This was our first time at Sports Clips and believe me, we will DEFINITELY come back! My 15 year old son is very particular about his hair and his stylist did a phenomenal job! The place was spotless, every stylist was super friendly and professional, the atmosphere itself was awesome, and the prices are super reasonable!! I am highly recommend you check them out!! They are absolutely wonderful and my whole family has found the best place in Clarksville for haircuts! Thank you so much, Sports Clips!

Took my son to get a hair cut. It was 5:30 PM the door sign states they close at 6PM. There were three girls working and only one had a client. The lady with the client went to the back to grab another stylist. Then came back and said they were booked up and closed. I then stated there was one customer in a chair, and the door says close is at 6. Very rude customer service! This was the one on Madison street. And the stylist that was very rude and had a bad attitude had long blonde hair in a braid!

Is an acceptable place if everyone else is booked.. prices are above the competition.

This was my first visit to this location. Hope was a great stylist. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure I was happy with the cut. I will definitely return!

When it comes to my stepsons haircuts, Sports Clips on Madison Street never fails. They spend ample time on his hair and ensures each detail is well defined so that hes stepping out on scene looking fresh.

First time coming in there the other day I enjoyed it and they did a great job on my haircut Great prices too.

Brooke is a fantastic stylist and fixed a mess left on my head by an AFFES barber. She’s personable, friendly and an expert at her craft. I would recommend her, and the Madison Street Sport Clips to anyone who asked.

Absolutely garbage service. Completely and utterly botched the haircut. Literally one of the worst haircuts I have received in my life. Beautician was very clearly inexperienced. Do not recommend.

Im usually not somebody who likes to complain. Ill try to find the best out of whatever circumstance and focus on that one. I just honestly received one of the worst haircuts Ive ever had in my life. the person who cut my hair, had pictures as a reference, but never used them. Im a guy, my hair grows back quickly and deep down I guess I dont care. but I regret having paid for the haircut afterwards, but did so lot of us sense of embarrassment for everybody involved. this happened today at April 19th 2021 at around 9:30 a.m.

Been in 3 times, all three times they have forgot to do the shoulder massage with the MVP. Still charged me full price

I like going to Sport Clips because the staff is always pleasant and professional. Natalie trimmed my beard here and she did an excellent job. I will be coming back here for future beard trims and hair cuts.

There are two Natalies at this store. One is from Kentucky and goes by Brooke. If you want a decent haircut, DON’T go to her. 27 bucks is too much money for to pay for a hair cut the stylist doesn’t care about. She spent 10 minutes on my hair and it came out completely uneven. Weird lines all over my head. Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten from this shop. Go to Natalie C or Georgie or Toni or literally ANYONE other than (Brooke) Natalie. Was too irritated with them to go back and get it fixed. Went somewhere else.

My experience started off with a less than stellar haircut last month. After filling out a survey the manager sent me an email apologizing and offering a free hair cut. I redeemed that offer today and after checking in and showing the email to the front desk I was immediately seated. After talking with the person cutting my hair I found out it was the actual manager. We both discussed how getting feedback is important for growth. This is the type of professionalism that will keep me coming back. Thank you Georgie!!

Its like taking your chances with your hair cut every time you go in there. Sometime you get a good hair cut and sometime you wont. I had my hair cut there a few time and 3 out of 5 I will come out with a bad hair cut.

Great service everytime and never had an issue with the cut. Prices are high though. The online check in is also an awesome time saver!

I asked for a certain haircut with a number one fade. Natilie ignored my request and told me 2 is better then rushed my haircut. I should have went to the barber, 27.00$ is to expensive for a quick hair cut she spent 10 mins on. Im betting she dose not want to do a number 1 fade because it takes longer she was bragging about how she did 12 haircuts just today.

Great place to go for a haircut or beard trim. The staff there is awesome. Beth is amazing and always takes the extra time to get it right. I was a great clips customer and decided to give sport clips a try and its a done deal. Sorry great clips lol. Worth every penny!!

