Every time I walk out, I’m thinking, “man, I look good! This cut is on point!” I’ve been to a lot of barber shops, and this is at the top of the food chain. It’s got that old school feel like being back in your neighborhood, chilling and chatting about sports, movies, music, cars, kicks...it’s amazing to feel so comfortable while getting a cut of which you can be proud. Its always a great experience. Jeremiah has created a great relaxing atmosphere. The hair cut is always great, but the beard trim and shaping is next level. Its a clean, smooth, and precise shave with no nicks or cuts.

Great place to get a haircut but disappointed about same day cancellations. I’ve been cancelled on twice. Today it was two hours before my appointment. Just frustrating cause I have to make arrangements with my kids just to get a haircut and getting an appointment cancelled last minute doesn’t make things easier. If you guys prefer us to schedule online and have to cancel, at least call or text us to schedule with another barber that day. Other than that, keep up the good work.

Ive been looking for a place like this. The vibe is very chill with a wide genre of music playing in the background, Big comfortable couches to relax on and play video games while you wait. The barbers are all down to earth and courteous. They have a nice range of clientele which a barbershop should have. The hair cuts and conversation are always great as well as the jokes. The pros - the place is well designed and has a nice waiting area. The barbershop is well equipped, the barbers were well mannered, conveniently located, and has plenty parking spots. For those who like to support veteran businesses, it is veterans owned business.The cons - I went in to get my beard trimmed. The barber that took care of my beard performed poorly and we had clear miscommunication between what I needed and what I got in the end. The beard looked very bad in the end and I had red dent on my neck. To give the benefit of the doubt I spoke to 3 people who stated that it looks bad and unevenly trimmed. I came back to the store and stated to the owner that I need it to be fixed. The owner (who was introduced to me as a beard expert) told me that he is booked this week (fair enough) and that he is usually booked few weeks upfront. As an alternative he suggested another barber (not the previous one) will fix the beard or what was left of it. The beard was fixed but I was not offered a reimbursement for my time. It took me close to 2 hours to situate what should have been a simple beard trim. I paid 20$ for this beard trim.In summary - 2 stars for the interior design and the location, -3 stars for overall performance and lack of customer service (when the client has to spend time and money for your business to get job done to a fair standard, refund is the right thing to do).

I’ve been to many shops around town and this is the only one that truly has the skill to give you what you want, and not the same cut as everyone else. I would trust any barber in here to give me a cut. If you want to look fresh for the weekend, hit these fellas up. You won’t be disappointed.

Great barbershop and interior is clean but their prices for kids haircut is going up. They need to lower the prices for toddlers at least from 1-4yrs. I am paying $25 to get my toddlers haircut next I will be paying $30 in the next 2months.

Now here is a shop where you can get a really detailed cut. They wont rush you as the customer, the waiting area consists of a couch and other furniture (pretty chill), and you receive detailed precision cuts. I have a couple of odd spots on my head that tend to throw barbers off with lighting. I dont have to tell these guys though; every single barber in there have found it and trimmed it perfectly. Its really refreshing. I hope these guys stick around. Theyre worth sitting in a walk-in line but you also have the option to make an appointment. Currahee

After living in Clarksville for over a year, and after being transplanted from New York, I have been desperately searching for a barber shop on par with the local hometown places I grew up with. The problem with those places back home, is most of them were ran by older gentlemen who could knock out a crew cut and that’s about it. I spent dozens of trips to the chain barbershops with gimmicks and, to be frank, chicks who had no business cutting hair. I drove past Lifestyle yesterday, walked in today with no appointment, didn’t wait an hour, and my man Sean hooked it up. I haven’t had someone cut my hair in a long time that seemed as if they actually cared if I looked good, rather than get me out of the chair for the next guy in line. This place cares how you look when you leave, makes you look great, and I went home with a smile. Best fades in town. I found my new spot.

Upset with the service my son received. He has been going here for several months and thought he found a great barber shop. Recent visit was disappointing and upset my son tremendously, as he had been growing his hair for awhile.My son told the barber the cut he wanted. The barber agreed and ended up not doing the correct cut. My son informed him that it was wrong and the barber told him, my bad.My son has decided he will never go back to this shop.

My little brother told me this was the best barber shop in Clarksville. He was wrong. This is the best barbershop in Tennessee. I live in Nashville and will be making trips to Clarksville every other weekend specifically for lifestyles. This isnt a cut and go shop. If you want that, go to great clips. You dont just walk into a 5 star restaurant without making reservations ahead of time. As a veteran, I can say this place sets the example for any veteran owned businesses. Every single barber in there is an artist. These guys are better with clippers than Bob Ross with a paintbrush. I got my haircut by Austin. He looked young, but I trusted that this place wouldnt hire the average Joe. I was right. This kid has mad talent. The owner jeremiah is the Mr. Miagai of the shop. With a client in his chair, he still takes the time to make sure every other client walks out with the cleanest hair cut possible. I could go on and on but Ill just sum it up for you. This barbershop is unfortunately all show. Looked promising and I ended up with a terrible haircut. Barbers are unprofessional. The barber I had acted like it was his first day in a barber shop and cut my hair like it too. Will not be going back
