Great staff! Knowledgeable and experienced! Not like the pop-in places who constantly change employees as for most those places are a starting point. I will continue now to take him to Sports Clips! And I also recommend the upgraded services! Worth the extra few bucks to us!

Had a rather poor experience, showed up at about 40 minutes till close, was informed by a employee that they were over on quote times and could wait on me. I work retail I understand you want to leave at close but turning people away with that much time is a little much, did reach out to their customer service, no response after a couple of days, so I guess I will be going some else for now on.

I wish my fiancé would’ve gotten the lady’s name that cut my 4 year olds hair because she was EXTREMELY rude. She acted like she didn’t care to hear what my fiancé had to say when trying to explain how we wanted our sons haircut and still cut it WAY too short. But changed her attitude when approached by a different customer. So UNPROFESSIONAL and will not be going back.

We took our son (2 years old) here for a haircut and Christie did an amazing job with him. We’ll definitely be going back and taking our other son for his haircut. I’d highly recommend going here.

Ive only been going to Sport Clips for less than a year but its been some of the best experience Ive had at a salon. I like the atmosphere and all of the stylists are very nice and want to give you the best haircut they can. Theyre a little pricier than some other places but I think its worth it for the service.

Walking in after reading the door hours posted while wearing a mask to get a hair cut this morning at 9:25 AM. And wast very tersly asked to leave the premises by a staff member or manager. They said there was another sign posted that has new hours, but they have not correct the open time on the internet or on the front of the door. The door was not to be open at that time, but it was. I would a avoid this location as the representatives are not hospitable even when they make mistakes.

Staff is super friendly, very clean seats are spaced 6 feet apart. You have to Keri your mask on during your haircut which is kinda silly since you get hair all over it.

I should preface by saying I’m the sort of person who has to squeeze in Sunday evening haircuts after a busy weekend. If you’re looking for friendly and skilled haircutters at a reasonable price, without a need to make advanced reservations, this place is for you.When I moved to the area I was skeptical about a sports themed barber shop. But I’ve been back four times and each has exceeded expectations, and great conversation/experience with the staff. I would say if you go and have a good haircut, keep/request the same hairdresser. 4 of my cuts were excellent but the fifth was not as thorough as the others and i had to request a few spots that were missed.Additionally, the shop is never too busy. Walk-ins are seated within 10-15 minutes max. The staff seems to be great with kids, there are at least three or four there with parents every time I visit.

Ashley R is the shiznit!! She can cut hair great and is easy to talk to with an awesome sense of humor. She makes you feel like your at home and takes pride in what she does. She listens to what you want done with your hair and acts upon it. Definitely a superstar!

Sports Clips gives a decent haircut, you go there for the atmosphere and the MVP which is the hot towel and massage and shampoo.

I have no issues with the shop on a normal basis but I just drove 40 minutes to get a haircut and found out they had changed their business hours and were no longer open on Sundays. I checked online before I drove down here and it said they were open. I tried calling them and their automated message made no mention of the fact that they were no longer open on sundays. There was no indication they were closed until I got to the store and they had a piece of paper on the door saying they werent open. It would be greatly appreciated if you would update your phone message and info on your app. I wasted an hour and a half because you didnt update anything.

Theyre doing a great job during the pandemic. Ive feel completely safe the two times Ive gone recently.

Jennifer cut my sons hair and he explained that she was very rough and hazardous and was violently buzzing his hair, he had told her that she was being rough. The haircut maybe took 10 minutes because she rushed and barely paid attention to his hair and had buzzed of a corner of his hair when he didnt want it like that and had given her description on how he wanted it. Also he said he wanted a 2 or 3 on the sides and immediately went to a 1 and buzzed all of the sides. He is very disappointed and will ask for someone else his next haircut

I found this place on R wedding day 10/20/2018 we was trying to find a place that knew how to fade an was good at cutting my husbands an sons hair.. They did very good an they both luv this place..

Decent boys cut most of the time. There was a pretty young lady that did my sons hair last time, she is actually deaf although she is verbally able to communicate (her voice sounds a little different, thats how I could tell before I politely asked her since Ive had deaf friends similar sounding) and she did great on his fade up! Sometimes the wait is lengthy and there are girls who arent very good at fading boys with fine hair.

Went to Sport Clips for the last time. Was on the wait list one person ahead of me. Waited for the next available stylist. The name after me was called. Look up and notice I was removed from the wait list. I would have to reenter the wait list that had 8 people on after Ive already waited an hour. Go to Great Clips they are cheaper and friendlier.

