I have been trying to vacate a unit since July and there has been 0 staff at this location from July to even now. I keep getting charged for a unit I’m not using and have called multiple times to cancel. I even had to change my debit card to not get charged anymore. This place has been nothing but a burden and a hassle.

We met with Sandy who was able to assist us with upgrading to a larger storage area. She was kind, polite, courteous, super helpful, and understanding. Her professionalism made my wife & I feel comfortable, and relieved considering the issue we currently had. If everyone acted the way she did with us, the world would be a better place.

Love the facility and staff. Easy to navigate did everything online and was followed up with a real person to confirm details. They are closed on Sunday but entry is still available. If you need affordable storage they offer great rates and its in a very central location for a alot of areas.

Fantastic place! I went in at the last minute when I unexpectedly needed a storage unit and Stacey was an amazing employee, showed me the unit and got it all processed for me and signed within 30 minutes. She is an amazing person and I am so glad I chose this facility!

We needed 2 storage units T first then w only needed 1 and there was NO Customer Service on site billing was incorrect so we removed the stuff on the 1st of September and unit was empty and staring collection calls and threats!!Customer service is nonexistent!!!!Note on the door saying they have no staff

So I needed a place that was climate controlled to store my goods. This place was clean and I loved the safety they provide for your unit. The lady who attended us was very nice and knew exactly what I needed. She was honest regarding which size would be perfect for what I needed. She could have easily charged me way more for a size I thought I required, but offered me a smaller unit that was EXACTLY what I needed for the items I had to store. I totally recommend this storage facility.

Upon coming to the store I was met by two really nice young ladies. They both were very helpful, I came in undecided on which storage size I needed they allowed me to view the units which made it easier for me to choose. I really appreciate the help and friendliness.

We’ve been using iStorage for two years, and I have never had a single problem or issue. A year or so ago they upgraded a lot of the facility and made it feel a lot more secure and still as easy to get into. Great lighting around units and drive paths, you can see what you’re doing if you need to get into your unit late at night. Fantastic staff. Got notices from them by email/mail and text so I never had to worry if there were changes or anything. You’ll be glad to store your valuables here.

I have been to this location previously and the service that Dawn provided me then encouraged me come back and rent a storage unit for 3 years while I PCS to Germany. Dawn even offered to wait for me in case I didnt get to the facility before they closed. That says a lot about her dedication to her job and to providing great customer service.

Getting started was very easy. I went online and found out what size unit I needed based off of their storage guide. I made a reservation online, and received a call shortly after to make an appointment to come in. Dawn was the woman who helped me, she was very helpful in getting me set up. Took less than 15 minutes.Pricing was reasonable, I also received a discount for reserving online. The place is secure with code protected gates and security cameras, and seemed pretty clean. I have used Istorage in the past and will use them again if the need ever arises.

My wife and I recently got a 10x10 storage unit and the service we received was very good. Even after having to reschedule the initial appointment multiple times, they were still very consistent in staying in contact with me. The facility is very well kept up, and we had no issues with the unit itself. However, they do lose one star, because even though it’s been manageable and the quality of the unit is good, I felt the pricing was a little steep.

Highlight recommended. This is my second time using their services. Easy access and clean. Prices are affordable. I want to thank Dawn for her great customer service and friendliness. Thanks again!!!

I had the best experience here, hand down! Military and low profile vehicles beware. I had this storage for about 2 yrs and my address was in Florida, even though I travel to Clarksville often to see family and check on my stuff. I had a 5x7and it was probably about $69 and they forced me to take a $2,000 insurance policy out for $10 and now outs $12, then price continuously goes up and now it is going up $9 in July, so $92 a month. I feel as if because my address is out of state they take advantage of this because online the price does not reflect this. Also I was told I was getting a military discount and learned that it does not apply to veterans, I was not informed about this, I was told I was receiving a military discount.Then they have a sharp hump to goes to time building up front, it has cones informing you its there but its very dangerous for cars to drive over, it will bottom out a regular sized vehicle and tore a family members muffler off. He went to the office to inform the personnel of his muffler and they told him it was his fault and he should have sent another way. The was told the other gate could not be used and the sign on the gate says no exit, so one way in and one way out.Just be careful when you are military and have a care when renting fron this company, they will go up on your rates and they will not claim damage to your vehicles because their driving area is unsafe for vehicles.

I have used this storage since 2017- April 2029, great facilities, clean dry, no bugs or insects and great customer service never had an issue. thank you for the service you provide.

So nice I used them twice and with climate controlled units you dont have to worry about your stuff. I been there 3 times now with 3 different woman behind the counter. All 3 of them are professional and very helpful. I had a 20 trailer and she helped ground guide me to get around the lot. Prices are great and the place is clean.

If you need storage for any reason, I HIGHLY suggest you use iStore in Pea Ridge Road. Dawn and her team are PHENOMENAL. We only need them for this month for moving purposes and she totally worked with us to find the best solution. I hope the next storage facility we need in VA has a property manager half as awesome as Dawn.

In a few months I will have used this storage facility for 2 years...I had at first a climate controlled unit, now I have a large drive up unit and also a parking spot .....the inside unit hallways and entrance are always clean and neat, if you see a problem you have but to tell Dawn or Cassie the 2 young ladys who manage the facility and there right on it. They are ALWAYS nice and polite and very knowledgeable about there facility, they have helped me choose and upgrade my units as time goes on.......This facility has had a few gate problems in the past but the problems were quickly addressed.....they have added multiple lights and cameras to insure the safety of the customers belongings....my nephew was the first to use this facility and it was because of how he was treated that they now have my business.......to the istorage management, this place is getting it done......thank you

Ive rented a storage unit from them before and I never had a problem. Went in to rent a storage unit again and the manager Dawn is so nice and helpful. She was very patient with me. Will definitely be recommending to other people.

Was lied to about the gate being stuck. When I arrived the gate was stuck open and they told me two large trucks had just gone through. The site manager proceeded to close it manually and leave for the evening . Found out a car rammed the gate and it was damaged. Was unloading a 15 ft uhaul and the gate would not open back and this was now 8 at night. It was permanently stuck closed and there was no one answering the company phone. Had to call the local police to let us out and that almost didn’t work either. Took them 20 minutes to get it open. Spoke multiple times with two different Site managers requesting they put me in contact with the district manager and one refused to give me his info and the other said they’d have him call me. He never did. Was not compensated for the problem either. Do not recommend. The buildings are not locked and the service at this site is horrible.

I went to my unit to add stuff and found water from busted concrete. Stacy got me in a new unit in 10 minutes helped me repackage items that had been affected and got me moved in less than an hour. They were kind understanding and it was refreshing to see that.

If I could give this rating zero stars I would. I consider myself a relatively reasonable and reliable customer, but I have had ZERO positive experiences with this location. We have used the Clarksville location for over a year now and I have rarely been able to get in contact with the workers at their physical location, my calls always get transferred to their call center and they have rarely made an effort to contact me back. We have also set up automatic payments with them MULTIPLE times, yet they claim we have not set up auto payments and then proceed to charge us with late fees. I am so frustrated with this location, and I am ready to be out of their hands for good.
