) for several months now and the service is always fast and top notch. I visited this location to use its faxing facilities. I was very lost at first because Id never used a fax machine before and I couldnt figure the one at work out for the life of me. The staff I met at UPS (Tiarra, Connie, and Marlin) were very friendly and helpful. While they worked the fax for me, they took out time and made an effort to teach me a how the machine worked so I could do it myself later. Thanks, yall!

I dont go to UPS much but I have had to send back some returns. Theres not a lot of banter back and forth with the employees but they are quick, efficient and seem to be very on top of things.
Honestly I had no idea Ms Cathy and I had so much in common about fishing. This was a great morning. Not only did she patiently faxed some papers off for me. Her multitasking skills are great. Waited for an agonizingly long time in a line that stretched out the front door of this rat hole only to finally arrive at the front counter to be told theyre not doing notarizations today.
Employees at this location are top notch. You feel like you are at home when coming to this UPS. I cannot recommend this establishment anymore than I already am. If you dont have an box yet and thinking about, look no further, come to this store and set yourself up with one of the workers at the front desk!
The manager was more than willing to help me when I was in a jam. They went above to make sure the documents got to their destination overnight.

Extremely rude and slow service. Also had an employee yell at customers because there were more than 5 people in the store, instead of politely asking people to go back outside. I ended up leaving after standing outside in 92° weather for 15 minutes.
I made an appointment to get something notarized and had to stand in line. When I get to an available representative, I’m told that only two of the other ladies can assist me. Which actually became one of the ladies because the other lady left her notary at home. Why do I have an appointment if I have to wait for customers to be seen? I just don’t understand this level of customer service. Just don’t schedule an appointment.

I Avoid this location, and prefer the post office or fedex. The staff are consistently rude.. unwilling or unable to troubleshoot internal probs. Even returning amazon merchandise made for a bad trip to this location. Couldn’t print out a return receipt ...

First they did not greet anyone who walked in the door. Not myself or the person behind me. They made no eye contact or attempt to say just a minute please. I told them I needed a box but when he charged me an extra $11, I was surprised. I asked why and he said for packing supplies so I thought maybe they were putting some kind of foam in it and I didnt need that since all 3 of my items were already packaged so I said I just need the box. They charged me almost $8 for a box and then told me that I needed to package the box. I said you wont tape the box shut? He said you didnt want packaging. I took my box and said Im going to get tape. He said you cant take the box with you Ill have to refund you. They let me leave the box and go get tape. I would rather leave and go buy tape from someone else than buy theirs. This could have been handled so many different ways but it wasnt. I will NEVER go back here again! I dont know what happened but when they were at the other location I was never treated like this.
Great store. Always very helpful. The manager is wonderful and has a great staff of real professionals working with her. They are alsways willing to help.

So you guys really think it’s realistic to charge $3.99 for an employee to print ONE piece of paper? For what? That’s not even after tax. All they do is walk to the back computer and hit the print button. You guys aren’t even printing it on high quality paper for it to be worth more than $0.10. Then have the nerves to ask me why am I returning my item? Girl it is not your business. This store is extremely MONEY HUNGRY. And when I walked away, I turned my head, the employee to the right of her made a face. But of course you didn’t make that face when I was standing right there.
These are the best people on the plant, they get the job done all day every day, you can help but love them. You need a print Job they got you, Need a notary, they got you, need something mailed or shipped they got you, need a mailbox they got you, they just GOT YOU

I purchase business cards from this location a few weeks ago and was pleased with the service at the desk. I used their coupon for free cards and purchased additional cards at that time. I put a few cards in my pocket two days ago so I will have some with me at all times.......well the ink does not stay on the cards! I returned to the store today and showed the cards to the clerk and was told of every possible reason that they did not hold up. The only resolution was to print them on thinner stock!!! The cards I printed at home have lasted for months...........so I would not suggest getting business cards from here.

Terrible. I spent a good $300 to ship fragile antique items to be used for our wedding in another state. We packed each item in layers of bubble wrap and newspaper. Their employee, Ethan, told me that if I used three day shipping, it would arrive on the following Saturday. Ups does not ship on Saturdays. Was I told that information? No. Would I have spent $300 on three day shipping had I known it would actually be 5 day shipping? No. Did my very important items arrive intact? Absolutely NOT. There was a very obvious kick mark in one of the boxes. And there were several items shattered to pieces. We had to throw them away and replace them with new items we had to scramble to find. When I initially shipped everything, I asked Ethan if I should mark the boxes fragile. He said, No. Honestly, that makes packages sorta like targets for the drivers. That should have been my first clue as to the professionalism and efficiency of this company. And, after my husband called them to complain, I received a nasty phone call from the manager. She was hateful. I couldnt get a word in because she just continually barked orders at me. She cut me off several times. She was rude, disrespectful, unfeeling, unsympathetic, and unprofessional. NEVER, ever will I use this company for anything. Oh, and we received a wedding gift in the mail from my husbands brother. He used UPS. And, dont you know it, there were broken items. Disgusting.
Package arrived almost as if they kicked it all the way to my house! Super disappointed in how my things I spent money on were handled! If I could upload pictures of how bad it is I would! Now I have to call and request a new item because the one i purchased is now bent/ damaged it was almost $500!

Made an appointment for an application form for a licence. The process was quick and to the point. Must of been there no more than 15 minutes.
Connie was straight rude to my husband and I. Would not recommend going to this location or dealing with her.

Biggest money grubber of all time i needed tape to secure my packages and they said we can only give one strip of tape complimentary then you have to pay for it. No other ups store is like this, in fact i hve never heard of a shipping store that doesnt give free tape to secure your packages.
Horrible customer service. Showed up early for fingerprint appointment and was told had to come back because they were unable to do fingerprints before 10:00.Showed up at 10:00 and had to wait in line for 10 minutes for a representative.Why am I making an appointment if its obviously first come, first serve?
Terribly slow service after waiting 30 mins in line for the slowest service Ive ever seen the lady couldnt find the sending address..
The worker saw us pull up and went to the door and locked it before it was time for them to close after we had called to verify the hours.