Ive been coming to this location for over 7 years.I checked in online tonight and it told me to arrive at 6:40 for my stylist.Its now 7:26 and Im still waiting.Whats the point of checking-in online if I still have to wait an hour?Their prices have increased well above the cost of inflation over that time period as well. A professional stylist is about the same price.There are better choices and I will be using another option in the future.

Unfortunately the way this company treats one of its own employees is quite disturbing 😕 I have a problem with a company that can treat a stylish by embarrassing them in front of a client is just not a place to go for me Miss Nicole you should be ashamed of yourself.

Quite upset. They are not handling the requests correctly. I normally love it here and get a great haircut but... when I arrived there were two first available clients then me, then a few requests below me. A few stylists took clients below me that were requests for themselves and left the first availables above me. My stylist had to take both first available clients before getting to me. Im fine with waiting my turn, Im not fine with things not being run unfairly.

Ive been going to different places trying to find someone who trims a beard and hair well and at best most have been ok. I tried Sports Clips and had Ashley R trim my beard and cut my hair and she was fantastic! Great attention to detail and super friendly. I could not of been more impressed.

Had a great overall experience for my first time there! The services provided were amazing and so relaxing. Kristi did an amazing job with my hair and beard and was very helpful in pointing me towards the right products to use for both! I will definitely be back for another cut!

I moved here to the southern Indiana area about a year ago. I have been going here for haircuts ever since I got here. Be sure to request Lexi. She does an excellent job and takes pride in her work. Very friendly too. For a few bucks more, upgrade to the MVP. Its well worth the money.

I didnt have much if any of a wait at all. Hair cuts were good. I enjoyed Nicole and appreciated her advice and referrals. She enjoyed her job. I got the feel that they catered to mens styles more than womens though. I gave 4 stars because I didnt like having to give my personal information to the kiosk, that was in disrepair, by the way.

Always used to go and see Lexi for and outstanding haircut. Last time I called, was told Lexi no longer works there. Refuse to return since Lexi left. Made an appointment at Underground Classic Cuts in New Albaney and to my surprise, I found Lexi. Lexi is the best stylist. Yippee.

Did a unexpectedly good job on my fade buzz cut. The only thing i didnt like all that much was the girl cutting my hair talked wayyyy too much! I dont mind some talk and friendliness but they need to remember guys generally dont like alot of talk. For me, i didnt have to wait at all...walked right to a chair (and i did not even do the online check-in) it was about 10:30 am though. Pretty good overall experience...ill go back.

After reading some of these reviews I have to say that Im surprised. Been going here for 7 years. I loved Lexi and becky. They could fade really well. After they left I went through the other stylists trying to find another one I could trust with my head....found Ashley R. And wow. Skin fade, good conversation, pretty smile...ill be going back here again. Tho I will say...you want this amazing girl to cut your hair? Make an online check-in. Her wait time is crazy but Ill be damned if shebisnt worth waiting for..

My boyfriend and kids went up there to get their hair cut. One woman did my oldest sons it looks ok. But another woman did my boyfriends and my youngests sons. She shaved off his beard and he didnt want her to and left patches of hair all over his face. His hair line was crooked. My youngest son had chunks of hair missing. Now were going to have to take them somewhere to try and fix this mess. Worst experience of my life

Never had a problem until today. I bring my son here all the time. Never been told that customers signed in will come back and get ahead of us. I thought this was first come first serve. Had I known I could sign and go grocery shop and come back and be put ahead well ii would have done that! Poor customer service!

Very nice lady missed the really tall lady but this lady was great but I feel more bonded with other lady after a dozen hair cuts.

This place is a great place to get a haircut, everybody there does a great job, and you can get a mvp haircut for like 30 bucks which includes the haircut, shampooing with hot towel on your face, a face massage, while being on a vibrating chair, and get your hair styled the way you like it.

My stylist was Lisa and she did a great job. They truly value the experience rather than getting the cut done fast and sloppy. I will definitely be back thanks to Lisa.

A simple buzz cut was $18. The stylist used the wrong guard on the top and didnt mention it, and the blending between the top and sides/back was poor. Stylist was also not very friendly.

I always use Sport clips, the MVP is worth it. The stylists are friendly and skilled, and they make it quick without it seeming like they are just trying to get you out the door.

Awful! Left him with patchy short hair, uneven, cut hair all over his clothes and skin, its just so bad. We are literally at walmart across the street buying a clipper to attempt to fix this mess. She was too busy talking to her friend instead of paying attention to her customer and when it was done I made a point to say I wasnt happy and the lady didnt even acknowledge it! I have pictures to back up everything and if I could post them here I would.
