Have had an indoor unit here for many years and I cant think of anything important to complain about. Its always clean and the staff have always been easy to work with...The excessive number of cameras is a bonus.

What a great place. None of the ridiculous extra fees or requirements that make every other place seem less expensive than they are. And the man running this place is really nice, great storage facility!

Clean and safe place to store your house hold goods.

Honestly it is a very good storage facility, security and all. the biggest gripe I have are the access hours to the storage units. Sometimes you may need to pick up or store things at late hours but they close at 8 or 9pm. No getting in and especially no getting out so be out before the clock beats you. Its not very convenient for busy rotating schedules. Other than that, very good facility indeed.

Good location and fairly reasonable rates. The access lot to the units is not level, so unloading a truck is a little more difficult than it needs to be.

I cancelled my service in January, when we moved to Ohio, however they have still been charging me, and its May. My units is empty. When I called to inquire about it, the manager, a male, was very rude and short with me. Its unfortunate this is how they treat their customers. I had no issues with the storage unit itself. Im disappointed that I will have to take action with my Bank to stop these charges.

I stored a lot of my personal belongings in Airborne Parkway Storage while I was deployed and I never once had an issue with their services. They provided me an excellent service and it was one less thing that I had to worry about through my deployment.
