They were amazing with my young daughter, as well as very quick and efficient. The price was more than fair and the stylist was very open and communicative to both me and my daughter about what she was doing with every step.

Very clean and had chairs at the correct distance. she cut my hair great. I had long hair told her I wanted to donate it and then gave her the rains on how to do my hair. she gave me a Bob and I love it. did excellent.

Made an appointment for 12 got there right on time shes got two people cutting their hair and tells us itll be about 30 minutes so we wait patiently walked around the store for a little bit came back she was done with those people and had done tick three more customers in and wasnt even worried about us

This place is horrible. They are very rude and unprofessional. I dont know anyone of their names, but they need better stylist there. I dont like the haircut they gave my son. Told her it was fine because I was mad and didnt want to be mean, but definitely not worth the money. They made us wait for 10 minutes after sitting in the chair when she told us she was ready. They dont have respect for the paying clients. One lady was having an attitude because the register/computer system was down. Went outside and can hear her yelling/cussing on the phone. That should not be tolerated. Very unsatisfied with this place and will not be going back!!!!!!!!!!

I could never find someone to color my hair exactly how I wanted until I found cayleigh! I had a hard time explaining what I wanted but she still managed to make it look amazing. Very fair prices compared to other places I have been

I arrived today at 12. The only female worker took 5 mins to even acknowledge we were there. She obviously did not want to wait on us. She knew we were there. She was in our direct line of view. She acted as if we were bothering her by even being there. When I told her my son needed a hair cut she said it would be an hour. I said ok and asked her if she needed our name to put down and she answered no. We shopped for 20 mins. Came back and she was finished the roots she had been coloring with the only client in the shop. Finished but standing right there chatting with her while waiting on it to set. She stayed right with this client for another 20 mins. All the time doing nothing except to chat with her and occasionally look over at us. She finally told me that someone else was coming in at 1 and would wait on us then. Im not normally the complaining type but I have also never seen anything quite like it!

I made a review a couple months ago and they deleted my review. In the review, I told about how the lady cut my hair to short, layered it, and got blood in my hair. Im not sure if it was just the lady or if all the workers are bad at cutting hair. I decided to try this place and will never come back, I will stick with Great Clips on Veterans Parkway. They always know what I want. I showed the laddy who cut my hair a picture and she did what she wanted not what I wanted. It took her almost 2 hours. I cried for days and some people at school make fun of me. I wish I knew the ladys name so she could get fired if that was possible. The prices are also ridiculous for the bad quality.

Addie is amazing! She does an awesome job at waxing eyebrows, and she styled my hair in the prettiest curls! I love her, and this salon!

Everyone that works here is super nice, never had a problem! Addie always helps me pick out crazy colors and makes them a reality! I have really short, dry hair and they always make sure it’s taken care of. Will never go anywhere else!

Went there for eyebrow waxing, completely screwed up my eyebrows. One arch is way too high and my eyebrows are two different lengths, drastically. Would not recommend for eyebrow waxing.

I just have to say that Sunny is awesome. I went to a newer salon by SmartStyle to try out their opening deals. Those ladies were nice, but completely fried my blonde hair and the end result was orange. I was very upset. A friend of mine told me to go see Sunny. I did immediately and she put some kind of miracle treatment on my head. My hair was blonde again and didnt feel as fried as it did when I walked into the salon. When I say miracle worker.... She is exactly that for hair. I never again will go anywhere else!