I took both of my sons here for the full VIP experience and they loved it! The stylist were amazing and surprisingly super kid friendly. My guys walked out feeling and looking like a million bucks!

If you go early, they can get you in pretty quickly. The lady last time missed a couple chunks of my curly hair sons hair, which lead me to absolutely hate his hair until I clipped those pieces myself. I like that theyre open on Sunday.

If you go ask for karla she did a wonderful job taking care of me. Double and triple checking my hair. Ensured I felt satisfied with the way my hair cut was going. It wasnt the normal boring sit in the chair and no one says a word the whole time, get your hair cut, pay then leave. Thank you for taking great care in your customers.

The place is nice and so are the employees. If you want a shampoo to go along with a lousy haircut this is your place. I wish some one would teach these ladies that the fade and edge up is an art form. I asked for a low skin fade with a hard part. I gave specific instructions on what not to cut. I was ignored and left with a pineapple cut. I left a decent tip since I wont return. They are nice but I do not recommend. Find a barber!

We love coming here! The staff is always so sweet and helpful. They do a phenomenal job. Our favorite stylist is Ambur. She is talented, kind, and hilarious! We will not go anywhere else!

Im not the one to usually complain about much. But I must say, the employees were very nice, but simply did not know what they were doing. Ive used the same barber for almost 10 years, but had something to do tonight with that being said my barber is closed on the weekends. So I figured Id give sports clips a shot. The lady was very nice, but simply did not know what she was doing. This is the most awful hair cut Ive ever received, I have no hair line, My hair cut looks absolutely horrible, thanks to them. Will never go back. Very disappointed. And payed $25!!! I dont understand how these people are allowed to touch peoples head. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

The staff was very nice- but ruined my sons hair knowing he is in a wedding in a few days. We asked for a fade on the sides with longer on the top. One side was shorter than the other, the top was very uneven. He looked like he had an uneven bowl on the top of his head. Tried to go back to get it fixed and of course they were closed. Blew $20 and had to go spend another $25 elsewhere to fix and do it correctly. Waste of hard earned money.DONT DO IT.

Its hard to find a person who cuts your hair exactly how you want it every time but Amber does just that. I always like to try new things with my cuts and Ive never walked out dissatisfied. A bit pricey but if you want a consistently good looking haircut with a great staff Im willing to pay a little extra.

Only waited about 10 minutes.Showed stylist a picture of what I somewhat wanted, she asked me some questions and I received a great haitcut.First time visit. I tried the MAP package which included in the haircut was a back and shoulder massage, shampoo and scalp rub and a steamed towel on the face. Very calming.I truly enjoyed the experience. I gave it 4 stars because it is a little more than I am used to paying for a haircut but it is well worth it.Plenty of parking.Clean well lit facility.

Went in a few days ago to get a haircut, just needed a simple trim. The actual manger Olivia who cut my hair, did not place her guard on correctly and ended up scalping me.All i wanted was a simple trim so i could be ready for my wedding. But at the end of my hair cut i had to get a high and tight. and she failed to do that correctly. I had to drive over to great clips near publix just for it too look presentable..I will never go back!

I am actually a stylist here and highly recommend anyone who may be interested in adequate info that we are made alot of changes and have almost entirely new staff, we love feedback on our services and stylists to help any further improvement. New clients receive MVP treatment upgrade free which is the hot steamed towel, massaging shampoo and neck and back massage with the price of your haircut. We also have surveys at the bottom of all receipts and ask every customer to give feedback. I encourage everyone to look over the past reviews and give us a solid chance to earn your business 😊

Alex fixed my hair after another stylist at another place messed it up. I was worried about how it was going to look but she made me so happy with how it turned out. I will go here going forward. The staff and the environment was just so nice.

The hair dressers are nice and willing to hear what I had to say about my hair. She told me about how the ladt hairdressing place I went to messed with my sides alot. She fixed it and cut a nice cut. It was alittle shorter than I wanted but evened out great!

It was ok but 21 dollars not including tip is just to much for a haircut that takes 15 minutes. Great clips is a much better value.
