My belongings were broken into and stolen!They only had cameras in the front by the kiosk were you sign up.There are no cameras covering the isles.I bought the insurance but FINE PRINT they dont cover firearms and jewelry.There was a homeless guy living out of his truck one row down from me.Soooo i would highly recommend that you spend some extra money and go somewhere else...unless you want to fill out police reports and item lists of all your stuff that will be valued by the insurance company at far less than its worth. Not to mention all my wifes jewelry that is not compensated.Thanks red dot!

NEGATIVE STARS MY CAMPER WAS STOLEN. Yes its a store at your on risk place but their surveillance system does not work. Insurance covered the camper but I paid two months to them for a spot after it was already stolen. I tried calling corporate but they said they understood but sorry about my luck. I honestly hope red dot storage goes out of business because they give you a false sense of security and then a middle finger at the end of it.

We have been with Red Dot since they purchased the property from Ace Storage. We have had nothing but a good experience. The previous owners have been taking money out of our account after Red Dot took them over and Red Dot was able to retrieve our money in a timely manner. Rachel has always been a great customer service rep never has she been rude or anything but friendly toward us. She has always done exactly what she said she was going to do. I would gladly refer anyone looking for a storage unit to her, especially if your military she’s all about given discounts when she’s able 

I like the convenience of the kiosk for renting a storage unit ( can be used anytime of the day for quick renting of a unit). Very user friendly step by step guidance and convenience of payment with cash or credit card. Very easy process, and all done on the kiosk. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend Red Dot Storageto others in need of storage.

NO STARS ACTUALLY BUT HAD TO CHOOSE ONE TO POST................IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS, this is not the place to store them, EVER! I have experienced horrible customer service, a broken door, and a broken gate since I moved in September 3, 2016. I first moved in and was greeted by authorities while moving in because they had some type of green tag on the door. The roll up door was broken and I found out afterwards the gate was broken. I have never used the access pin since I got the unit. Since I have moved in there are no police patrols in the area other than when called. I was finally able to get someone from customer service and was told too bad on the fact the gate is broken and hopefully someone will get out to fix the gate and since there is no one available to confirm if the gate is broken, I was told there is no timeframe for getting it fixed and I was told sorry to hear your unit door is not working but there will be no compensation for lack of security or the fact the door is broken. I was told, If you leave I am sorry to hear you will leave, but that is your choice, there will be no compensation for choosing Red Dot Storage, the broken unit, and the main broken gate. I was also sent this in an email, If the facility is not up to your standard you are welcome to move out. Please call or E-mail us when you have removed your belongings and the lock and we will move you out of the system. No empathy and just an overall bad experience with the facility, I highly recommend any other facility to Red Dot Storage. The smart money is on any other facility as this one is too expensive with the problem they have. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

My sisters stuff was robbed and even though she had proof she paid them, they still sold her unit off. Do not allow them to hold your property!
